I enjoyed Amelias. It was very clean which is always a plus for me, so first impression was good. I had breakfast and it was so good I came back the next day. Very affordable too for the quality of the food, service and facility.

Went here with my friends and we had a really nice breakfast. Their French toast is good and so are their bagels. The waitress working there was so nice and accommodating, and it was a great start to the day.

I’ve waited a long time to finally write my review of this place. The first time I came, they forgot about me and I ended up getting my food later than hoped for. But I gave the spot another chance and the several times I’ve been by after, service has been great. Attentive servers, minimal wait time for a meal considering it’s a sit down diner. Prices are not bad taking in mind it’s TriBeCa. I’ve paid $16 for a depressing sandwich at nearby hipster places, so lunch specials from $9-12 is reasonable. I awarded 4 stars, up from the original 3, because the place is nice, quiet inside among a bustling part of the city, plenty of seating- and my server is kind and warm and simply the best. The food isn’t amazing, but it’s pretty good. So far my favorite is the spicy buffalo sandwich. Also, the coffee never disappoints.

The only bad thing about this place is parking. The food is delicious, the most fluffy pancakes and not one chocolate chip burn. The corn beef hash was nice and good.

My wife and I had a delightful breakfast here. It was a sunny morning and outside temperature was perfect. We loved how the diner left the door open to catch the morning breeze. That made the meal for us. Good food. Good coffee. Good atmosphere.

What a beautiful experience! We, my family and me, were in NYC on vacation and we were looking for a typical American diner. We are glad to find Amelia’s diner with very friendly service and all what we were searching. Delicious pancakes, waffles, eggs and never ending coffee. Highly recommended!

Came here for a quick birthday brunch as were having a more formal dinner later on. Greeted warmly and sat immediately. Great service all around and some of the best diner coffee Ive had. I got the triple decker chicken club (big sandwich guy and this really hit the spot) and my girlfriend got the pancakes which were also delicious. Only $40 total for the two of us including tip.

Very good, normal diner breakfast. The eggs were cooked perfectly. Decent coffee. I didnt try the pancakes or French toast, but others with me did and said they were great. Id certainly come here again. Nothing fancy, but seemed to be dependably good.

I’ve been coming here for years and the food is wonderful. I gave 4 stars because I called this morning and a lovely lady answered saying they’re open for delivery through Grubhub and seamless... well they’re not on seamless so finally I find them on Postmates and order. 20 mins later I am called by the Postmates worker telling me he forgot his Postmates card at home so he can’t get the pick up so as I live close- it was no issue for me to walk over...however it was an issue to find Amelias CLOSED. I don’t know who answered the phone as there was no one there but please fix this!

Good options and large serving sizes! They serve breakfast all day! The onion rings were stale and not great, but the salad I ordered was delicious and I got a lot more than you would get elsewhere. Im removing 1 star because of the onion rings, but also because the kitchen staff were eating their lunch next to us and one of them was very loud.

This is a typical American diner in Soho, NY. Really nice if you want an American breakfast in true diner style with the booths etc. The service is very good! Food ok but not spectacular. But overall, a really nice place.

Its really hard for me to find good brunch places but this place does it right! Know in advance that parking will be challenging and there will definitely be a line but the food and service are worth it. We probably waited about an hour at prime Saturday brunch time but there are plenty of shops on melrose to peruse while you wait. Theres a warm and sunlit glow to the place that pumps out their signature and delicious crunchy French toast by the second. I went for a make your own omelette which was cooked perfectly, loaded with vegetables, and came with a side of some of the best breakfast prostrates I have ever had! There was some great hot sauce to go with them, too. The service was friendly and attentive and the bill was totally reasonable! I will definitely be back.

Ordered from Amelias through Seamless. When they were 10 minutes past the delivery time I called them just to find out when they figured they would arrive (I was on my lunch break at work so I had a limited window to run down and grab the food). The manager I spoke to said they hadnt left yet and then gave me an attitude for calling to check. I understand the estimated delivery wouldnt be exact but they ended up being 45 minutes late. If they had said it would take almost two hours to get my food I wouldnt have placed the order in the first place. On top of that I paid $12 for the smallest sandwich Ive ever seen. Really disappointed with the service.
