I live in Florida and needed to get a second opinion for my daughters Ford Escape. She was quoted a very costly AC repair job at another shop. I did some research and chose Big O based on reviews and my conversation with Shane ( mgr). Well it turns out that all we needed was a $9 valve and an AC recharge. The bill was $168! I was quoted almost $2000 at the other repair shop. I then asked Shane if his wonderful team would perform an oil change and detailed safety inspection. Thank goodness I did as they found the rear brakes were almost metal to metal! There were a few other minor repairs that I gladly approved. If you need or are looking for a reliable HONEST repair shop I highly recommend this Big O! Thank you Shane and crew for taking care of my kids car! I truly appreciate the service. Thanks You!!!

I have a few issues with the shop. I got a new set of tires on a 2020 Silverado, I picked up the truck took it home that night next morning go out and realize that the hub cap on the passenger side is missing call them and tell them and they say that it was on when it left and nothing they can do about it. A month or so goes by they are close to where I work I need a tire rotation and was close to needing an oil change so I figured I would give them another chance. I call and Schedule an oil change and a rotation at 2:00 pm. It took over 2 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. I leave (check my hub caps are tight) no issues I can tell. A few weeks later the weather gets colder and my tire sensors start going off not sure if the tire pressure didnt get changed or the sensor location didnt get reset but either way after having my truck truck for two + hours for service you would think that everything would be done. Went back and told them and they say it is going to take a half hour or so to set the sensors. I told them that I would just take it else where. Most reviews of this shop are good so I dont really understand why I had issues or the lack of even trying to make any of these issues right.

I took my vehicle in to have one of the tires checked out which I had purchased from them 6 months ago. The employees are professional, kind and very efficient. They fixed my tire free of charge in under one hour and I did not have an appointment. I will continue to use them for all my tire needs. Great establishment

These guys dont honor service packages from other Big O shops. dont believe them when you call and they say they can help. I called and explained the situation on the phone. they said to bring it in. when i g3 there i got the run around. Apparently BIG O does not have the nation wide service i thought...

I first started going to this location about 1 year ago when I moved to this part of town out of convenience (it is very close to my house). I 1st went for an alignment on my car. The service was Great, took me at my appt time and price was fair. I have gone back to have tires (that I had bought online) installed and balanced and most recently had to take my daughters car for an alignment as well. Once they got it in the air they told me I would have to do the front tie-rods before the alignment, which is not something I was expecting to have to have money for that day but, I knew they probably really needed to be done asap. I wasnt going to be able to do it due to money and was upset and worried but they managed to work on the price a bit with me and walked me through applying for financing. They were very nice and accommodating. Needless to say they had my daughters car completely done with the rods and the alignment within 2 hours. She was able to drive to work that day and says her car drives great now. I do recommend this location 100%

I brought my car in to get an alignment with a $50 coupon. I got a phone call from the mechanic about an hour later saying my tie rods were bad and they can replace both of them on each side for $680. I decided to bring it to meineke and was quoted $590. I gave meineke to go ahead to replace them. I got a phone call from meineke and they said my tie rods were fine and they were going to do the alignment. I ended up saving $600 by getting a second opinion.

I brought my daughters car in after she slid on ice and damaged her tire rim, causing the tire to go flat. Dawson and Ozzy took excellent care of the problem in a timely manner. They were both professional and personable. When they were finished I was pleasantly surprised to hear from Dawson that they took care of the problem free of charge and would be happy to assist if anything else needed to be looked at. That made my day! Excellent customer service!

Ive been taking my vehicles to this Big O since we moved here almost 3 years ago. The Service Managers have always been very professional and friendly. I always been very satisfied with the quality of work they do. The last time I went there, Rick went out of his way to take care of the problem I had with my car. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Dawson was the difference. I was late to picking up my car and he gave me call said he had somewhere to be and that he would wait for me. I called him back 6 minutes later telling him I was having trouble getting there and that my Uber left before I came outside to head to the shop. Talked to Dawson about what had happened and said I could leave my car there for the night and offered to give me a ride to the shop in the morning to pick up my car. Great performance and Costumer service from this guy. Will definitely Recommend this shop to anyone looking for work or auto services.

Let me start out by saying that this location provided me with the best experience I have had getting my car serviced in this area. I brought in my 2010 Buick Lacrosse for a loud grinding noise coming from the front of my vehicle and Rick was incredible in helping me out. I called them up and they saw me that day. He was friendly, direct and professional and clearly explained the issue and what they needed to do to fix it. Within an hour of bringing my car in they had looked at it, and by the end of the day they fixed it. You can clearly tell that the associates that work at this location know what they are doing. My car runs better than it has in awhile and I will definitely be bringing my car back to this location for all my future servicing needs!

Hands down the best shop I’ve ever encountered. Their tire insurance has saved me a handful of times. I took a tire in today that had a nail in it and though they seemed pretty busy, Rick and the crew had me fixed and outta there in ~30 minutes. Justin at Big O tire was super helpful. Great customer service! I had a nail in my tire and they removed it and fixed it super fast. I’m pretty sure I got a call 30 mins after leaving. I wasn’t able to replace my tire pressure sensor or my rear brakes yet due to need for saving before investing in this. Called up the shop and talked to Rick about getting the tires I got from them re-balanced,had a weight fly off, he said come on down we can handle it for you no problem. Ive always had a nice experience with this shop.

I am a long time customer. With some of the frequent management changes over the past few years, there were a few challenges, but I feel like things are greatly improving with the current management. If there is an issue with any vehicle repair they will stand by their work and take care of it. I also think their tire prices are competitive.

Called to make an appointment to get my snow tires on and an alignment. They guy on the phone said bring it in at 10am and it will be $85 to put tires on and an alignment. I said how long will that take, he said if you have it here right at 10am we’ll get you in, about an hour. Brought it in and I had to wait 2 hrs just for them to put the tires on. They said it was going to be $85 for the tires and another $125 for the alignment! Plus I had to wait another 45 min for that. 3 hrs later I was out of there. First time there and last. Not impressed.

Good service but time given for labor work on tires was incorrect and they did not complete the full service within the 2 hours I waited. Price was decent.

I tell ya what, I always have a good experience at this place! There has been a couple of times where my wait was over an hour but I dont mind sitting there and reading a good book on my kindle!

All of the staff is super helpful and works together as a team. They were able to fit me in last minute and got be out the door quickly with my service completed. Big thank you to Justin for working with me and being so helpful. Great service and clean store!

I took my car in last week to have my tires balanced and rotated. They did it for no charge. Rick and Shane are awesome and have great customer service too! I will always take my car here!

Not impressed. I have been rotating summer and winter tires on my car for years. Was told my tires are now too old to put on my car based on the manufacturing date and not even the quality, or tread life of the tires. Come on, at least tell me the tread is less than 3/16 on 2 of them and they cant be installed. They also informed me I had a metal on metal rear brake pads to rotors situation and they needed to be replaced. This of course was a lie and could easily be inspected. Yes, the brake pads need to be replaced soon, but you dont need to lie. Lastly, they also claimed I need outer tie rod ends replaced, but unfortunately this was also a lie and the car actually needs front wheel bearings. I understand how this can be incorrectly diagnosed, but it is still not true. The final treat was a quote for $1770 without discussion of tire options. Tie rod ends and brake pads would run approx $150 in parts for my older car and take only a couple hours to replace. The most expensive summer tires listed for my 195/65R15 tire size on their website are $138.99 each. No thanks! I would not trust them to be honest or treat you well. I will never be a customer here.

Been to these guys a couple of times and every single time they try to stick me with some bs faulty wires or something else that magically is wrong. Taken to any respectable place they would tell you that there is nothing wrong or its not as big as a deal as the big O people say. Usually do my own oil changes to save money but didnt have time last time so I took it to them to have them do it, got the bs story ignored it and they got the job done. Went to do my oil this time and noticed that I had two bolts tightened way to far and saw they were stripped out as well. No offense to the people there it might just be the company but this place sucks.

Went in one afternoon because my back tire was flat and was not in the mood to deal with it (but are we ever?). Justin was so welcoming and I think sensed my irritation with the situation. Grabbed the keys, told me hed have it ready in 30 minutes, and he delivered! Such quick, friendly service. I ended up just needing a patch, and I couldnt thank him enough! Will definitely return when the time comes to buy tires.

Had a mysterious light when I started my car. Went to 2 other places that didnt seem interested in finding the reason. Once I arrived at Big O the answer was an easy fix that took a few minutes! Thanks

We have had 6 different vehicles serviced here for years, and have always been pleased. The staff here are amazing, and we drive 30 minutes to get here instead of the Big O Tires 5 minutes from our house. They are very careful with your vehicle and take every precaution. We have gotten new tires and rotations done on our Teslas, and I highly recommend this location to get your EVs tires serviced! (Just make sure you bring your lifting jack pucks.) They know what they are doing with your car, and if they dont, they will come and talk with you before they do anything. This place truly has The Team I Trust.

Wow this place is amazing. I was leaving for a roadtrip and got a low tire pressure sign. Got there and they fixed the tire for FREE. It was my 1st visit. I will definitely be back. They got me in and out, so I was able to get to Ouray decent time. Great service.

This Big O tire shop and the staff that work there do a great job. They have put tires on all three of my cars and in each case I could not have been more happy. Just brought my Range Rover Sport in for a rotation and was in and out in less then a hour, even though they were busy. After periods of time with two other tire shops in the area, I won’t go anywhere else.

Thank you for prompt and excellent service. Stopped in today 5.28.19 with my white BMW X5 because oil level low warning came up. Even though I had an oil change at different Big O location, and couldnt immediately produce receipt, the store manager called the other location, got the correct oil viscosity and topped off all fluids. They also made the absolute correct decision to ignore the oil fluid level warning not resetting and did not overfill. the warning light resetted after a short drive to costco, shop, and driving home. Very grateful to Big O and their people for great service and caring for their customers.

I had a minor accident and needed help to get home 700 miles away before the holiday weekend. My vehicle had minor body damage but parts in the front end were bent. Shane and the crew got a tow truck over to me and got me in right away. They diagnosed the issues, got the parts and I’ll be on my way home later today. Can’t thank them enough for their handling of this matter. Highly recommend!!!!

I have been a customer of this store for at least 15 years or more. It is one of the few places I can go where I know I will get great service, people who see me and hear what I need and a fair price for what they do. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and just a great place to for your tires and associated needs. A breath of fresh air in this busy and not always consumer friendly world.

Called them this morning, looking for a certain tire for my suburban. It was in stock, had them installed same day. They also fixed my alignment, and assesed future needs. Ill be coming back-

Went in to have set of wheels changed out and have an oil change. Truck sat there for an hour with nothing done to it. Then had them call me saying I needed new lug nuts that would cost just over 300$. Truck never got put on a lift to even check. Highly recommend using a different Big O

Wonderfully air conditioned lobby, friendly and professional staff, fixed 2 punctures in one of my tires for free even not having bought the tired there or ever having been there before at all.Edit: brought my wifes car in for new tires a few weeks later, made an appointment and they got it done in 20 mins.

Got a warning light on the highway - pulled right in and was greeted in the most cheerful manner by Rick. He got me right in and literally saved the day!! No charge for a flat repair. It doesn’t get any better than this!!

Brought my car in for a nail repair. Fix was free and fast. Andrew and the tech that serviced my car were awesome to deal with. Also, Andrew did not try to sell me new tires and was honest about the tread life left on them. Due to the service and honesty I will be DEFINITELY buying my next tires from Andrew and this location!

I have been going to the Big-O tires in Littleton for many years. Ever since I got my 2006 Tribecca with almost 250K miles on it now. Almost all my experiences have been positive. They are quick to fix a tire, add air when needed, or get new tires. They try to work your car in the schedule when they are overly busy, They have gone beyond more times than not, and they have worked with me to keep my car going through various maintenance issues. I cannot count the number of times they fixed a hole in the tire or repaired a leaky tire. They have always been very fair, professional and friendly. If I did not go to them early on and keep going, I think I would have had to buy a new car by now. I have never had an incident when I thought I was overcharged or damage was ever caused by them. I plan to keep going there for many more years.

My niece took her car to Big O off federal and Evans they gave her a quote and told her what was wrong. I went up there and asked to see the broken parts they said that it doesnt drive and they cant put it on the lift so I asked how they knew what was broken they said based off of experience. I asked if they could put it on the lift and look at it they said I would have to pay what they quoted Us just to get it on the lift I felt like they were trying to take advantage of us so I called this big O and they said that they would put it on the lift check everything out Give us a price of what it costs and let me see all the parts that are broken the tech Mat was awsome and explained what we needed and took care of us I definitely recommend this place

Realize the online quotes are just the cost of the tires.....then add labor and any extras you may want and you have the TOTAL AMOUNT quote. I was happy with the service I got from the manager, but the young cat at the desk was very rude. I like my tires and am glad its over.

It was 10 minutes till closing on a Saturday night we were on our way home from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs when our tire light went on. We stopped to check the air pressure and found a nail. We called and Shane said come on over. They took the car back right away. Luckily it was just a patch job. They greeted us with a smile and were all super helpful and completely took care of us at what I’m sure was the end of a long day. We are very very thankful To Shane and his crew today for helping us out last minute and staying late to do so especially on a Saturday night. Thank you!!!!
