I have used this Aamco shop for 8 years and highly recommend them. I used to work on my own cars but at 78 I need the help of a good shop. They just put a muffler on my car and did a real nice job at a fair price. You can trust you car to these guys.

I took my car in today for a 60,000 mile tune up. That included a transmission flush, differential oil change and possible spark plugs. I walked in expecting to pay alot of money for this tune up. When they were done they only fixed what needed to be repaired instead of getting more money out of me like other places do. They did amazing work and were incredibly personable. Their prices were amazing compared to the dealership I typically go to get these tune ups at. I will be coming here from now on and highly recommend them!

I had difficulty in the past. However, Randy stepped up above and beyond. Unfortunately, defective pads were supplied to him in what was part of many repairs he did on my Ram truck. When returned, he saw and admitted the brake pads had been defective. After scheduling an appointment to have them changed, I was involved in an accident and was unable to bring my truck in for the scheduled repairs. Randy, himself, came and picked up my truck, replaced the defective parts, fixed a leak in my heating system and returned my truck after putting fuel in it. I could never ever have asked for any service like this. He not only stood by his work and word, but really went above and beyond to assist me in a most difficult time. Thank you Randy, Ken and the entire team at Aamco Longmont.

Took my old Ford truck in preemptively because of a clunk in the transmission, was told that was normal, I never had a problem with it.Took my Chevy Impala in because my transmission locked up. The rebuilt it and I got another 85K miles and then sold the car; transmission was still running great. Took my GMC pickup in there because it didnt have reverse. They fixed it and still running great. They are honest and perform good work. Highly recommended.

Dont go here. I took my truck in for an oil change and general check-up. Picked it up and parked it in my driveway. Noticed there was a large amount of fluid leaking from both sides of the truck. It was the shocks. Took a look and saw that they cut the plastic sleeves off the shocks then zip-tied them back together. Showed the owner, but he refused to admit fault.A few weeks later, I got a message on my dash telling me to change the oil (even though AAMCO said they did this and CHARGED me for it). Decided to change the oil myself. When I drained the oil, the oil was black and thick - they DID NOT change my oil! But they had no problem charging me for it!Not trustworthy.

These guys worked on our 2000 Chevy Silverado They did a full transmission rebuild. We were driving to Pueblo from conifer. We get to Pueblo and everything is fine. We then are leaving and hear a loud ticking noise. We put oil in it since it was half a quart low. The noise slightly subsided and then came back full blown. We get home and it sounds just awful. We thought we threw a rod or did something horrible to the engine. My boydriboy then did some research and thought it was a cracked flex plate. So we get underneath the engine and there was one bolt completely dislodged and two that were hanf loose. I feel like they should have used lock tight or something to ensure that these were secure. Im pretty livid. If my boyfriend didnt know a lot about cars we would have had to have it towed to a shop / looked at / possibly have had them tell us it was the engine. Maybe checking the work fully is in order. Our safety and vehicles health is important and I feel very upset. Im glad the outcome wasnt a new motor or that we were were blessed to not have something bad happen

In addition, I relied solely on telephone conversations with the Littleton facility (I spoke with Ram). Its hard to find businesses today that work hard, especially large corporations that offer franchises. The number of times I have gone to a fast food restaurant and received the wrong order is staggering. The countless times Ive had an issue with a company that would not uphold their end of the bargain boggles the mind as to how they stay in business. I have lived in Colorado for 19 years and this Aamco Transmission location has had the same owner the whole time as I remember him from when I brought another car in for service years ago. Several weeks ago my suv was experiencing very hard shifts, and at one point would not even get out of first gear. I knew it was bad and it would probably need to be replaced. I took it to this Aamco location and they confirmed that it needed to be rebuilt. The reason Im writing this review is to share that the same day I picked up my vehicle with the very complicated 6-speed transmission, I took it on a 2,000 mile summer road trip pulling a camper where it performed flawlessly, and now drives more smooth than I ever remember. I cannot thank them more for doing such a great job and keeping their end of the bargain with the estimated price and performance. I highly recommend their services!
