Took my car in for an alignment. Ended up with new tie rod and steering rack. Time will tell if the steering rack will last but the repair was done well and the customer service was great. Would recommend to anyone needing a quick service or repair.

We smoked our brakes coming down into Denver. The people at Brakes Plus on Broadway in Highlands Ranch were great. They fit us in the same day, repaired the brakes and we were on to our next destination, reaching it that night. Going south through the mountain passes from Ouray the brakes worked flawlessly.

Was on my way to work when my battery and alternator went out. I was met on the spot by Chad and Reese. Steven made sure I was transported to and from work. They did a great job as a team. Devin has an amazing crew at this location.

I had an appointment scheduled for a brake check, and when I dropped it off I was told it would take a couple hours since they were behind.I called to see if they had finished about 2 1/2 hours later and they said it would still be about another hour.I waited almost 3 hours and still hadnt heard from them, so I called again and they said it hadnt been looked at yet, and would still be a while.I ended up just picking my car up and taking it somewhere else, and they had it checked within about 15 minutes.I use my car for work, so I had to take an entire day off just to have my car sit in the same spot I parked it for over 5 hours with no communication. Not sure what the point of an appointment is if they cant even get you in anywhere close to that time.

Brought my vehicle in due to a new noise the engine was making. When I got it back I didnt really hear an improvement so I called the manager and he was great. I went in for a strut issue. I made an appointment on the website, but due to personal circumstances, had to arrive early and wait. Not only did the team get me in earlier than expected, but they also finished my repair must more quickly than I expected. They were professional and kept me informed on my vehicles progress. I had my car worked on a couple weeks ago and I was highly impressed. Damien was assigned to my car, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and got it done in a very timely manner. He explained to me what he was concerned about on my car, and explained it in a way I would understand. (As I am no mechanic) It was all around a friendly and professional atmosphere. I would highly recommend the Remington store.

Terrible timing gave us an hour wait, then said better time of the afternoon didn’t know that meant 30 minutes until close. This is my family’s last straw coming here they tried to replace something on my moms car before that she already got replaced. Do not trust it here!!!!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brakes Plus in Littleton (Remington Place). The staff are very kind, patient and knowledgeable. The General Manager, Devin, is amazing. He explains everything so that I understand (female with no car experience). He shows me the old parts that explains why my vehicle needs to be repaired. Recently, a dealer incorrectly install my oil plug wrong and Devin and his team came to the rescue. They not only fixed my vehicle but also spoke with the dealer to explain how the plug was incorrectly installed. They saved me a new engine replacement. They saved the dealer $10,000! I will continue to go back to Brakes Plus (only on Remington Place) as I trust them completely. Thanks for all that you do guys! I will never be able to thank you enough for helping me with all of my vehicle needs.

This is my go-to for alignments. Staff is great and service is always top notch. I have only used them for brakes once but so far I am very happy with the premium brakes I had installed.

Very pleased with my first experience at Littleton Breaks Plus. Easy to schedule an appointment online and the gentlemen at the front are all wonderful. I took my car in for a routine oil change and asked them to look at the breaks as well. They called to let me know that my rotators were warped and that they would be able to realign then in time for my pickup. Services were priced very reasonably and everyone I encountered was extremely friendly. Would recommend!!

David, the manager took great care of me and my van. I took it to Ford dealership and they quoted me over $2200 for brakes, and I was able to get them done for a third of the price. The staff was great and helpful. Lobby was very clean. I will be coming bake for my other car needs.

This shop has been the only shop to work on my vehicles for the last few years. They are always professional and always give me a very clear picture of what repairs need to be done first and which ones aren’t as pressing right that moment which has enabled me to properly budget for those necessary repairs instead of being overwhelmed with the costs associated. Very impressed with the service and honesty of the folks at the local brakes plus, particularly their service advisor Rob. Recently had my vehicle in to dealership service dept for a recall repair, and in their inspection suggested I perform an immediate repair on control arm bushings. I passed on having them perform the service due to previous bad experiences at this place, and instead took the vehicle to Brakes Plus. I was fully ready to pay for this service there (quoted a good amount less actually), but upon inspection they said these were actually in ok shape and didnt need to be replaced at this time. They could have easily just kept their mouths shut and taken my money... would have happily paid. Theyve definitely earned a customer for any future services I may need.

These guys are awesome. They’re fast and efficient. I take both my cars here for routine maintenance (even though I live in walking distance to two lesser mechanics). I normally make appointments to drop off my car but sometimes I’ve had unexpected issues and they always get me back on the road quickly. Kevin is the man!

I came in needing a brake fluid flush. The price alone made me happy. The general manager, Devin, explained he wanted to check my brake pads before he did the flush because I shouldn’t do the flush if the brakes were low. They then did a thorough check of my braking system. He brought me out and showed me that my front brakes were very low and the back were grinding. He gave me my options and we came up with a plan. He was exceptional in every way. Being a women and not knowing a lot about cars makes it hard to find a place I feel communicated with and not feeling like I’m being told things I don’t need. A bonus is he also explained why my ignition key was giving me trouble. This place is fair, honest and fast! I am a customer for life now!

I needed brakes replaced and wanted someone reliable. This was located near my work and I commute 80 miles daily (round trip) so I was in need of something quick by the end of the day. I originally went in to have an alignment done on my vehicle and they checked my brakes for me since there was grinding noise coming from the back end. I was metal on metal. These guy went above and beyond and got me taken care of knowing my situation and issues with covid and the credit card company. I normally go to the Brakes Plus in Highlands Ranch as it is closer to my home and have had an average experience. That location is temporarily closed, I am assuming due to the pandemic. I called this location and the customer service was noticeably better than the sore I normally use. From start to finish my experience has been fantastic and I am going to keep coming to this location even though it is a bit further from my home due to the great staff and service. I always use this location for any maintenance or repairs. This is due to the newest manager Devin, and the rest of the staff. They are very honest and professional. They never try to up-sell or pressure you and actually look for ways to save you money. They explain the service you need thoroughly and give you options on how to proceed. The repair techs do a thorough and quality job. They have a very good team. Its hard to find auto repair shops that you can trust and do quality work at a reasonable cost. They deserve to have the area support them. 5 star rating.

These guys saved me once again. Recently my 2001 Chevy Silverado was making an awful noise that sounded like the engine was going to blow up. I had it towed 27 miles from my house to this shop because they are the only ones I will trust with my vehicle. As usual, they accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly at an extremely reasonable price. They also fixed a nagging idling problem as well. Devin Schopfer and his crew are the best! Danny, Tyler and Devin, showed me the parts that were worn, and explained to me in detail why they needed to be replaced. They also explain to me what I could let go for a while, if I did not want all the repairs done at once. I never once felt any pressure from them through the whole process. I first took my truck to this BP for brake service in March 2020. Their team thoroughly reviewed my vehicle and I authorized additional maintenance items. Today (September 2020) I noticed that one of my rear axle bearing seals was leaking so I took it back in. BP determined that they had replaced that one in March and corrected the issue quickly and free of charge. I sincerely appreciate their willingness to stand behind their work, their honesty and integrity. They could have easily told me that theyd replaced the other one and charged me another $400. Instead they did the right thing and I couldnt be happier. Ill be taking all of my cars there moving forward. Customer for life and Id recommend them to anyone. Its hard to find an auto shop that you can trust, today BP showed me that theyre certainly honest and trustworthy. Thank you BP Littleton!

My car completely died near this location and they were able to quickly diagnose that I needed a new battery. They immediately replaced the battery and got me on my way - all during my lunch time! Really efficient and kind service!

I was pleasantly surprised by the superb service I received! I was in search of a new place to take my vehicle for maintenance, as the old shop I had been going to tended to suggest that certain things needed replacing when in fact they didnt (I no longer trusted my old shop and they had proven unreliable as well). Danny was my Service Advisor and Alan was the GM on duty. They were both extremely professional and courteous. Danny did a thorough inspection and I was able to look at the car with him while on the lift to see what he was talking about. I had front struts and rear shocks replaced, and did a rear brake job. My old shop had said that my one-year old battery was leaking acid and thus needed to be replaced; Danny said that was not true, that the battery simply had some corrosion on it but was otherwise fine. Similarly, my old shop had told me that to replace my fog lamp bulbs, they would have to remove the front bumper and keep my car for the day. Danny again said this was not true and installed new fog lamp bulbs in under one minute! Honest, trustworthy, professional service at an affordable price! To leave and feel that I received good value for what I paid was a nice surprise! Would highly recommend!

Took our vehicle to Brakes Plus on Remington to have a brake check done - due to noise when I stepped on the brakes.Alan had his guys put it on the lift and pull the tires off.He then spent time showing me all about what was happening.My front end steering parts were great.My CV joints were great.My disk brake rotor and pads on the front were great.No leaks anywhere.We did find while there was wear on one side of my rear brakes, and the other side had significant wear which was of immediate concern.We also found that the front struts and rear shocks were original from when the car was made.Having a lot of miles on the vehicle, Alan said that even though it wasnt indicating a problem yet, that it would begin soon.And he made me a great package deal on doing the rear brakes and the suspension at the same time.The truck came out driving totally different, and I am so pleased at the work that was done.Just an A+ job at a great price.. without me feeling pushed to do unneeded work.I fully recommend this location to everyone.

I initially went in for a wheel alignment for my 3/4 ton GMC Sierra but after inspection found out I needed new tie rods and ball joints on the front end. Further consultation concluded to put new Rancho shocks front/back. Chad (mech), Devin (mngr) and David (service advisor) were extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Not only where they able to source the parts but they had all this work completed in 5 hrs - and it wasnt on their schedule.
