Waiters were okay but not the most welcoming. I got my food fairly quick but for that price, it‘s a joke. Reubens burger is very good, however the fries were tasteless and probably frozen and the tiny portion of coleslaw probably wasn‘t fresh too. I paid almost 30$ for a good burger, but that‘s it. I would‘nt come back and I wouldn‘t recommend this place.

I can only comment on the cheescake. I had the oreo and my buddy had the raspberry (I believe). It was somewhat of a cross between a NY Cheesecake and the Cheesecake Factory. In other words, it wasnt as heavy a NY cheescake, but heavier than the Cheescake Factory cheesecake. We both enjoyed and it and they gave us healthy portions.

It’s a great supplementary place (if your in the area or the wait was too long at your desired restaurant). The service was great, just like most nyc restaurants it is fast pace. We stumbled upon this place when we were heading to a play in the area. For a Friday evening around 7pm, it was surprisingly no wait. We were seated immediately. Staff from management to the servers worked together to ensure you had whatever you needed. The food was great. My sister ordered the Turkey Burger and I ordered the Fish and Chips. Great food and there wasn’t a long wait for your food either. I wild want to come back and try the fresh dessert from the bakery!

We decided to hit this place up after there was a long line at another restaurant we were hoping to get in! They seated us pretty quick with it being a Friday night which was nice! We sat down and got our drinks fairly quickly. The parts listed above is why I gave it a two star. I ordered an omelette and some French toast. When I got my omelette there was no cheese so I sent it back. They brought the same omelette back out and all they did was slap two pieces of cheese on top and popped it in the microwave. It was gross. I tried to eat it but couldn’t. The French toast was stale and over cooked and the syrup had been setting out way too long. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you have a horrible hangover and no tastebuds.

If you love Broadway and want a unique experience, you’ve got to include a meal at the Roxy. Ask to sit upstairs for dinner. The food is good and you will be treated to unbelievable live music from the servers. They are aspiring Broadway performers with phenomenal voices and the passion they have for Broadway is contagious. Next to the Broadway shows we were in town to see, this was the highlight of our trip.

TRASH! Easily the worst food I have ever had in NYC. My 6 yo usually devours mac-n-cheese. Not here. Kobe sliders??? The server didn’t ask me how I wanted them cooked. No flavor whatsoever. No SnP at the table. No mayo in the entire building. Brioche buns were stale as last week’s bakery bread. Searching for a breakfast place on a city vacation, my family and I went to this diner. From the moment we stepped in we felt that we would have a good breakfast but that couldnt be further from the truth. We felt we were rushed to our seats and rushed to order, two of us had ordered the buttermilk pancakes, which were advertised as having a choice of sides which the waiter did not ask us about, while the other had ordered an omelet. After a 20 minute wait our food was brought out to us and we were shocked. The pancakes were yellow and fried, the fruit that was given to us was warm and tasteless. The pancakes tasted more like bad funnel cake than buttermilk and the powdered sugar sprinkled on top was anything but. The omelet turned out nice, overcooked, but from what was given to the two of us we were surprised that it was decent. After we told the waiter that we did not like our food she quickly grabbed our plates and mentioned getting the manager, which is something we did not want. After a 10 minute wait she just gave us our check and we quickly paid and left. The prices were astronomically high for the quality of the food, I would definitely not recommend coming here.

I am delayed in writing this review because I have been travelling for work but did not want to forget to review this disappointment. I was visiting NY a couple of weeks ago and went to this place as we were passing it on our way from our hotel and were ready for lunch. We sat on the second floor and had a nice server taking care of us. As we were waiting for our food, this man comes upstairs and begins going off on one of the servers. He was screaming at him and cursing. Mind you, there were families with kids there. We asked one of the servers who that wild man was, turns out, hes the MANAGER of this place!!! I asked the server for the name of the manager because I couldnt believe this was happening. In front of customers. I have never witnessed such disgusting behavior. Regardless of what may have happened, he had no business doing something like that in front of customers. How the owner of this place would allow such behavior in their restaurant, shows me that this place doesnt deserve my business or anyone elses.Clearly, Marco (the manager) has no respect for people and I will never be visiting this establishment ever again.

I am a baking myself (even make New York style cheesecake) and they looked so amazing we were drooling through the window. We just popped in and took two pieces of their double chocolate mouse cheesecake slices to go and hurried off to the hotel. I have never seen the kids eat their dinner so fast. The slices were huge and two slices were MORE than enough for the four of us. The cheesecake was amazing. In a word, disappointment. Atrociously over priced and extremely underwhelming. $23 for a chewy, bland sandwich (peppered steak, poor quality meat), and almost equally tasteless fries. To be honest, I preferred the fries way more. The pastries looked good, but we made a hard pass anyway; at that point our dinner had already been soured. To top off our experience, gratuity was automatically charged on our ticket, for a party of two... seriously? Im not sure why this place is always packed. We arrived after being drawn in by the bakery case, a little after 1pm. We were a party of 5, and no tables were available. We waited about 10 minutes until a table big enough for us was available.Upon sitting down, I noticed a lot of people with half-eaten plates. I asked around how the food was, and everyone gave a meh or a not that good.Glancing at the menu, everything was in the $20 price point. The cheapest thing we could find on the menu was a grilled cheese . . For 15 bucks!?!?So we came up with a strategy to eat only dessert, which was what drew us into the diner in the first place. So I asked for a dessert menu. The waitress kindly gave it to us and we determined we wanted the red velvet sundae, the cookie boom sundae, and the Reeses butterfinger cheesecake. My wife loves Reeses and butterfinger, so it was as if it were meant to be.Our waitress came back to take our order. We told her what we wanted and she replied, Im sorry but we are not serving dessert right now. What. The. Fugh!? She apologized for the misunderstanding, and we frustratingly walked out.The place serves all day breakfast. But not all day dessert? Besides, its not like it was 8am, it was 1pm. This experience was so frustrating that my wife refuses to go back and get that cheesecake, even though its three main ingredients are her most favorite treats.
