I scheduled an oil change weeks in advance online, providing details of my vehicle (which was purchased at AutoNation). I arrived in the service bay exactly on time, but no one was there to greet me; several employees walked by without asking if I needed help. I finally found someone to talk to and was informed that service would take 1 hour. 1.5 hrs later I inquired about my car. After some running around it was determined that the proper filter had to be obtained from off site, and had just arrived. I was not asked if an additional hour wait was possible (it was not). A well run service department should have ordered the proper filter ahead of time, since all my vehicle details were entered into the scheduling system. It was a terrible experience all around. I will not be back.
Brought my truck for an oil change; told it would take 2 hours.Heard nothing from service that day. Called and left a message with the service manager asking for a status report. Heard nothing. Called back the following day, was told my truck had been ready but no one called or responded to my inquiry. Absolutely horrible service and worse communication. DO NOT TAKE your vehicle here for service; service does not give a hoot for customer care.
In April I ordered a rear view mirror for my truck, they said they should have it by early May. In mid May, I’m back in town and I call again. They have no record of my order, I make a new one. This time they say it’s a specific order for me and the price gets knocked down by $100: sweet. I call today, about a month after it is supposed to be completed (no call the entire time) and I find out “there have been no orders placed” for my part the entire year. They tell me the part should be in at the end of the month, for the third time, and I decide to write this review.
Great place. Wonderful people.
Good place to get service. Honest and fair. They have never tried to up sell me and have taken no thanks without pushing numerous times. Happy with the service department and will be a continued customer as needed.
One star due to the Service center not having it all together. I set an appointment to get a Code Read and Computer Reset. I drove an hour get there for them to say they are too busy to ge t to it. They only have one deisl mechanic. And their call center set an appointment for a drop off only, which they never told me. Who has time to wait all day for a sinple task that takes 10 minutes. Thats why I set an appointment. Pathetic no wonder why they have bad reviews. Find another Ford to go to and buy from. The reviews were spot on.
Jesika went above and beyond to help me with a Ford I had just purchased, she never made me feel annoying or insecure about my many questions. I would definitely come here to have a car serviced again.
Made an appointment 4 weeks in advance and requested a specific cabin filter change for my Kia, that the dealership didnt have but would order, in addition to an oil change and inspection. When I made the appointment I also asked if the inspection was the same or comparable to the inspection recommended by Kia. They told me that I could compare their inspection, with the Kia recommended inspection, and they could add in whatever wasnt in the list. Upon arrival, the service associate said they could only give me an inspection list after the inspection was completed. So much for adding anything missed by their inspection.I sat in the waiting area for 2 1/2 hours before the service associate told me that the filter I requested when I made the appointment was never ordered and they were waiting for someone to get one for my car. Another 30 minutes and the service associate seemed hurried to get me out of there. She seemed to show concern that I had waited so long for the service, but at the same time seemed to use that as an excuse to not print out my paperwork for the service. She asked if the one paper she had of the vehicle check-up was good enough and I said yes as she was telling me she didnt want me to have to wait to get all the paperwork printed out. I was wondering how long that could possibly take. I asked how much the additional filter cost me and she said she would cover it. This seemed like a reasonable accommodation, but I have no record that it was even put in my car!The rudimentary vehicle check-up I received shows a multi-point inspection was done, but not what was in that inspection. My wiper blades were serviced, whatever that means. Looked at? Replaced? My tire tread was checked. My brake pads were checked and will need service soon, this at least was good to know. Battery was in good health. List of undercarriage items were all left blank as well as all fluid levels, filters, belts and hoses were left blank. If I didnt have a window sticker showing the oil was changed I would wonder if that was even done.I felt that this was a very incompetent service appointment and I would rather drive well out of my way next time to avoid this place. Why wouldnt a service center have a copy of a common inspection report available for review? Why would it be a time consuming effort to get a receipt or a more in depth service report after waiting for so long? The whole experience here was nothing but frustrating. I will have to pay for another inspection somewhere else to show that I am following proper guidelines to keep my warranty in good standing.***Upon further inspection, I located the cabin filter and it was not replaced. No wonder they didnt charge me for it or give me a receipt or other paperwork. This place is a joke.
Would never recommended to anyone! The service center is HORRIBLE at answering the phone. Ive been in multiple times and will watch service advisors sit at their desk and just let the phone ring and ring, in front of customers too! They simply do not care about customer service what so ever. The woman who works at the front desk of the dealership, as the operator, she is so unprofessional and short, and absolutely no help. Terrible customer service all the way around.
This dealership and this company is nothing but a nightmare please take this from someone who has gone through a lot of awful weeks with this company. Do not buy a car here 👍
If you want your car back on time, dont go here. I verified on the phone and was promised they would complete the work in the same day, and Id get my car back by close of business. 8 hours after dropping it off on time for my scheduled appointment, I got a call saying the tech hasnt even started on it, but they promise itll be done by 10 am the next day. No correspondence from them by 11 am next day, so I called them. They were still working but should be done in a few minutes. They had the shuttle get me and was finally able to get my car back. (The lady running the shuttle is very nice, only good part about this experience.) First and last time I utilize services at this dealership and service center.
Wish I could rate this dealer -5 stars. My mom bought a car from here not even a couple months ago and this is by far the worst dealership service ever. She was having a oil leak and took the car into the service station and it took them 2 WEEKS to fix the problem and when when we went to pick up the car, the Air Condition was not working. Keep in mind we picked up the car after she got out of work, she gets out at 4:30 and we arrived at 5 pm ( around closing time) they told us they didnt do any work on the top of the car where the AC system is so that they couldnt do anything unless we wanted to leave the car and pay another $100 for service fee after the one she just paid. Thats just outragouse. So she decided she would take the car as is and get it fixed somewhere cheaper. As we were leaving home in the condition it was in with no A/C or any kind of ventalation. About 3 minutes into the drive home we decide to open the sunroof for extra air and it turns out THE SUNROOF IS SHATTERED. My mom super angry wonders WHAT THE HELL? I DIDNT DROP IT OFF LIKE THIS so now we have no A/C system and a shattered sunroof. We just had to turn around and make a better complaint of the matters. I kid you not we had left the dealer not even 5 minutes ago and when we arrived it was closed. The service men were no where to be found, apparently they had all already left. (they closed at 5) we sat there in the messed up car not knowing what to do and knew they would blame us for the situation because we had to drive it home regardless. I am 6 months pregnant and in this kind of weather thats just unexeptable, I nearly fainted on the way home ( 35 min drive) So utterly rude. Still waiting on some feed back from FORD MANAGEMENT, seriously would love to take this to court and go back to Chevy. DO NOT SHOP HERE, THE STARTING EXPERIENCE IS SUPER CONVICING BUT YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOUR GETTING YOURSELF INTO, THE WORST.
I bought an autonation warranty and am stuck using their service centers. Called to schedule service for a strange noise and its going to take them over a month the get it into the shop. A warranty is useless if I have to schedule repairs a month in advance.
Not a good place to get your car serviced. Ive gone there several times, mostly for warranty work, over the last few years because they are the closest dealership. .... Last time I went, it was the usual bad experience. This time they only fixed the car half way under warranty, completely ignoring a Technical Service Bulletin TSB that fixes it 100% ! Seems like common sense, especially after I told them about the TSB and they still refuse to fix the car. ... This is why I finally wised up and bought a new VW Tiguan even though I wanted a Ford Escape. Just to avoid this repeated horrible service.
Purchased a vehicle here. Was told everything was ready to go for tags. Went to DMV on my day off, spent 2 hours there only to find out I did not have emissions done. Do not buy from here...
I never gave the service center my email to send me emails. I just bought a brand new car and you want to send me emails to come have it services. Even after i asked to be pulled off your emailList you guys still email me. Here’s your star.
Incredible service! Zach was incredibly personable and understanding. Service was done timely and with great concern for the quality. Autonation is where I will continue to get my service done and purchase any future cars here!!
Air, I called this morning, October 24th, 7 times. All 7 times I received an machine in the service department that said call back later. On the 8th time I reached the Autonation operator whose wise words were Well the mornings are busy, you should try back later.Coming from a customer service background Im honestly shocked Autonation Ford is still open with how awful their service department is. I regret trading in my vehicle and my hope is no one else has to go through what I have just to get hot air, IN COLORADO! LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE FOR A VEHICLE!!!!Edit (11/6/19): After receiving once again awful service I called and left a message twice with the GM on October 28th. I havent received a call back because clearly customer service isnt a priority. I wanted to make them aware of a conversation the Service Manager decided was appropriate to have in front of customers. One of the service employees reminded the Service Manager of her cardiology appointment happening later that afternoon, a request she turned in a month prior, and he straight up said I dont believe you. If you cant care for your employees then how can you care for your customers. Absolutely disgusting.
In and out in less than 2 hours.
Hands down the worst service that you will ever receive. These guys couldn’t spell customer service if they had a gun to their head. My family has purchased over $500,000 worth of vehicles, and we were told that we “haven’t spent enough money with them” to justify resolving an issue. The service department is run by two “gentleman” who won’t give you a call back or return your emails. Take my advice and go to Longmont Ford. It’s a bit up the road, but they treated me like gold the entire time. Worth the extra time.
VERY dissatisfied. Made an appointment for a used car inspection at 930 am on a sat. Got there and went in, no one acknowledged that we were standing there or that they even saw us until we went to a desk and stood directly in front of them. Ok, Ill let it slide. Give them our name and they tell us that we dont even have an appointment on their schedule and that there is not anyone there to do the requested service and cant get us in for a new appointment until later that week. Well I am trying to calm my husband down at this point. So we leave. I called the service manager on the way home. All he says is well we dont even have your phone number in our system and Im not sure you are in the right place. I have lived in Littleton. My entire life. THIS IS THE ONLY FORD DEALER ON BROADWAY AND COUNTY LINE! Ugh. Wont be going back here.
I’ve been taking my trucks here for years. James and the service department have made it a simple task dropping off and or servicing my vehicles. I wouldnt go anywhere else and would recommend this place to anyone.
Nice guys, nice showroom and customer waiting area. However they were unable to fix a rough idle/fuel/timing issue on my 2013 Mustang GT 6-speed still under warranty. They said it was just how the car runs because no codes where thrown (420HP sports car that bogs down when you hit the gas pedal quickly at idle? I dont think so). Also, they were unable to fix an alignment issue, said it was the factory sport tires. Either the 2013 GT is a big POS, or the mechanics were incompetent. After returning 3+ times regarding the above issues, I gave up and sold the car a few months later. If you have a Ford under factory warranty, I recommend looking elsewhere for repairs.
I have to say there isnt an ISSUE with customer service at Autonation Ford Service... only because its hard to have an ISSUE with something that isnt there. I had my F-150 towed in to AutoNation Ford after it wouldnt start in a parking lot. Did not realize that they were not as qualified as the Rusty Eck Ford service technicians in Wichita Kansas where I bought the vehicle. Plus two other new Ford F-150s over the last 6 years. So when they couldnt reinstall a FORD brand remote starter back into the vehicle. They told me they were going to have to leave it out for the vehicle to be able to start. I unwillingly agreed and paid over $600 just to have a remote start removed that was originally installed by Rusty Eck Ford. After I pick the vehicle up my radar detector that cost $700 and my Ford radio didnt work. I asked Schiller the service manager to take a look at it and see why. He replied we are not qualified and will not be looking at the vehicle have a great day. I replied how can you be okay with letting my vehicle leave without the radio and radar detector working. He replied well there is no proof that the radar detector wasnt working or radio wasnt working before the vehicle is brought in plus you havent bought one vehicle from AutoNation Ford so why would I have a reason to help... I dont know Schiller... Why would I have a reason to buy through AutoNation Ford!?! Hard question to answer!
Servicing/repairing your vehicle? Consumers beware of this repair center. I purchased a vehicle (from CleaShift Cars in Littleton) that was inspected by this repair center. The technician that inspected my vehicle marked every inspection point off in green, as if all vehicle components were in good standing. I found my vehicle was leaking antifreeze, and also covered in oil. The dealership said said they’d have Autonation look at it again. I spoke with Autonation’s Service advisor and they advised me the vehicle didn’t get check in for fluid leak diagnosis. They advised me that a technician at the repair center personally knows someone from the dealer I purchased from, and services their vehicles. Clearly, the Dealer (ClearShift Cars) has technicians from this repair center in their pocket, and has them falsifying inspection information to aid them in selling bad vehicles. The repair center’s Service Manager, appears to endorse these tech’s foul use of Autonation’s multipoint and pre-purchase inspection Checklists. My wife and kids (two of which are infants) now drive around town in a vehicle that smells like burning oil in the cabin, and is in need of over $5,000 just in labor (according to Phil Long Ford of Denver). Phil Long Ford advised me my vehicle is covered in oil, and is need of a transmission and front differential. I will contact the Better Business Bureau and anyone else necessary to aid in finding justice for the actions these businesses are taking, and for having put my wife and kids in an unreliable vehicle. This service center is dishonest, and everyone knows that a dishonest technician can steal thousands at a time from a customer, given the customer is at the mercy of their repair recommendations.
Odd they have only 5 reviews here..hmmm, changed the name to get rid of their horrific previous reviews I see!! Avoid at all costs, they are incompetent and frauds at best. They botched an alternator warranty repair on my Focus ST, stripped the bolt to engine mount and used silicone to glue it back in, that caused the engine to move and lose all the oil and blew the motor. 9 months later I have car repaired at another reputable dealer with Fords help. AutoNation could not change the oil properly. 5 vs 6 qts needed, another repair was needed and took month to fix and got two flats, and went to get car 4 times and when I took the car it was not fixed. Watch the videos on the them with the Ford f-250 and see how bad they really are, the list is long with these clowns.
Nothing good here!! Found hammer in the engine compartment !!!
Tried to over sell maintenance work without first looking at the car
Disappointing. One of the services I paid for was an alignment for my truck. After receiving it back, the truck still pulls to the same side I told the customer service rep when dropping it off. I called them and left a message a few days ago about the problem persisting so that I could bring it back to have the issue rectified. Still havent heard back.
They always take good care of my Fusion
Great staff, great choices!
Lies and delay. Seriously take your business elsewhere for service. Im on my second vehicle here but will never purchase at again this AutoNation again. Makes me question Ford products as a whole.
Super Helpful.
