Kyle and other staff were fantastic. However, the Robert Mitchell frames which are a trademark brand for vision works sucks!!!!! Bought these 2 pairs in January and both pairs fell apart. Even though it is obvious these were poorly manufactured we can not get them replaced unless we buy new frames. This is ridiculous when you can clearly see it is due to the manufacturer’s poor quality. Update: Corporate reached out to say they care about my satisfaction and they forwarded my complaint to the store management. As expected I haven’t heard from them. I didn’t expect to as I know when someone is blowing sunshine!
Best glasses service in the two states weve lived in. I have just about been to every option in the Vegas and Phoenix areas with my 4 kids in glasses. This store is easy on the wallet, and the employees are very knowledgeable and efficient. Bonus points for super cute childrens frames ;)

Nothing is worse than talking up a place and recommending it to someone else because of how helpful and patient they are, for them to check it out and get rushed out and told they should try lenscrafters! Visionworks has always been amazing to me, but Id suggest to stay away from this location and their lack of customer service.
Horrible experience horrible customer service in this location I was waiting one hour and 10 min and I ask the lady when I have 30 min how long I have to wait she answered you are next I wait 40 more min no body call me when i told her I like to cancel the appointment because I wasn’t expected wait that long and I can’t wait no more she just said yes you can cancel bye no apology or anything this is horrible they don’t care about customers. So sad they play with people time
Great staff. They show patience when helping you and answering your questions. Those taking time out of their day to complain about hand sanitizers and thermometers are obviously bored and have nothing else to do. I hope they keep putting sanitizer on people and taking their temperatures even after COVID 👍

My first time visiting this place was today. First of all, when I arrived a lady takes my temperature and squirt a huge goop of hand sanitizer in my hand. I ask her for a tissue because she gave me way too much and she has the audacity to ask my why did I need tissue did I need to blow my nose? I told her No! I need to wipe my hands because she gave me too much hand sanitizer. The ladies at the front desk moved like snails. A very unprofessional unwelcoming environment. I decided to take my business elsewhere and I turned around and walked back out the door.
I went to visionworks last week for glasses. There was only two associates one male who was assisting an older gentlemen and the other female. The girl was great but she had to answer phone calls, temp customers at the door and try to answer questions for 3 of the other customers looking for glasses (including myself). I was very patient giving her time to multi task but every time I asked a question she had to break away to do something before answering them. Im not sure this company realizes that the end of the year is usually the busiest as everyone wants to pickup glasses. Her counter part did nothing to help her and I just ended up leaving and going to Costco for my glasses. It sucks because I really found a pair I liked but the experience was just too frustrating.

Up till today I was always lucky enough to get Vicky. She’s AWSOME!! But today a lady named Sarah S was there and has to be the RUDEST customer service LACKING associate ever. Made the ENTIRE experience uncomfortable. Not just for me but two other customers told me how they felt too. In the future I’ll definitely only see if Vicky is available.
I got my first pair of glasses a few years ago and my experience was pleasant! Got an eye exam and a prescription on the same day. Very nice staff and you can choose from a wide variety of colors/designs for your eye wear.
Left several voice mails to make an important for my annual examination. Never received a call back. I drove 45 minutes to the store to find out why I was unable to make an appointment and was told they were given instructions by corporate to let the phone ring and only service the customers in the store. They were told to return voice mails which I pointed out was never done. Fast forward to waiting on my glasses and I finally get a voice mail stating they were ready and I could call and make an appointment to pick them up. Of course was unable to get a call back even after calling the main office and giving the representative my information and explaining that I was trying to pick up a pair of glasses. Finally got through today and she tells me they are very busy and only has two appointments available. No way, I am picking up reading glasses for heavens sake. i dont need an appointment to pick up reading glasses. I have already paid for them and told them I will be in tomorrow to pick them up with out an appointment and this will be the last time I use Visionworks for any services in the future. Terrible customer service.
I want to commend Mary Lou, Josh and the entire staff at the Galleria location for the outstanding service to me the past year. They have always gone out of their way to make sure I am completely satisfied with my eyeglass purchase. If I could propose a toast I would raise my eyeglasses to them all and say thanks for all you do. Bravo!
My daughter and I just had our appointment a couple days ago and they were so efficient from the phone call to our actual exam. Our Optometrist was so nice and we left happy we had picked this office Thanks soo much!
Best store in town to get an exam and purchase glasses. Dr Garcia is very thorough. She takes her time and gets the script right. I love buying glasses here. Everyone is very professional. From when you pick out your glasses, to when you pick them up. A special thanks Liz the general manager.

Very pleased. I needed to replace my broken frame for some odd-shaped lenses. One of the techs, Josh, helped me search and found the perfect frame then put the lenses in and made sure they worked properly. He was very personable and helpful. Will return here for my vision needs. Thanks!
Well over 2 weeks ago I went in for an appointment of my own, my wife and made appointment for my two boys 2 weeks in advance. I watched her spend about 15 minutes giving information about my two boys and set up the appointments. Called yesterday to confirm the appointments and the same secretary said she had no records and that it never happened and had no record of the appointments for my boys. Not only was her dishonesty unprofessional, totally unprofessional, I am now in the opinion she has attempted to steal my boys information. I have already contacted the better business bureau to see if they can help me resolve this . My recommendation would be to stay away from this place as a whole.
Couldn’t get a phone call answered so we drove down about getting an appointment for my daughter. Incredibly rude receptionist! Made us feel dumb for coming in. Will never try to go here again.
We are extremely disappointed with our last purchases of eyeglasses. Apparently they closed their on site laboratory and send their orders to a lab in Texas to be processed. Weve been getting out eyeglasses with this company for almost 15 years and have NEVER had any problems. This time my sons glasses didnt pass inspection so they had to redo them. Then they were delayed AGAIN! Its been 3 weeks and we still dont have his glasses!Then they werent able to make my husbands glasses with transitions, anti-glare, or blue light filter because the lab doesnt make them in his strength of prescription. So hes stuck with plain glasses! This has NEVER been an issue. I called another eyeglass company and they said their lab was able to make his glasses the way he wanted them. But they wanted almost $800!Were probably going to take our business elsewhere because this is extremely inconvenient and unacceptable. Buyer beware.
This is not my first visit to Vision Work but my experience at the Henderson store has been exceptional. Everyone is very helpful especially Dr Garcia. Liz Guariglia is amazing Not only is she professional but most welcoming and friendly. I look forward to working with them in the future and have recommended them to many others

That was a mistake. I did not mean to post 1 star. In fact if there was 10 stars I would of picked them. Amazing experience from Dr. Garcia to Vickie helping pick out glasses. There was another lady that helped first that was amazing also but was with another costumer when I came back.. I will get her name. Went to 2 different locations and no body could help. But they did. Very impressed. I recommend 100%
Equipment was outdated. Front desk staff (said his name was Jimmy) was very unhelpful, still waiting for them to get me a prescription for the correct contact lenses. I recommend using somewhere more ethical and not so old.

I am a client who pays with my money because I do not have medical insurance, my purchase was more than 1000.00 dollars and every time I call to find out if my contact lenses and glasses arrived, they treat me with very bad shape, I do not think I will return. to this place next year, they will continue to lose customers due to the bad shape of the front desk
I have been purchasing my glasses for years. Yesterday I was assisted by Vickie who was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I am making the change to bifocals and she answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. I will definitely purchase glasses again from this locations!
Staff is friendly, however, took over 40 minutes, past the appt time, to see the doctor... if you value your time, you may want to look at other places.
Today I had the opportunity to get glasses from Vision Works at Galleria Mall. I came in 20 minutes before closing. Mrs. Vicki and Mrs. Liz were extremely helpful in helping me choose the glasses of my choice in the 20 minutes time I had available. They also had an excellent sales going on and I was able to purchase two pair of glasses for the price of one, which I will pick up the very next day ( tomorrow). Vicki was very patient with me while I chose from their wide selection of womens, mens, and childrens glasses. I highly recommend this location at Galleria if you are looking for great customer service and of course glasses.😀
Fantastic place. Been going there for years. The level of care and service far exceeds any other eye glass company I have used in the past. Very convenient to have exam onsite and be able to choose frames immediately after appointment. Optometrist is very sweet and will answer all your questions. Finally a company that has done it the right way. My store is at the Galleria Mall in Henderson Nevada. Thank you!

I’ve been waiting for my daughter’s contact lenses for almost a month. I call today, and the guy at the front desk tells me they are ready and have been ready for 2 weeks! Are you serious? I’ve called every week and the same rude lady tells me they’re not ready and THEY WILL call me when they are ready! So, I told the guy this was unacceptable and unprofessional and he said “yea, I’m sorry I don’t know what happen with the phone call to let u know they’re ready, but they’re ready for you to pick up”. I told him this is very unprofessional for u guys not Inform paying customers when their items are ready. And I will write a review about your office.” He then said “oh that’s ok it’s not a big deal”. I was not surprised by his nonchalant response but it’s still not acceptable by any customer’s standards! Do NOT waste your time at this office. The front desk people are unhappy to be there and they show it with their lack of professionalism. I am a paying customer with vision insurance for my entire family so they lost my business for sure!

Ive been a customer of vision works for over 13 years, back when they were still an Eyemasters. Theyve always had phenomenal customer service, quick delivery for new glasses, and high quality lenses and frames. Theyre always happy to help with fixing or adjusting glasses and never charge to fix or adjust glasses. Ive gone in on separate occasions, and had nosepads replaced at no charge. Even when I lost one of the nosepads. Their glasses are high quality, durable, and last for years, Ive never had any issues with them. Mary Lou helped me recently with adjusting some new glasses so that they wouldnt slide around on my face and she was extremely helpful and professional. I couldnt recommend vision works more, theyre high quality at reasonable prices, with excellent customer service.

I am awarding this particular store 1 star out of courtesy. I have purchased a complete pair of glasses every year from various Visionworks stores for the last 8 years as my insurance provides, but never received the kind of service I got on yesterday from this location. Tohave to wait as much as 20 minutes to pick up a newly created pair of glasses is ridiculous. I do not plan to ever give my business to this particular store again.
