Dr. Estrella went above and beyond during our visit. She knew a decent amount of introductory Spanish to communicate directly with my Mom, which was really appreciated. Plus, the doctor took her time answering our many questions and concerns. We left the exam feeling informed and supported in my Moms eye health journey.

Great employees, the technicians listened to all my concerns without any judgment and the doctor was so nice. I had a few questions that were answered promptly and the optical consultant helped me pick out glasses to fit my face shape which i appreciated! She explained everything so well since i was concerned with what medicaid covered and what had to be paid out of pocket! For a first time glasses wearer i will always go to Galleria Lenscrafters for prompt service and great prices!
Patrick was great!! he was the nicest and most helpful sales person I have ever met! He made this experience so much more pleasant than what I expected and was able to get me my glasses within the same day of my eye exam! I have been going to this location for three years. I have consistently found just the right pair of glasses for me. The price has always been competitive to any other store, and I did my homework about that. On top of that LensCrafters offers a protection plan - frame and lenses for one year, $25 deductible for as long as the year, nowhere else does that. One technician in particular is my favorite and that is Maja. She has been just SUPER with me. Ill go in and wait extra to se her, but the rest of the staff seems just as dedicated. All in all it is a happy place, for them as well as me!
Stopped in a for glasses adjustment...for a set of glasses I bought online. Wendy was awesome! Diagnosed the issue with a bent nose piece and got me fixed up right away.

I recently had to go and renew my eyeglass prescription, and after I saw the doctors, went and picked out a new pair of glasses. My experience with the staff at this Lens Crafters was exceptional! They were attentive to all my needs and very caring with just a the right amount of patience as to not be pushy. I have received many compliments on my new glasses and will certainly recommend them to all my friends and family.
After my horrible experience with another location, my son needed a new prescription so I decided to go to this location for his appointment. The staff was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient with my son. I was so surprised by the difference in customer service... but happy that my son wasn’t subjected to what I had experienced at the other location! They’re all so professional and good at what they do.

Discourteous Thieves only highlight was DoctorI asked a simple yes/no question where the intake person went into some long explanation and attempted to terrify my 6yr old in a blatant attempt to collect money from me for unnecessary tests. They administered a test and all but said my exceptionally bright child was “just being difficult” again attempting to scare her so that I would agree to spend unnecessary money. Flat out told me that a test was medically unnecessary and administered it anyway, I’m sure so that they could collect from my insurance for the procedure. Even after I told them to ask my child, the patient, for the answers to their questions they directed ALL of them to me which is disrespectful. The doctor was the only highlight. He was polite and courteous, asked her questions directly and only nodding for affirmation towards myself. Then the sales person he handed me off to was just as bad as the office personnel, and then some. She handed my daughter the most expensive pair of frames and when my daughter liked a different pair she told her all the reasons why she didn’t want them, handing her back the expensive pair and forcing them on her making my daughter respond with “if I have to have these ones they’re fine I guess,” which made the sales lady happy and instantly pull us into her chair of ridiculous charges. She added all these unnecessary options to the already inflated cost of the lenses. She even went as far as to lead my child into saying “yes we use computers at school,” which isn’t really true like it was when they were doing distance learning. They use computers 3 times a week for maybe an hour a day for test prep and testing only. The cherry on the top of this sundae was when she refused to give me a breakdown of what each of these extras were costing me. Instead she gave me one lump cost for the frames and another for the lenses. I’m not a chump that’s about to pay over $100 out of pocket, so I called ClearVision who were able to get her glasses for $0 cost to me, and broke the pricing down, where I was happy to pay a $25 charge for better lenses and frames. I even ordered 4 extra pairs from Zenni with every extra they had (blue light blocking, UV coating, shatter proof, even engraved her name into them, etc) that together ended up costing me less than a single pair from LensCrafters. It’s unfortunate that such a polite doctor works with such ignorant thieves.**Update: The form (link provided below) and the dozen or so fields contained within it are of no assistance in this matter. Why should I complete a lengthy form? I am in no way interested in going out of my way any further to be robbed. If you see the response from owner below you can see how ridiculous they are. My name is clearly listed. If theyre honestly interested in resolving the issue they should look up my file and reach out directly, not put some sad response on my review in a desperate attempt to make it look as though they care. Just saying.

Patrick was such a help; as a truck driver i dont get a lot of time home to update and even less time to wait for glasses. He was willing to take my Rx over the phone to check lens stock and had me in and out in about an hour! Wonderful customer service experience, I get my eyes exclusively here.

I have been going to this Lenscrafters since I moved here 9 years ago. I have had the best of luck when I work with Patrick Atkinson to have my glasses made. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind to this crazy customer, and always makes sure that my glasses work for me. We are kind of snobs when it comes to only working with him but he makes the experience of new glasses always great. After laser surgery I needed new glasses. I went to Lens Crafters located at the Galleria Mall in Henderson Nevada. I worked with an associate named Joel Massaro. His expertise and knowledge about how glasses should fit and explained in detail how our vision works using glasses was amazing. I highly recommend Lens Crafters at the Galleria Mall and ask for Joel. All the other associates were very polite and helpful. The optometrist Dr. Dong Suk, OD located inside lens crafters was amazing too. I purchased a pair of prescription glasses for everyday wear, prescription sunglasses and a pair of reading glasses. The service there was amazing.

My husband and I had an eye exam on July 24th, we did not have any problem in the office everyone was great. At the store my husband bought a prescription eyeglass and we were told it will take about 3 weeks for the eyeglass to come in but until today we have not received any phone call from them so my husband called to find out what is taking too long because it will be more than 3 weeks and the person that answer the phone said, she will need to call to find out and she will call him back. The sad thing is that she did not call back to let him know what is the status. Come on where is your Customer Service.
Good experience in the office. But I spent a lot of money on glasses and sunglasses. I am trying to call and get an update on if they are in yet or when, and the phone just rings and rings. I have called multiple times today. Turn the ringers up on your phones or something??

Went to lenscrafters there were okay kind of Rush my eye exam try to get you to buy everything you dont need and they dont explain in detail things to you about your co-pay your insurance how much you have to pay none of that they didnt give me real good clarity on anything that I needed. The reception is Vicky needs to have a better attitude

Absolutely horrible. Was there 1 hr and 45 mins WITH an appointment. Each time I contacted a new person during my visit, and their were 4 of them including the doctor, I was asked for my current prescription or if I was wearing contacts or glasses despite telling each of them multiple times I dont wear contacts or glasses. It was clear no one was listening to me or my answers, which in any medical field is cause for concern. Then the doctor asked why she had seen all those other patients before me since I had an appointment. I told her I was not happy about that. Then when she asked me twice in the course of two minutes if I had my glasses with me I tried to explain my experience in her practice up to that point. She told me she didnt need to hear my story. I told her we were done. I went to the cashier to request a refund and the doctor followed me out and told them she tried to help me but I refused. Please save your time, frustration and health. Go to an eye doctor that has medical staff that listens and cares about their patients.
I came in for an eye appointment and also purchased glasses. I had to switch doctors due to insurance changes, so I was nervous coming back to this location after 10 years because my prior experiences werent the best. Im a single mom of two boys, I came in stressed, but left extremely happy. There was a bit of a wait, but the reason why is because the doctors really take their time with each patient! I had such a knowledgeable doctor, Dr. Eusebio, who took the time to educate me about my personal eye health and also get my prescription right.The front office staff were kind, the back office staff were very sweet, patient and talkative, and the eyeglass staff were also very kind and knowledgeable. I wasnt pushed into any purchases. I needed new glasses. I told them I had a very tight budget and they helped me find the perfect pair! All eyeglasses are costly, anywhere you go. If you want good ones, theyre going to be a few hundred, but Lenscrafters has great discounts and a 30-day trial period for you to come back and get a different pair if needed. Im so happy coming here, and I will forever be a customer. I highly recommend visiting.
These comments were reflective of store at Galleria Mall. I first went to store on 9975 S Eastern in Henderson, NV. Awful experience! Terrible service. I went one day and picked out my frames and opened up an account. I had to wait one day for my insurance to be active. When I went back they could not find where the frames were entered in the account and then couldn’t even find the frames themselves. I was furious. Fortunately the Galleria saved my business though.

Had a good experience. Took my daughter for appointment at 4:15. We were done with exam and glasses ordered in an hour. Staff at the doctors office was very nice. I read some reviews after I scheduled our appointment and was a little worried. However I was very happy with the service!
First off, before I even got there, I had to move my appointment & a family member’s around, do a little bit of fenagling, and they were extremely accommodating and helpful, getting what needed to be done for me done. Then, at the office, I had some issues checking in, which I was patiently and kindly assisted in doing by the ladies at the front desk. After the routine pre-assessments and a short wait, the doctor came and did his thing. Very explanatory, making sure to ask if I had any questions, not seeming at all like he was just rushed off to the next person. At the end, I needed to get new glasses, and I already knew what I wanted. Took maybe 10 minutes. The sales people had me in and out, my facial features measured and glasses ordered, in a flash. All in all, very quick, extremely friendly, pleasantly professional, and beyond satisfactory.
I purchased new lenses with lenscrafters and was told that I had a year warranty. A month and a half later the lenses get scratched. (Was told I had the Cadillac of the lenses) which I found hard to believe after my experience. Then I called office so lenses could be fixed and was told I didn’t have warranty. Spoke with general manager and she told me that because Linda didn’t charge me the warranty she couldn’t help me out with anything. So because she didn’t charge me now I’m stuck with glasses that I cannot see out of. So because of an employees mistake I have to deal with it. Very disappointed with the service from General manager and employee.

People here are generaly very helpful and nice, however the company gouges medical insurance so you can only get the barest minimal glasses with no lens types or comfort accesories with the glasses. I found this out by getting a price quote for glasses I said I was paying for myself vs. asking for the same prescription with insurance coverage.
Our first visit here. Docs & Assistants were amazing at their service. My boyfriend needed his eye checked and everything. So after we got everything done with the docs, it was time to shop for some glasses. We spoke with an optician. Figured she knew what kind of lenses, frames, transition lenses etc... that my boyfriend needed. Everything totaled to $440. Paid it and just awaiting for the glasses to arrive when ready.Yesterday, my boyfriend got a call from 2 different people and left a voice message saying that the lenses and frame that I picked out arent the right fit with my prescriptions and transition lenses. So they told my boyfriend to come in the next day and figure out what options to take.Next day, its 9am. We arrive and we spoke with Maja. I asked her if the money that they charged my boyfriend previously was refunded she said they refunded the money but checked my balance, it hasnt kicked in. Hes now paying more for his glasses $200 more. We left to go and talk to the bank to see if Lenscrafters had refunded the money back the bank said they already took the money but couldnt see any refunds being put back to the account. So we called Lenscrafters back and they said that it should take 3 business days for the money to go through. Before she said the money was already refunded but it not showing on my statement.This is a big disappointment. They offered to take $50 off but after all the hassle of running around, more than $50 should be taken off of my bill. The optician should have already known what kind of lenses & frames my boyfriends prescription needed. I didnt receive any receipt. I am livid. I highly recommend NOT coming back to Lenscrafters. They are messing up with peoples money.
Oh if only I could give ZERO stars!!First my initial visit: I liked most of the people that I dealt with and have no qualms with them except for the Dr and the lady who did my consult at the end. The Dr. likes to talk over people. Ask a question then interrupt while theyre answering it to try and finish their sentences for them and then respond based on wrong assumptions so you cant get a word in edge wise with her. For the consult I sat in a chair and looked around in silence for over 20 minutes while the lady clicked around on her monitor and then presented me with a price tag of $250 (yes, I have GOOD insurance). She took the liberty of selecting all of the most expensive options without consulting me and expected me to just hand over my debit card without question to pay for them. I left a bad review then and the manager called me to see what could be done to fix things with me. I told him then that they need to actually CONSULT with their patients, hence the term CONSULTATION.Fast forward to now. Two weeks and two days later, I got a call saying my glasses were ready to be picked up. Now, my insurance pays for a new pair of frames every year but I really liked the last pair of frames I had so instead of going through the hassle of picking out new frames I took my old frames in with me and asked them to put new lenses in them. I realize breakage can happen, I knew it was a possibility when I took them in and they advised me of it while I was there. Im not mad that they broke my glasses. Im mad that instead of calling me when they first broke the glasses and saying hey, theres a problem and we need you to come in and pick out a pair of frames they decided to pick out a pair FOR ME. Not the right shape, not the same color, not even in the same neighborhood! They did this WITHOUT CONSULTING ME! They put my new lenses in these frames and because the frames arent the right shape, the lenses dont even fit properly in them - theres a gap between the lens and the frame at the bottom of each side. Then they call me and tell me your glasses are ready to be picked up, well be here until 9. Like Im going to just take a jacked up pair of black and purple marbled glasses with gaps in them and be totally okay with it?!?!?! My frames were solid brown on the outside and solid beige on the inside. On what planet do they think they can presume to know me well enough to decide Im a black and purple tiger stripe kinda gal?! Or that Im going to let them bill my insurance company for a pair of frames that arent even the right shape for the lenses?!?!?!?! Meanwhile Im now going on THREE weeks waiting for my glasses, WalMart had my glasses done last year in FOUR DAYS!I cant prove that they broke my frames on purpose but if you could make an extra couple hundred dollars off an insurance company by accidentally breaking a pair of frames that cost you absolutely nothing in the first place - wouldnt you jump at that chance?!Sure is a shame to let all that free insurance money go to waste! Lets break her glasses so she has no choice but to pick out a new pair!The jokes on them though because Ill be calling my insurance company tomorrow to find out what options I have for taking my prescription elsewhere to have the glasses made. They can refund me the money I paid for the lenses and my insurance companys money can go to some other company and if they refuse, Ill get a lawyer!AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE A LEPER COLONY ON BLACK SYPHILIS ISLAND!!!!!!!!
New state of the art exam machines are awesome, love my contacts and the doctor even spend 10 minutes explaining all the pictures and information he took. Seriously the fastest and best experience Ive had at an optometrist. Will be back next year!
Appointment was at 11 it’s now 12:05. They are under staffed and over booked on their appointments. No one is willing to assist you. Employees don’t work as a team. Fire everyone and rehire a new team of employees that want to work and get work done. Your company is only ran how you allow it. Time to put your foot down and fix this location ASAP. I will never return here.

Horrible customer service by staff. I always been to Lens craft in CT my whole life. Its my first time going in this lens crafts. When they come to ask me if I want it to do the dilation drops for my 11 year old I decline. They ask me again and emphasize how important its. Once again I decline giving the fact that my daughter is a healthy 11 years old and the doctor still check when they have the eye exam and they check too see how healthy the eyes look. Now all my answer back to the receptionist were very polite no thank you.So when I am walking to have a sit with my daughter as I am walking my daughter hear one of the girl saying wow she is a know it all. Now how professional its from the staff to make comment like that loud enough for customers to hear. First if I decline a service I have the right too. Second of all who are they to push and try to sell you services you dont want if I decline it why they keep pushing and then you go to the room again the doctor keep pushing for it. I said something the manager came she apologized but her answer back was she is surprised her girls would say things like that. People act different and behave differently when superiors are not around. I just have to say that I am disgusted with the treatment I got. I finish the eye exam and left. Never again would I go to this place and would I never recommend.
If I could, I would rate 0 stars. Horrible service. The doctors are rude. Staff think they are better than everyone else. Overpriced glasses. Walmart eye exams are much more thorough. Won’t be coming here again.
Was VERY impressed with the entire team at Kopolow & Girisgen. Super impressed with Dr Kelli McGlaughlin I’m new to Henderson (from OR) was a first time, emergency visit and this entire team treated me like a VIP. I will definitely be back for any/all my vision needs. And recommend to all my friends to use this team!
