Made an appointment for my “free” oil change included with purchase of a certified used vehicle. This is the first service I’ve gotten on it since I haven’t been driving much. Made an appointment for 3pm - waited in the queue line for 17 minutes. I’m not anticipating much being wrong because it’s still under warranty. They say it will be an hour and a half!! For an oil change! Why take appointments if you’re so backed up?! But I’ve taken off work and driven all the way there. Finally, 2 hours later, it’s done. But I get handed an estimate of recommendations $1200 for tires and brakes. After all, I’ve had the car for 6 months so it totally makes sense that it needs tires and brakes!! I’ve driven maybe 4000 miles in the last 7 months. My fault I guess for not having the tires and brakes checked. I’d rather pay the local Midas for some honesty and quicker service. Will be having another shop do my warranty work.
Very nice and helpful staff. Knew I was in a pinch needing my car fast to help drive elderly to dr appointments so worked hard and got it back to me in time to not have to cancel appointments.
Not sure what going on I called the the service manager Bob called Trevor that handles most problems for two days no return calls or answering so Im going to anew dealership
Took my car for warranty service and they were so helpful and nice. They even gave me quotes for some service that needs done in the near future!
Went in for a oil change and tire rotation, vthey did the RECALL and forgot to do the oil change, he was so nice he didnt charge for the tire rotation and I got my 1st oil change for free. Great service
Unfaithful and careless.I dropped off my car for an appointment on May 21 2021, at noon, as my car was showing (Check Tire Pressure Monitoring System!) . No one called me till the afternoon so I had to call them couple of times and the last time I called them they told me that they have checked the car and looks like there is a nail in my tire. and they will take care of it. May 22 I called them at 12 again and the second lady told me that they will take a look at the car today! Called the second lady again at 3 to get status and she said looks like the sensor is broken and they will take care of it by the end of the day (why the first lady lied to me then? they could tell me they didnt get a chance to look at my car at all). I called them again an hour before they close and the second lady told me that looks like they dont have the part so my car wont be ready today. I told her to stop as I am gonna take my car home. I went there and I told them why they told me there is a nail in my tire the day before? and they were surprised too. I politely asked them who is the manager so I can discuss this with them and they told me that they will tell Bob to call me on Monday. Well today is Thursday and no one even bother to call me. According to my experience looks like PeakKia IS NOT a great idea!Response to the Owner:Thanks for reaching out after 15 days. My issue has been resolved by Discount Tire. I am not going reach out to anyone in PeakKia. You better reach out to your customer service and discuss this issue with so it will not happen to your other customers. Thank you.
While not the expected fast in and out care. They were competant and handled the large flow of work as well as can be expected.
Peak is great. Bought many KIAS from them great to deal with.

I dropped my car off at noon on Thursday for an oil change and safety recall. Was told it would be done in 1.5 hours. I had not heard anything, so 4 hours later I called to see if I could pick up my car. I spoke with a gentleman and was told it had failed the safety recall update and would need a new transmission, but they needed to keep it over night to get approval and that I would have a loaner car while they did so and I would be contacted on Friday morning. Friday.... no contact from Kia. I called Friday afternoon and spoke to a woman who said that they were waiting on a Techline response to determine next steps for my car and that it could take several business days before they even heard back or before I would be able to get a loaner car. She told me that she would advise me to cancel any weekend appointments because I would be without transportation for awhile. I received a voicemail nearly 5 hours later from Curtis saying they still didnt have any information on what was wrong with my car and could not give me a loaner car. He said the Techline was on covid hours so things could take awhile. No contact from Kia on Saturday. Monday morning... still no contact from Kia. I called in the early afternoon to get a status update and let them know I needed transportation because I have appointments I CANNOT reschedule. Spoke with Trey and was told my tech, Trevor, was with another customer and would return my call. Trey was polite and listened to my concerns and assured me that Trevor would return my call. Still no call back 4 hours later....A simple 1.5 hour oil change and recall and I am still left with no transportation 5 days later and no updates/communications from Kia. This was a manufacturer recall, not regular service work..... and I am left with no communication and no vehicle because their products and service are sub-par.I was excited to own my first Kia. If this is the service they provide, it is surely the last Kia I will ever own.
