I recently had my A-M Vantage serviced (Major Service Interval) at the service center in Middleburgh Heights. The term Major Service and Aston Martin used in the same sentence can be a bit intimidating but Mike Bonitati and his team made the experience positive and pleasurable. I have worked with Mike in the past and he is a consummate professional and goes the extra distance to do right by the customer. Further, while spending some time in the showroom I interacted with Greg Loeding about a potential sale. Again, the experience was a total pleasure with Greg being a total professional and more than accommodating with his time and requested information.My compliments to Mike, Greg, and the Cleveland Motorsports team.

Kevin is by the far the most honest and helpful person I have come across in the automotive sales industry. Although, I unfortunately was not able to find the vehicle of my color preferance through his dealership; Kevin stayed by my side through a purchase from another dealership. Although I was not providing any business to him, he still took time out of his day to help me whenever I needed help. Whether it was during the day, or after hours..Kevin was always a phone call away. This shows how great of a businessman he is, and how great of a person he is. Matt Frazier was awesome through my whole transaction. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and he made purchasing a car from a distance trough this whole COVID situation a breeze. I could not be more happy with my purchase and the people who helped. I highly recommend them if youre in the market for one of their vehicles.

I will start with the buying experience, which was outstanding. Adam Essa was very professional and accommodating. I spoke to him over the phone and he offered to deliver the car for the weekend for a test-drive. Thereafter, I made a verbal offer, and he got the deal done with no haggling, high-pressure, or even needing to come into the dealership. He knows how to make deals happen! Subsequently, I had to get the car in for warranty service. Mike Bonitati, Service Manager, was the most personable, caring, and accommodating Service Manager ever. He arranged to have a loaner car dropped off at my home, taking our car to the shop. He worked with Maserati Corporate in pursuing suspension & alignment perfection, keeping me informed throughout the process. The car was washed and returned looking like the day I took delivery. I highly recommend Cleveland Motorsports due to the likes of Adam and Mike.

Todd Arthur group llc is my company and we transport automobiles and freight. My trailer did the job -dropping off a 2014 DB9 for service- yet it really isn’t made for low profile Aston... anyway I showed up after hours. Happen to see two young fellas still in the garage. Anthony and Mike -didn’t get last names.. but they could be wanted, so it’s probably best- came to the knock of the service door. I just wanted some help guiding the db9 of the ramps. Anthony was scared. Mike, the seasoned vet said... I’ll help. Came out, guided and pushed, while Anthony finally came out and helped. Lol. Moral of the story... Mike could’ve stopped and been scared too -figuratively speaking- but he did what an average service technician doesn’t... grasp the inner part of his humanity and do one more task for the company. Mike you don’t know me from Adam -May God be pleased with him- but you helped another brother from another mother. Great example... thank you.

If you buy a car from here, Mercedes of North Olmsted or Porsche, then I feel bad for you and you should never buy a car from here again. Literally the whole place is run by teenagers that think they know more then an ASE Certified technician. I see them joy riding the most expensive taking them to extreme limits. I saw one of their teenage employees driving a Mercedes on 480 going easily over 100mph. I’d stay away from these dealerships.

Attempted to purchase a CPO Bentley they had advertised on their website. Signed agreement & deposit...only to find out they didn’t even have the car in stock. Deal ended abruptly being told it had been in a accident (clean Carfax BTW) and they couldn’t certify or sell it. Got quickly blown off by manager and owner when I asked “what changed?”. It was supposed to be there and suddenly it wasn’t. Proceed with caution!

Back under the management of Bernie Moreno, this dealership is once again my favorite place to purchase cars. In the last few weeks, I have purchased a Rolls-Royce Ghost and a Porsche Cayenne from Bernie. The entire staff there is fantastic.

This is my first experience with Cleveland Motor Sports. I dealt exclusively with Mitch Wolf and the entire transaction was amazing. They were honest, knowledgeable, and the service, from phone calls to their personal videos to me was amazing.I am in Huntsville, AL and never actually saw the car. I bought the Lotus Evora on Mitch’s word and recommendation. Then he went much farther to make the entire encounter a pleasure.My next car will be a McLaren and I plan to buy it here!Trust this organization. No one does it better.

After reading the review from a fellow michigander I think Ill change my mind about this place. I work in Ohio and heard about this place but live in Michigan. I do not want a bad experience as he did from the paperwork to the quality of the car. Makes me wonder if the company tried to even makes things right with them.

I highly recommend Mark Thomas of Collection Motorsports in Ohio. After spending a couple of days dealing with local dealers around Beverly Hills, I decided to search online. I immediately noticed a difference the first time I spoke to Mark on the phone. He was honest, reliable and a man of his word. The level of service he provided was unbelievable. Mark went the extra mile to make sure everything was clear to me and to educate me about my options. Most importantly the price he offered was significantly lower than the other quotes I received. He was always available to answer my questions and concerns. I never had such a pleasant experience with a purchase. No matter what state you are in, give Mark a call and I am sure he will surprise you too.

I had a few issues with my Maserati thats out of warranty, and every time I called fady and Josephine they have been very nice and polite and helped me answer questions I needed. My car is actually in the hands of there dealership now and Im actually from Detroit, with dealers you have to watch very closely and I feel they are very honest and not out to take advantage of you. I highly recommend there team.

I had a first rate experience with Chris Massaro, one of their service managers. Apparently some staff changes a few months ago have really raised the level of service. My first experience will ha E me coming back!

I purchased a 2012 Aston Martin Virage in May from Aton Martin Cleveland. I dealt directly with Mark Thomas, GM of Collection . Overall my experience was great. Mark treated me very well & went out of his way to make the process as easy as possible. Compared to the local Houston Aston Martin dealer, there is no comparison. Whereas Marks organization is very professional and customer focused, Star on the other hand seems to go out of their way to alienate customers. In fact I urge people to avoid Star at all costs. They are petty and anything but customer focused. Just look at their Aston Martin website for instance. Pathetic.have owned 2 Aston and will buy another in the future. I will not however buys a car from Star. In fact I would pay a premium to avoid having to deal with them. On the other hand Mark Thomas and his organization with do everything possible to make you a happy buyer .

I will certainly use them again and highly recommend their services.

This dealership is owned by Bernie Moreno who came into the Cleveland market and literally dominated the luxury car market. I have owned a number of exotic / luxury cars and you tolerate the dealers for the most part. Dealing with Marinos group is simply a pleasure. His Mercedes franchise sells more Mercedes per month than the combined volume of all the other franchises in the area. Theres one reason to do business with Cleveland Motorsport over the competition, customer service. If you ever owned a Lexus you know that they strive to be the best at customer service... Bernie Marinos franchises have forgotten more about customer service then Lexus will ever know. At least in my humble opinion. It seems like every year theyre adding new interesting franchises, as of the writing of this post their newest acquisition is Bentley. We havent had one since Crestmont lost the franchise years ago and anyone owning one of these cars was forced to deal with a rather unpleasant group in Columbus. No matter what you drive, I strongly suggest trying this group, youll be a customer for life.

I have very good experience with Cleveland motor sport in particular Jeremy Owen service manager i had a few minor problems with my Maserati Granturismo their attention and service was first class emergency appointment was fast. it is comforting to have them when you need them.

Very bad experience we purchased a 2009 Bentley from there back in 2018 and few months later the car star showing problem. The body starts cracking. The interior roof came down . And now the radio amplifier went bad . One thing after the another . Barley drove it . Besides them messing up the paperwork and sending me an Ohio plate and title instead of a Michigan one even tho that was in the deal and paid for . They end up sending me a Michigan title and plate tho but that was after losing the title in the mail. So it was a headache from day one

We dealt with Mark when buying our Maserati Grand tourismo. Transaction happened fast, and got to drive the car out the same day.
