This place is a fraud they charge you for the services they never do and dont even have a decency to return money when they were caught doing that. Tips to everyone how to find an honest mechanic. Go to a mechanic with a known (you know it for sure) simple problem and see what hes going to say. If they want to replace a whole transmission instead of topping off a low fluid, you know they a bunch of scammers. Please report these scammers to the police.

Car broke down (flat tire) last night on the free way came within 20 minutes removed the flat tire & replaced it with my spare for free within just 10 minutes, fast & efficiently.

Pro Automotive Inc in North Olmsted is by far one of the WORST car repair shops I have been to. Due to another company messing up my car first, it was taken to them to be “fixed” and i have been having issues with my car since. Shutting off while driving, my car not picking up speed while driving on the freeway, my engine (which they “replaced “) making a knocking noise. These people refuse to fix my car. Telling me its MY responsibility and they are the ones who messed up my car.

James was very easy to work with. I liked how they keep you updated during the repair process. Will definitely use Pro Automotive again.

I had a great experience with Pro Automotive! For starters I do most of my own car repair work, so Im very familiar with parts and labor cost. I had my front passenger lower ball joint on my Accord fail around 6:30PM while I was on I-480 West before the Great Northern Blvd. (not my idea of fun) Fortunately I was able to control the car to the side of the highway and did a search my phone for local towing company, Pro Automotive came up. The driver arrived very quickly and snatched my crippled car up. I decided to take it to their shop to access the damage and give my idea of the cost. The next morning they had it on their rack and let me know that I needed a ball joint, axle, tire and alignment. (All items obviously needed replaced when I looked at it the night before). The prices for labor and parts were more than reasonable. I estimated almost double in my head before Pro Automotive gave me their quote. I gave them a green light and they cracked it out before the end of that day, so less than 24hrs my car was back on the road. The guys ended up staying about 45 minutes after hours for me to pick up my car. You can’t find that type of service anywhere. A+ all the way around at Pro Automotive.

Pro Automotive are first-rate professionals. They were recommended to me by the Olmsted Police Department when I recently found myself stranded with a disabled vehicle just of of I-480. When my operator arrived just a few minutes after the call, I was immediately confident that I had made the right choice. The operator was friendly and professional. He arrived in a clean, well-maintained, late-model truck, and I felt genuinely comfortable putting my vehicle in his hands. Their shop was closed for the evening, but I would have been equally confident using Pro Automotive for my repairs.

I had the misfortune of needing your service in the early morning hours of 9/22/18. After approximately 3 hours of dealing with Flo and Jamie they finally got it together to call you. Thank God. From your first call to delivery of car at repair location you were WONDERFUL. Unfortunately I dont know name of tow driver but he was super. I was very upset after hours of being jerked around, I immediately yelled at him and then apologized. His response was thats okay if you need to yell go right ahead. I understand. After initial contact to time car was delivered to repair location EVERYTHING went exactly as he said it would, entire process less then an hour. After a early morning of wanting to choke someone {Flo and Jamie} he ended the night on I feel much better note and I thank him for that. Pro Automotive did an excellent job hauling a really big toolbox from one location to another! When another tow company couldnt come out and do it until Monday, I started calling around. Pro Automotive is open 24-7, so they were willing to do the job around my schedule. They were prompt, polite, and they did an awesome job! Their number is getting programmed in my phone for the next time I need a tow or automotive work, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Amazing service. I originally brought my 2011 Fiesta here after reading other reviews, I can see why they get such great reviews. The repairs were quite costly but theyd everything out for me so I understand why it was so much (in my case it was because of the parts needed).Then they really helped me out. Took my car to Ford because my clutch needed fixing and luckily it was still under the warranty. Then they tried to tell me Id need to get my belt replaced which was going to be able $250. I took it to the guys at Pro Automotive and they gave it a look, told me it was fine and that Ford was probably just mad that they had to replace my clutch for nothing. These guys saved me $250!Ill be recommending them to friends and family, and if youre in the area and looking for a trustworthy shop, visit them.

I had a breakdown not far from home. They came out quickly and were priced very reasonably. Before they left they checked out the car to make sure there was no damage to the car in the transport. Quick and reasonable. Id recommend them to anyone.

I am sorry, dont know why its posting under my wifes name.I broke my clutch cable on my Victory. Called progressive and then got a text from Low-cost Towing saying they would be there in 35 minutes. After an hour and 10 minutes I repeatedly tried calling Low-cost Towing and just kept getting a Spanish answering machine. Called progressive and then they said they were sending Pro-Auto. I was really irritated by then. But 8 minutes later Dan with Pro Auto showed up. He was clean, kind and professional. He took care of my bike like it was my baby (which it is). It wasnt even a ride with awkward silence back to my house. I have several of their cards if anyone needs one.Mike

I have used Pro Automotive three times now. They have done excellent work. Twice I have dropped my car off in the morning and they have had it repaired by the end of the day. They have been true to their cost estimate or under each time. I needed a tow last time and they came out very quickly. The crew is friendly and helpful. I have found my new garage.

Had to get my car towed and I was so bummed! I thought I was going to have to wait 2 weeks to get it fixed at a dealership. The tow truck came quick to where I was and they said it was just my battery and could fix it right away! I was so happy! They even cut me a break on the price of the tow! The gentalmen working truck gave me a time of 20 minutes whilst i was broken down on the free way. He was there in 15. The man was very polite and worked quickly to get me where i needed to go. They dont jack up prices and the safety of yourself is put first in their care. Great experience and a swell group of people.

The day before I was leaving for a trip, I had stopped by the oil change place to have my levels checked and was told I was leaking transmission fluid. The oil change place said that they could do nothing about it. Everyone I asked told me to call the dealer. I did. The dealer could not fit me in until six days from the day I called and wanted to charge $130 just to look at it.I found Pro Automotive from a Google search and decided I would give them a call. I am so glad I did.I was able to take my car in that night. They called me the next day to tell me what was wrong and ask if I wanted it fixed. (They charge $75 to diagnose, not $130, yay!) I agreed to the repairs they suggested. My car was repaired quickly and for way less than I would have spent at the dealer.Everyone at Pro Automotive is extremely nice and they happily answered any questions that I had regarding my cars needs and the service. I highly recommend Pro Automotive. Their customer service and efficiency got me back on the road in less time that it would have taken to schedule an appointment at the dealer.Thank you Pro Automotive team! Youre Awesome!

While its very frustrating to find out that someone cut the catalytic converter right off of your car overnight, Pro Automotive took the car in quick, gave an accurate estimate, and performed the work quickly. The positive reviews are clearly for a reason and Id recommend you give them your business if youre in the North Olmsted area.

Heres my story. Over spring brake my daughter used my Cruze to go from Ohio to Florida for spring break. On her way home she calls us (of course we are out of country on our way back) stating car is running ruff with acceleration problems. My instructions were to find a nearby chevy dealer and have them look at it. Gave her a max for any repair and my wife and I headed to airport to return home. That dealership told my daughter it will be $1600 to replace the turbo charger. In addition to the $100 diagnostic. Totally took advantage of some collage kids. Luckily that was above amount I gave her and she continued to drive home. Once home I had Pro Automotive take a look. They replaced coils, plugs and battery. Very reasonably priced for the work AND it was the repair that was needed. Car has been running great!! I found this company to be honest and reasonably priced. I will be going back for future work when needed.

Getting a tow is never fun, but the least a tow company can do is make it as affordable and painless as possible. I had a good experience with Pro Automotive today: I had a truck come out to me within about 20 minutes of placing the call, and the rate was lower than I thought it would be, as well. Ive used other towing services before and at least in comparison to the other companies Ive used, Pro Automotives rate was better. While I hope I wont be needing another tow anytime soon, I will definitely keep Pro Automotive in mind if their services are ever needed again.

I had to have my 92 Camaro towed to my house. Dan put my car into my driveway without a scrape to the low frontend ground effects (quite a feat considering the skirt of the driveway and the slope. I was really impressed by Dans skill with his truck, i think he could put a car on a postage stamp if you need him to. Great job Dan!!!

Took my car there for some major engine work. A friend who works on cars suggested the place. When I went in indicating a possible head gasket leak and replacement, they of course suggested they verify. Good thing they did, it was only a valve gasket leak. Definitely an honest company.

I had previously taken my car to a chain automotive repair place, and they explained only one thing that was wrong, and were about to charge a LOT of money for that one repair, plus a wheel alignment. Then I took it to Pro for a second opinion and they were straight up with me: theres a lot of stuff wrong with your car that those guys missed. The honesty was a relief considering I wouldve been driving around in my car with a ton of stuff wrong.They finished the job THAT SAME DAY and had me back on the road. I definitely wont go anywhere else again. They were fast, reasonably priced, and had great customer service!

Great service and very friendly! They worked on my van on two separate occasions, but identified everything it needed in their one day inspection. I turned it into two trips to fit with my budget. Marty was spot-on with his estimate of the mechanical work my engine needed. He also spotted that my ball joints were dangerously loose, which I had no idea. Now that Ive gotten my suspension issues taken care of, Im happy to return but Im sure it will be a while. The best part is they didnt oversell anything AND they kept all of my old parts to show me when I came to pick it up!
