Was honest. I thought I had a leak in my truck. But it was just condensation. So thankful.

Very nice and friendly, fast service as well. My only complaint was I feel overcharged by a lot when it came to the price of parts. 80 dollars for a serpentine belt was what caught my eye on my receipt. So I looked some of the other parts up and autozone had them all for like half the price. It was actually hard finding any online at all for as high a price I was charged. But the work was done quickly and the problem was fixed so it is what it is.

Took my van there which was running rough. He got it in quickly, kept me updated frequently with any issues he believed was causing my check engine light to be on. He went over my vehicle with a fine tooth comb, just to make sure he didnt miss anything. He didnt try to upsell me with stuff my vehicle didnt need. He got me in and out quickly, treated me with respect & charged me a very reasonable rate. I work for myself and I depend on my vehicle to make a living. I have a carpet cleaning machine installed permanently inside my van, so getting it in & out quickly is of utmost importance, When its down, I make no money. If you want a competent mechanic (his educational awards adorn his walls, at least ten of them). If you only have one car or work for yourself & having your vehicle is very important. If not getting robbed and paying a fair price matters to you. If buying local is high on your list. Then going to M K Automotive is where you need to be!! Give Mike a call. Stopped in here today because my Nissans exhaust was making a racket. turned out that the heat-shield rotted away on 1 side and started to hang ontop of the exhaust. I was in and out within 15 minutes and the heat shield was properly re attached. Excellent prices! Will be a returning customer for sure.

My transmission went and I pulled into his shop. He called a transmission shop for me and let me know that several other vehicles by the same maker had this same issue so I might try using a dealer and ask them to pay. This meant he got nothing. I soooo appreciate his honesty! How refreshing in this day and age. Now I know where to take the vehicle when it needs servicing. Thank you!
