Custom Eyes was the best eye experience Ive ever had! Everyone was friendly, professional, and on point. I noticed, while I was being helped, anyone who walked in was immediately greeted and told theyd be helped momentarily...and they were! This is almost unheard of nowadays. I can honestly say, I only have eyes for Custom Eyes!

Dr. Stubbs and his team are great. It seemed like I was greeted by everyone who worked there. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment to fill out any necessary paperwork and to avoid any delays. They ran right on time. The front desk receptionist was very friendly and Dr. Stubbs is very personable. When it came time to pick out my frames I didnt feel pressured to get the most expensive frames like I have in the past at other optometry offices. I had a positive experience and Dr. Stubbs will continue to be my eye doctor.

This office is amazing! Dr. Stubbs and Luis helped me out and were great. I used to go to Lenscrafters and I felt like I was just another dollar sign but this place cares. I’ll definitely going back for all my eye care needs.

The optometrist side is great. Efficient, personal, and quick to get your eyes checked and looking for new glasses.The glasses side however, I would not recommend. I picked a pair out and was told they would be ready in 3-5 business days.I called them every week for almost 4 weeks about the status of my order and was met with the same line of We are waiting on one last part for your glasses and will reach out to you once we have an ETA.They never did, I had to be the one to reach out every time before I finally requested a refund. Which they fulfilled very quickly.Aside from communication that should be worked on, getting only your eye prescription is fast and pretty modestly priced. Its the actual glasses that I would be wary of.

They have always treated me with great respect and treated my family as if we were their only customers. I watch how they treat other customers, and they do the same with them. I have yet to see an upset customer. Everyone leaves with a smile on their face. I saved this review basically because its a 2 parter, first going to get the exam and then getting my glasses. So Ill start with the exam, my previous doctor is not there anymore but the new doctor is exceptional, he is very personable and genuinely nice, he also did an excellent job getting my prescription spot on! I then went to get my glasses done up front and they were amazing as well, very nice and personable, not pushy or anything like that. I got my glasses in about 7 days(they said would take 10) because of the type of glasses that I was getting done but it was well worth the wait, the glasses were perfect, the prescription was spot on! This was a great experience! Thanks custom eyes!

My wifes eyes were really bothering her this past Saturday - very dry and irritated. After speaking with us on the phone Dr Stubbs agreed to see us right away even though he already had a full appointment schedule. We were both very impressed with Dr Stubbs compassion and professionalism.The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Prices are also very reasonable.We are now both lifetime customers.

The service at Custom Eyes is awesome! You are greeted as soon as you step in the door. You are treated with a warm smiles and made to feel special. Glenn has exceptional patience with you. He will take the time to help you pick out the glasses that will be the best fit for you. And, he will take his time until you are comfortable with your purchase. Maria is also great with taking her time and answering all of questions. The entire staff seems to be pretty good as a watched them with other customers but, those are the two that we interacted with the most. The prices are reasonable and there is a nice selection to choose from. I would definitely recommend Custom Eyes.

I walked in on Thursday the 21st at about 1 and they took me right in! They do take VSP insurance witch was awesome.Upon arrival, I was pretty shocked that they had such a wide variety of glasses from RayBan to just a regular $20 pair.The exam was painless, he took the time to address my concerns witch was nice he actually took it into consideration.Afterwords he walked me to the glasses section where I was greeted my David and Christina. They helped me choose a pair of glasses that was best fit for me. And the best part was they where only $40!I really enjoyed my experience and I’ll definitely be back for another pair!

I checked out places near me and found “Custom Eyes.” I called them, told them my problem and they told me to stop by which I did. Absolutely LOVE this office!!

In addition to poor quality lenses, don’t expect any spectacular customer service.I’ve worn glasses for years. I’ve never had an issue with the AR coating on my lenses. A year after purchasing lenses here, the AR coating broke down very badly, causing me horrible migraines. I went in back in. I thought that, because this was so rare, there would be no charge to replace these defective lenses. That wasn’t the case. I made it clear that I think it’s bad business to charge for this, and if they charged me ($60) I probably would not come back. The owner still charged me. That is what their customers are worth. So, in addition to poor quality lenses, don’t expect any spectacular customer service.

I just got my Wiley X safety prescription glasses and I absolutely love them! David and his staff took a good care of me! They have a great selection.

I love going here. The customer service is great and for the most part I have been able to get my glasses the same day that I ordered them. I always suck at picking out glasses that fit my face well and they helped me pick out two different pairs that I absolutely love! Just got my glasses from here for myself and my wife. What a wonderful experience! Dr. David was excellent in helping us fit our glasses and extremely helpful. Had much better selection of glasses than some places I visited before here. They took my insurance no problem and Dr. David even noticed my 19 month old son was on insurance and could use it toward special toddler sunglasses even though they werent a prescription. Will get all my eye needs filled here.

Great service. Three staff persons were smoothly handling lots of various eye-related problems in a friendly competent way. I had a broken frame issue. She looked at it, saw what needed to be done, and had it repaired in under 15 minutes. I bought these in another state, and Custom Eyes charged less than $5 for this repair work. Very fair. Got the eye exam and paid extra for the contact lens prescription. Was given some contact lens to try. I rarely wear contacts which I told the Dr. The lens werent as comfortable as I liked. Went back a little more than six months later, as it took a while to try the lens a lot because I rarely wear them. I was told there would be a fitting fee to try another brand. TALK ABOUT BAIT AND SWITCH, because it had been longer than six months. Ive been wearing contacts since they were invented and never been charged a fitting fee. As a matter of fact, other eye doctors let you come back to try different brands, and have even written my prescription with several brands listed on the script.THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THERE IS A SIX MONTH DEADLINE AHEAD OF TIME. Typical, shameful nickel and dimeing you to death. Ive spent a lot of money at this place since I moved to Vegas two years in a row, but no more. I dont do business with shysters, and you shouldnt either. Beware.

Highly recommend this place! Dr Tran was not in a rush during the exam and she got my perscription right on the money. I have not been able to see this good in years! The staff was super friendly and Kim was Amazing! She helped me pick out my glasses and she goes the extra mile with her patients! Hands down best customer service! Love this place !

Would not recommend. Dr. Tran. Very nice, but totally missed a severe dry eye diagnosis on my mother and the beginning of a cataract on my husband. Glasses took too long to get in. They were reasonably priced, but very cheap quality. They didnt stand behind the quality issue. Had to start over with new doctors.

This was my 1st optometrist visit since moving to Las Vegas a year ago. I absolutely loved the optometrist and find this business quite friendly, helpful and definitely my new optometry office!

I received an email notification that I was due for my yearly exam of which I tried to book online and was given an appointment online. I called about a week later to tell them I wanted to discuss an issue I had with the previous glasses before I came in and they found no record of this appointment. Fast forward about 10 days later now they’re calling me about the appointment I guess they finally found in their system; I reiterated I needed to discuss a problem with my previous glasses before making another appointment and bringing my business and that of my son back to them.The issue was the glasses that were given to me were cracked right down the middle of both lenses after being left in my car in an eyeglass holder specifically made for the vehicle; glasses of which I used less than two dozen times as I only use them to drive at night and I pay for the antiglare to be on them. They had split two months earlier (I only realized when I went to use them at night )but being disabled everything takes me a while to catch up.I asked if there was anything they could do to replace these lenses and of course I would bring my business back and get another pair that my insurance would pay for as well as my sons. The main optometrist was less than cordial and he was out right condescending reiterating at least three times how they cannot possibly inform clients everything they should know on how to take care of the glasses they provide. 🙄 he indicated they don’t even inform clients on how to properly take care of their glasses with the right cloths; of course I know how to do this but what kind of business are they running care of very poor one that’s what!I even conceded that no eyeglass center has ever warned me about keeping glasses in my car )having lived in Vegas for more than 20 years) & of which I’ve never had a problem; but then again I’m thinking I’m getting a product made from glass not plastic.He was ridiculous trying to give me examples of other plastic items and things I should automatically know not to leave in a vehicle with the heat in Las Vegas, asking me if I ever had anything melt of which I replied only crayons, then continuing to attempt to treat me like a child Whom should have known better. I wasted 45 minutes listening to his drivel and his pompous better than thou attitude for him to tell me....there was absolutely nothing he could do except to replace the glasses with my insurance paying for them and me paying the $45 for the antiglare again: in other words he was offering me absolutely nothing other than what I was entitled to, seeing as I was due to be covered under my insurance already for another year.I definitely would not recommend this establishment for their inferior product, The fact the optometrist concedes they can’t obviously be bothered to take the time to inform their clients as to the best way to reserve and take care of the product, and most importantly because of the unprofessional overall attitude I was given instead of simple respect that I deserved and that all clients Who bring their business to and establishment deserve!

Horrible customer service. I made an appointment for 2pm on a Tuesday 3/14 but they didnt have me scheduled. The woman spoke to someone in the front who claimed my appointment was for the previous Tuesday, 3/7. This would be impossible as my initial call was on Friday 3/10. I showed the employee my phone log confirming that I didnt call the office to schedule my appointment until after they claimed my appointment had already taken place. They seemed very unapologetic and didnt guarantee they would get me in to see the doctor today. I wasted a day off of work because of someones incompetence. Stay away from this place.

So i called to make an appointment. I have vsp. Instead of telling me that they dont take vsp they tell me that they couldnt find me, yet still were trying to keep my appointment. I was like no. I pay for insurance, Im going to use it. I went online, found my benefits with vsp and informed that that I have coverage, but theres no number or anything since they have to look it up with my social and all the info they have is correct. They told me they will check again. While waiting to hear back I looked on my computer for places that take vsp and they were not listed so I called them back to tell them it isnt that you cant find me, its that you guys apparently arent a vsp provider. Guy I talked with, David I believe, was super rude and sarcastic with me before ending the call. Now I remember why I havent been back to them in a couple years.Update: apparently David never cancled my appointment for today because I just got a text saying my appointment is at 1320. Now I have to wait until 10am to call and make sure they cancel it and dont charge me as a missed appointment/no show. So professional and convenient.

Doubtful Ill be going back here. Had an eye exam and declined my contact Rx. Didnt realize it was the policy of this place to let ones Rx expire after 90 days. Upon going back to reverse my decision and obtain contacts was told of the 90 day expiration policy and informed an exam would be $120. Doesnt sit well when one spends close to $800 at the establishment on and exam and eyeglasses! Not good to say the least. Like everywhere Ive been, medical admins are the worst, its all about squeezing the last nickel out of you.

I think I have now recommended Dr. Tran more than any other health provider Ive had. She is thorough, professional, and very personable.

Lowest price Ive seen anywhere. Other big brand eye clinic would charge you an arm and a leg for the most basic cheap lowest quality pair glasses. They are much more affordable, so much so I decided to upgrade my glasses to photochromatic which change color depending on the sun.

When I moved to Las Vegas, I did not think I would be able to find an optomitrist that was up to par with my eye doc up in Michigan. I WAS WRONG!!!Dr. Tran is the most informational, hands on, fun and efficient eye doctor Ive ever had. She sat me down and said I am going to tell you everything about your eyes. Dr. Tran is wicked awesome, but so is the rest of the staff!Kim, Dr Tran, and David (I think) were an absolute joy to do business with. I asked for durable frames, and thats what I got. I wanted to stay in my price range (which was not high by any means), and they kept me in the zone. I was in and out within an hour, walking out with my new pair of glasses and a great big smile.This Glasses store is very highly recommended by me. Went in for a scheduled appointment after they told me they accept VSP insurance.....after I get there they tell me they dont accept that insurance and I would need to pay out of pocket. To make things worse while I was speaking with the front office girl the Dr. decided to take a walk in eye exam even after the girl pulled her to the side and said you have someone waiting. Instead of waiting another hour I walked out. 3 Months later I have banks calling me saying someone is trying to open credit accounts in my name and the address they have on file is the address I used on all the forms at this office....go figure. Should be advertised as Worst EYE Dr. EVER!!!! Nothing Custom about this place. Office was a little unkept as well. Save yourself the hassle find another Eye Dr.
