I was very frustrated. I had taken my Volvo into several automotive shops. No one could figure out why my car wouldn’t go into reverse at times. Of course, it wouldn’t do this at the shop. A friend finally referred me to Vovos by Jeff. Bruce was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. He is honest and has reasonable prices! He can typically get you in quickly! I highly recommend him!

I called Volvos by Jeff in a panic because the Volvo dealership wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to fix my cracked oil pan. Bruce was with me every step of the way and charged probably the best price on labor I have ever seen. Theyre also holding onto the broken parts so that my insurance appraiser can come and check out the damage. Quality repair, my car feels great! Super fast (I brought my car in Tuesday afternoon and it was done Thursday afternoon), convenient and I can now say that I have my go-to Volvo mechanic. Thank you guys!
