I highly recommend this office and this doctor. Dr. Grant is very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. His staff is also wonderful. We went there for an appointment for my daughter. We were in and out for our check-in, appointment, and glasses purchase in 27 minutes. Their cleanliness and safety protocols are very impressive. Even covid wasnt going around, its great knowing the doctors/staff are proactive between each patient and before touching our faces and going near our eyeballs!Weve been to several different eye doctors in the past and they were all mediocre. Ive never found one we liked where we didnt feel rushed until we went to this place. I like how the doctor here did the visit from start to finish. Weve been to other places where we received the wrong glasses prescription because my daughter would say it still wasnt clear but the technician would rush through because they were already running an hour behind. This office had none of those issues! Dr. Grant flipped through the letters patiently until my daughter was able to see clearly. He was quick, efficient, and on time but never once made us feel rushed. He explained what he was doing and talked directly to my daughter as well. Great bedside manner!We plan on sticking with this place.

Amazing! This was my first time getting glasses and they just made it so awesome. The Doctor was great, really funny and easy to talk to. The one part I was worried about was finding the right frames for my face but no problem there thanks to the technician. She was so amazing, helpful, and spent the time with me to find the frames that fit me, my face and personality. Thank you to you all for making my visit and first time such a great experience! Don’t waste your time or money. I felt as if my best interest was not important and they only had their hand out for money. Dr. Grant will tell you you aren’t a candidate for corrective surgery in order to not lose future business. His staff can be friendly when it’s convenient to them. One female on Dr Grant’s staff is utterly rude. Their pricing is extremely high and ridiculous. I found the same frames and contacts for a small fraction of the price at nearly every place I checked. I saved a lot of money when I stopped going to Dr. Grant.

Dr. Grant is a nice guy and very friendly. In fact, hes a little too friendly when he decides to gab about his family, kids. Maybe he thinks its good bedside manner, but I think its unprofessional and wastes time on more important patient visit stuff. The last visit he talked so much about his son that he forgot to dilate my eyes for my yearly exam. I do believe thats necessary. He then said he would show me the VSP plan flyer but again forgot to do that. The front office staff never gave me any problems, but theyre not the friendliest bunch. No smiles when you walk in, which is too bad. The guy that fits your glasses is a nice and professional guy, but a bit on the cold side because he doesnt like to say much. I think its time to move on to another optometrist. Bye Dr. Grant!

I love Dr. Grant which is why I still come here, but Ive been coming to this office for years, and the front desk always has an I dont care voice and attitude, always rise. Even on the phone, theyre always rude. Love Dr. Grant, very nice and always makes it a good time.

Everything about this place and the staff are absolutely great. The Dr. knows his stuff and is very kind and helpful. I would recommend this office to anyone who cares about there eyes.

Love Dr. Grant and so does my husband but his one lady assistant needs to go to friendly school.

My husband had appointment at 12... At 1230 He asked when He would be seen.... And the lady said the dr was running behind and then he took a WALK IN before him ...Not to mention the old ladies up front were talking extremely rude about another employee.... Loud enough that I, a patient, could hear. Those old ladies need manners and need to learn what customer service is. I will never go back

Omg from front office staff to the doctor to Ken that helps out with picking your frames amazing. I came in with my three little ones and I wish I would have gotten her name but fd lady short brown hair was super sweet she heard my middle child cry and gave her paper and crayons. Once they called me for my eye exam the doctor was so sweet and caring with me and my girls my three year old and my two year old were getting a little impatient during my eye exam dr. Grant had no problem with stopping in between for me to tend to my girl. He was so patient . And then ken at check out was just a sweet heart . I will truly recommend them to all my friends and family the best in town love it. Expectional customer service
