Terrible customer service. I understand production / sourcing delays because of the pandemic. Fine, I’ll wait. No problem. Twice I was told my tires would be in stock and be available. Not only did this not happen, but never received a call - complete waste of time twice. Terrible communication. I’ll go elsewhere.
I originally called and Will walked me through what tires would be best for my price range. He explained the difference between tires in a way that was easy to understand. He was able to get the tires quickly to the store and get them installed within 24 hours of our original conversation. Added bonus - the tire that Costco told me wasn’t fixable, they were able to get it fixed. So now I have great tires for the winter and another set for summer not to run down the winter set!
These guys were friendly and amazing. Every person there had a smile and was working hard. They didnt treat me any different than anyone else. I will come here for all my car needs that they can do
Was in need of a tire patch. I called many local Big O stores in the area and was told I would need to leave my vehicle for 4-6 hours or overnight. Les Schwab got it taken care of in about an hour. Best part was even having not ever been a customer it was free of charge. These guys will have all of my tire business for all of my vehicles in the future.
Although Les Schwab, was able to fit me in for a winter tire swap today, after reviewing my dash cam footage, I wasn’t pleased to hear the revs nearing redline. I was here for a tire swap and I understand the test drive is essential, however my engine was not there for service. So 3 stars here.Update, I forgot to mention the comments made before the initial test drive, (driver) “is this guy here?” (Passenger) “Yea he’s waiting” (driver) “I guess I can’t go rev it too hard!”After the vehicle was cleared and the keys were given back to myself, the 1st thing I noticed was the HUD was switched to the boost gauge; that is what raised my curiosity to check the dash cam footage.Would I recommend Les Schwab?Maybe I would have, had I not had a dash cam!Will I be returning customer? No, not after this experience and not to mention the inflammation of the price; $100 for a tire swap, compared to other competitors. I decided to do it, as it was getting late and had to return back to work, in the mountains the following day.
I made a last minute appointment & these guys where great. I had made an appointment at another place but when I showed up they gave away my spot & needed me to wait an hour to hour and half. Looks like Ill be coming here from now on.

Had vehicle towed here March 2021 after a blowout in a deep pothole. Bought a tire from them. 12,000 miles later it has a bad alignment wear and needs replaced. Long story short, they failed to test or recommend alignment repair before changing tire. They did recommend a full brake job last week, including calipers. Today my mechanic said my brake pads have 7500 miles left and rotors might still be good. He was surprised they didnt recommend an alignment. He recommended i get a new tire and alignment from a different shop.Not returning with my business.
Brought the work van in early morning with a flat tire, with intent to have new tires and alignment done. I was given an ETA of a few hours. 8 hours later after my work day and moving tools from one truck to another I returned for pick-up. They informed me they changed the tires but hadnt done the alignment despite being given smoke time to complete. Time is valuable and I couldnt afford to wait for them to do an alignment that they should already have done and they we needed to reschedule. Now, 2 days later on the day of the reschedule. Les schwab informed me it would be done around noon. Same exact scenario, pulled tools from work truck and went to work. When I returned after another 8 hours work day, the truck was in a stall and still not completed. Theyre poor time management and ability to follow through has wasted my time and companies money. Overall it has been a poor performance and I wouldnt recommend this place is you value your time.
Got a new set of tires early this year from this shop, went to have them rotated today at my dealership. Its costing me $200 because the rear passenger side lug nut is different from the rest and is cross threading the stud that holds up the wheel.Update - Talked to the manager on the phone and went in the next day. The assistant manager refunded the money I spent to fix the issue. For that theyre great, no hassle and concerned about the issue.Nevertheless I wont be going back, going to continue to take it to the dealership where theres a level of trust with their technicians.
These folks are always nice and do good work. They often repair tires for free, and without a bunch of sales pressure. Prices are a bit higher than other spots but the customer service is always on point

Called in to the shop and spoke with Nicholas about getting an alignment done. I needed the alignment done next day by 4 PM, which he ensured they could do. Drove down and set everything up the night before and was ensured again that it would be completed by 4 PM. Dropped truck off at 530 AM and deposited keys in key drop off. Arrived at 330 PM and was told that they hadnt got to it. Was told sorry about my luck and that they would get it done by the end of the day 6 PM. I told them there was a reason I called ahead to make sure it was done by 4 PM and left to drive 500 miles on a vehicle out of alignment. Never received a phone call to notify me all day. Will never spend money here again and I dont think that bothers them.Just got off the phone with Goodyear up the road and they have me taken care of. Dont waste your time here and just head over to Goodyear.

At first someone would come out to greet you to see how they could help. Ive even gone to other locations so I didnt have to stop at this one. Ive been dealing with les schwab since I was a kid and I honestly believe this one is the worst. I jave a slow leak and was told I could leave it or wait 3 hours. When I said Ill wait for it the lady got a little annoyed and was hesitant when she asked for my number to look up my info. Not very satisfied at this point.
You know, Id have to say that out of all the different tire shops Ive been to this one is the best. They arent the least expensive place around, but its fair and the customer service and experience is amazing every time. They also do more then just tires.

Avoid this place at all costs. We brought our 2017 Toyota 4Runner (1 year old) in for a simple, free plug/patch because our tire picked up a nail. While they were fixing our problem, they snapped one of the studs while tightening the lugs and had to reorder a new part. When the part came in the next day, they were installing it and messed THAT ONE up too (stretched it while installing) so now they have to order a SECOND new stud. This is unacceptable workmanship and I will never bring my vehicle back here again. Who knows what else they are going to mess up during this process so I will be bringing it to Toyotas service dept to inspect because I do not trust Les Schwab. Should have brought it there in the first place because these techs clearly arent certified to be working on any vehicle. Wasted time and now wasted money to have the vehicle checked over once more. BEWARE!!!!**Edit: Got the vehicle back and Im amazed at the shortcuts used on our $40k vehicle. They used an Autozone stud and a Toyota Camry lug nut instead of the correct, longer 4Runner lug nut. Not even sure if the stud they used is the correct length. Hopefully the parts hold up until I can get the proper parts that are rated for the vehicle. I was also informed that the stud snapped because they torqued the nuts 20 lbs past spec. WOW. Just goes to show what kind of quality you get for a free service...***2nd Edit: Tire is still leaking after 2 days so I took it to Discount Tire. Turns out Les Schwab only patched it and didnt use a plug. Tire is not fixable after they botched it so I need a new one. I also had to follow up with them to get the correct lug nut back, and they didnt order it until I called back 2 days later asking when it will arrive. They either forgot or didnt care. Customer service here is sub par. Using Discount Tire or Big O from now on.

I am an out of town salesman and my brake system broke down. These guys squeezed me in so I could get back to Sw Wyoming same day. They had a full schedule and made it work. This is how you serve customers and get return customers.
I called over a dozen automotive shops in Littleton looking for a repair shop that could do what I thought was a fairly standard front end alignment on my Ford F250. I was stunned to hear the responses from the shops I had been calling, I heard everything from no shops in town could align a truck my size to shops unable to quote a price without seeing the vehicle and several shops with no availability to even look at my truck for several days. I reluctantly called the Les Schwab on Bowles in Littleton expecting the same run around answers but I was pleasantly surprised, with out hesitation they said they could do it by appointment or walk in anytime and they gave me a reasonable price quote!! I dropped my truck off the next day and honestly while the truck was there I was expecting the call where they say there is some underlying issue thats going to make it cost more or they cant complete the work or something... but I received a call about an hour and a half after I dropped my truck off and I was told that the alignment was complete and the truck was ready for pick up. Not only did it turn out to be a great first experience with Les Schwab but they had the most competitive price that I found in Littleton!! Needless to say I will be back without hesitation the next time I need a service that Les Schwab provides!! Thank you Les Schwab staff for the great, hassle free experience!!
They always do a solid job. The place is clean and organized. Nothing to complain about. Not the cheapest, but it close and people are nice, so worth the extra 10% :)
Okay place buy batteries and such. Ive had all kinds of issues with their tires being too out of balance to use. Their rebuilt parts last barely long enough to make it out of warranty. I let them replace the rear drums on my 2006 Tundra and ended up with no emergency brakes. They said all the adjustment was used at the rear end and they wanted to trim the e-brake cable. Duh, its adjustable on BOTH ends. Very lacking in knowledge of anything automotive.
While working on my car I discovered a screw in my passenger rear tire. I called around to several places in the area and was less than impressed with the customer service I received. When I called Les Schwab at C470 & Bowles, Carrol Ann answered and was extremely friendly. She did let me know that they were busy but she should get me in. She also comped the repair. When I arrived at the location I was promptly greeted by Micah. He had me checked in in under 5 min. He did say they would do their best to be done in an hour and a half. But it may be 2 to two and a half hours. Hour and 40 min later my tire was repaired. No up sell just fast to the point and friendly.
They always take good care of me here. Friendly, prompt and fair. Ill keep going back.

Best tire service in town. I brought my car which has a flat tire and they fixed it for free. I had a nice welcome from one of the workers who has taken my car immediately and fixed the tire. They also did some other checks in the car for free. I will diffentaly come-back to do my car service here again.
Overpriced oil changes. Dont bother making an appointment as it wont help. Dropped off car at 8:30 for a 9:00 appointment. Came back at 10:00 and car hadnt even been moved. It was pretty clear they had completely forgotten that I had checked in at all. No apologies made or acknowledgement that they had forgotten. When I got my car back, they had put the next oil change sticker which was good but removed my Costco tire rotation sticker and the tires werent touched!
Absolutely best all around service! They had us in and out and back on the road in less than 15 minutes!

Awesome. I had a tire w a small leak. The Dealer could not figure it out. Dropped by w/o an appt. They were booked, but still got me in after about an hour wait. Isaac found the leak and fixed it in ten minutes. They earned themselves a new customer! Tires have 37,000 miles on them, and the next set will be purchased here. Superb professional service.

What a wonderful team of people. I had a leaking tire on my camper and went there right before close. We are from Tennessee fixing to head back home the next day. They not only fixed the tire after closing but also fixed no charge. What a nice gesture. Don’t find that very often. If I lived in Colorado I would buy my tires there for sure.
This place is fantastic! Very friendly and accommodating to all their customers. I know I sat there 5hrs getting my brakes done and saw all the interaction. It took a bit longer then what was told...but I knew that they wanted them done right! Will always come down from Alma, Co for my vehicles needs.
Pretty poor experience here. I went in to get a leak repaired and rotate a couple tires. They listed the leak fix on the receipt but it did not look like they had even touched that tire, and sure enough, it still leaks. Not only that but they also did not put one of the wheel center caps back on and I didnt realize it until much later. Just seems to indicate an overall lack of attention to detail from their staff.
I brought a flat tire in for repair at 3:30pm on a Saturday while they were packed and had all services bays full. Within 2 minutes of my arrival they had the problem diagnosed (turned out to be a simple bead leak). They got me in an out quick at no charge. Great service. And, they ALL had masks on (responding to another recent review). Great shop. Ill get all of my tire work done here.

Arrived prior to opening in the AM with problem that I could not resolve - air pressure sensors were not syncing. Everything was in perfect running order when I left after just one hour.

Chris and everyone working was so awesome and helpful. We were passing through the area and had a tire leak. They were able to get us in and patched in under 20 minutes. We were ready to pay our bill and leave and he told us Merry Christmas, you guys have a wonderful trip. I will continuously do business with them and VERY HIGHLY reccomend them to anyone.

I made an 11am appointment and was told it would be 30 minutes to an hour and a half for the alignment. I called them back after two hours (since they hadnt called me). I was told they hadnt gotten around to my car yet and would need another 45 minutes to an hour (this was after being placed on hold 3 separate times and talking to three different people and explaining the situation each time). They gave plenty of reasons as to why they werent able to get to my car during the scheduled time. I put up enough of a fight to negotiate a $20 discount for the alignment over the phone. They eventually did the work for free since there wasnt much of an alignment issue. I came back several hours after the final call to find my car in the parking lot running! So I am mainly giving 1 star because a lack of personal responsibility seems to be evident throughout the business and should be addressed. Never once did Eddy acknowledge that he left the car running and unlocked. Personal responsibility in small things like turning off a serviced vehicle and locking it after parking it are essential when working with vehicles. Customer service and communication to the customer when running behind schedule should be a no-brainer. I understand issues arise and mistakes are made, but there must be communication and responsibility for those mistakes!

I showed up an hour before the shop closed, keep in mind I have never wanted to be that guy. I had to get my tire fixed because there was a GIANT nail stuck in it. The guys said that they would take it right in and see what they could do. While one extremely nice man was looking at my tire (I think his name was Micah), there were two more inside talking to me about sports and where we were all from. We had an very enjoyable conversation, you could tell they were genuine people. They even offered me popcorn! Before I knew it the guy that was looking into my nail issue came sprinting in, relaying great news. He assured me it was not a big deal, it would be an easy fix. They fixed my tire in less than ten minutes, I was so relieved. They made me feel like I was the only customer there, a true VIP. When it came time to pay, the gentleman at the register said You dont owe us a dime, it was an easy fix. It was really not a big deal at all!. I then tried offering him a cash tip for his services, and he cordiality declined (twice). I am going to be a Les Schwab customer for life, they are always honest and they make bad tire situations turn into great experiences.
My daughter and I were on a 3800 mile trip from Washington state to Maine. and coming out of the mountains. Had a situation with my car. Stopped at the Les in Littleton Co. The manager Nick Hadley immediately came out talked to us looked the car over and reassured us it was OK and checked the car. Everybody was so helpful and kind, efficient. Got us on our way quickly. Just want to say a huge Thank you to all.
These guys are the BEST! I always pull in before we head out on a road trip to check pressure on the fifth-wheel and these guys jump like theyve been waiting all day for me! Always cheerful, quick, and were on our way in no time. Ive tried to tip them but they politely decline! OH! They sell tires too!

I called right at opening and inquired about getting a level kit done on my truck. The person on the phone was very helpful and said we can get you in right away. I drove down, they made me feel like I mattered as a customer and would help to get me out of the door ASAP. I waited in the waiting area and was done and out the door in about 90 minutes. Way quicker than expected. All work was explained in detail and I had a great understanding of what was done and why. Great work and will definitely be back if I need additional work down the road.
I have visited about 35 Les Schwab locations around the West. All but one of those experiences have been favorable. My experience with the guys at the Littleton location was by far the best. Eddie is outstanding, not just the best mechanic I’ve ever dealt with, but one of the best professionals from any industry I’ve dealt with. He was a great communicator, it was clear that he genuinely cares, he found a way to get things done right and overcame obstacles presented by my unique camper van, he was honest and consistent, he helped reduce my total cost by seeking less expensive parts, and he even fixed my brake sensor that Mercedes failed to take care of when I went in for my last service. These guys have great products and impeccable service. I started going there for the free tire rotations and found a business that I really trust for much more than tires.
Grateful for these guys and gals, needed an emergency tire swap late in the day and they got me in anyway - thanks a million!!

I always come to this location specifically because of their customer service. They are very honest and transparent about what is best. Will is the manager there I believe and goes above and beyond to make situation correct if things dont go the way they should. I would recommend them Everytime.

Disappointing, spent about $800 on tires 07/2019. They were amazing with road side service. The tires are loud and my Toyota RAV 4 now sounds and handles like a tractor. The service technician asked how I like the tires. I explained I have returned twice for loss of tire pressure and he said he liked to hear customer feedback. I explained these tires are not appropriate for my car. Nothing further from the technician. We have used Less Schwab for years and I was very disappointed. The technician said sometimes tires lose air. Could it be that the tire is defective? This is not a positive experience and I am sorely disappointed. The technician did rotate my tires after he did not locate a hole in the tire. Clearly, the tire or tires are defective.
The staff was friendly and fast to help. Gave me several options for my budget that was competitive with Sams Club. Thanks for getting me back to work quickly.

Theyll do a simple patch for free. They also tell you if theres a long wait. Some places always give a short estimate on time again and again. Appreciate the honesty.
I got my tires from here not too long ago and the price was reasonable for the quality of the tires. I also had some damage done from an accident and took it here for that too, now Im here for a flat repair. Theyre always so kind and have great customer service here, if I have a question they always answer it in an easy to understand way. I will continue to come here for my tires and such. Never will I use Les Schwab again. I make an appointment to get new snow tires on. I purchased them elsewhere and they knew this and were good with it. $50 a tire is what I was quoted for mount, balance, and disposal of old tires. I show up ON TIME for my appointment and am turned away because I brought my own tires and they were “too backed up”?!?! I have many colorful words I’d like to use but I’ll keep it clean. It’s a 30 minute drive from my house. So an hour round trip for nothing. Thanks for nothing Les Schwab! Maybe next time you can call and tell me before I show up for my appointment or tell me when I can to setup the appointment you are full. So irate and annoyed right now.

Someone came out to the parking lot as I exited my car a asked how to help me. Cool. Then while looking for my lug nut lock, technician named John found $200 in cash in my kit that I left there and forgot about 2 months ago. He reminded me and would not accept a tip for finding it. Being 70 years old is hard, but John is watching out for me. These folks are great.

I want to give no stars. I sent my son down to get my tires for my daughters car. When he arrived they said it would be a couple hours. 5 hours later and he is still waiting for car. Its been sitting in the bay for an hour with out tires. The response I get when I called is well we only have 4 technicians. Well then let people know that so they can decide if they have a whole day to waste.
