This shop is amazing! From the very beginning I had great customer service. I went in twice before I scheduled my appointment. I was leary about trying a new shop for my Audi Q5 but wanted more quotes for the work being done. They were so great and answered all my questions and told me theyd match the other quotes. I ended up switching from where I normally get my work done to them because of how great they treated me and how fair their prices were. Im happy with the work they did and will definitely be using them from now on.

They service our companys fleet vehicles, and I have had them do a considerable amount of overdue work on my own Subaru as well. They knew my issue (Volvo) and kept the costs to a minimum. Ken Caryl Imports is the only place is trust with my 2002 A4. Im a young female and I trust them to tell me what I need, what I dont need, and to check for what I dont know about. I moved two hours away and I still choose them to service my car; its worth the drive. They take care of you, and treat you with respect.

I have been going to Ken Caryl Imports for the past 4 years. They are an excellent alternative to taking my car to a dealership. They do the same periodic maintenance as the dealer at about a third of the cost. Without exception, the folks there have been great to deal with and very knowledgeable about my vehicle. I plan to continue using them in the future and I now have my son using them as well. Its really great to have a repair and maintenance facility so close to home that I trust and that has performed wonderful work on my car everytime I have used their services.

Very good customer service, They are the only company I trust with my car, of which I do most of the work myself on. I brought my car in or a clutch install as I didnt feel comfortable doing it myself, and they took care of it for me, with no issues or bumps. Other times that I have been in to have things checked out like diagnostics of a starter not working, they were happy to figure out my no start issue, and then let me take the car home to do the repair on the starter myself. They are not pushy when you dont want to have work done like most companies, and are SO much better than any other repair shop Ive ever seen.

I gave them the opportunity to gouge me for extra work based on a noise I heard but they didnt take advantage of it and told me that the noise was nothing to worry about and simply friction from lack of use of this vehicle. Adam and Danny are the real deal. They are honest and have integrity.I had a BMW engine that came apart at the seams (catastrophic engine failure). I had the BMW towed to them to check it out and see if it was repairable. They told me it was not, and that the whole engine needed to be replaced. Even though the vehicle was out of warranty, they recommended that I tow it to a local BMW dealership to see if they would help offset the cost of an engine that failed after only 60,000ish miles. They did that knowing that they would not get the business.Well, they were right, BMW did stand behind their product and is replacing the engine at no charge.These guys helped me out in a time of need, and I am forever grateful. They are the real deal, and I will use their services from now on because they have integrity. I suggest you do the same.

Great shop! Fair prices! Took my vr6 in for suspension work, fuel filter and drive belt replacement. Outstanding first time experience. Adam and the entire staff is superb. Fixed my 2001 Audi TT at a good price and much better than I would have gotten from an Audi dealer. My wife says her car runs like new. So happy Im bringing them my Mercury Mariner (American made import! Haha) for some work.

At this point in time I have called up twice and visited the store once, all trying to get my shocks replaced. Although they were nice and knowledgeable when i talked to them, I never received a call back to bring in my vehicle and get the shocks replaced. Its a quick fix and shouldnt take much time, and I wonder why they wont give me a quote or even call me back. I saw other reviews and wanted to give the company my business, however being ignored or forgotten repeatedly has caused me to bring my business elsewhere.

Very friendly staff, got my issue resolved. I had an issue with an air leak/ boost leak. I didnt have an appointment, but they were able to get me in right away, fixed the problem within a couple of hours and I was on my way. No runaround, no headache! I will definitely come back if I ever need any additional work done, and would recommend it.

I have had good experience with our cars here. Straightforward explanation and reasonable to very good prices. I recommend them often to friends and family.

I brought my truck in for lower ball joints and a wheel alignment. When I picked it up, I could see that the front left side was 1/2 lower than the front right. Also, the front was 3/4 lower than the rear. The torsion bars were not adjusted correctly after the work was done. When I told them, they said, bring it in, we will take care of it. This time, the got the front right and left level, but the front was still 3/4 lower than the rear. Out of frustration, I decided to adjust the torsion bars myself. I then said that I wanted the alignment redone, since the ride height had been changed. They took care of this too. But after bringing my truck in 5 days in a row, they never offered an apology for all of the hassle, or for me having to go back and fix the work that I paid them for. Poor attention to detail, and poor customer service on a simple, routine repair.
