Dr. Duggan and her staff are amazing! She is the only eye doctor I have ever gone to that will fight with your insurance to get you what you need. Very thorough exam and everything explained to you as you go. Everyone that I have recommend to go to her think shes great.

I go there once a year. The staff is VERY professional and knowledgeable. My wait time was minimal. Once I was seen, the staff would explain everything to me before everything was conducted. I appreciated that. Very clean and aware of social distancing. Once I was completed, I picked out my glasses and wait to pick them up when they are ready.Thanks so much for a job well done.

Excellent staff, especially Dr. Duggan. They are timely and very friendly. Dr. D. spends as much time as she needs with you, you never feel rushed. Good selection of frames, and they do a great job fitting you. Have been a patient here for years and have no plan to switch.

Like many people I have gone to Sam’s Club and Walmart for my vision care not knowing any better. Don’t get me wrong they have their strong points and the optometrists did their best. We have one set of eyes and can never replace them. So i decided I know I can find better care for the one set of eyes I have. A dear friend of mine had referred me over to Dr. Duggan and holy moly what a difference it was. All the super cool machines to check every part of your eye to make sure she’s not missing anything and give you the best of the best of care with her honest opinions. Her staff is super nice and knowledgeable. They’re seriously the best when you’re trying to figure out which pair of glasses fit YOU. They have a wide range of contacts and glasses that suites you best. I promise you will not regret getting your one and only pair of eyes taken care of by Dr. Duggan and her staff. Dr. Duggan and her team provide excellent eye care. Dr. Duggan is very professional, knowledgeable, very skilled and current in changes to improve the patients vision. I have had excellent results from her evaluation and treatment. The technicians are well trained in obtaining important information and using the evaluation machines. I have also had excellent results from her Optician Sandra. The administrative staff are always welcoming in the office and on the phone. They are helpful and answer my questions. I refer friends to Dr. Duggan at every opportunity. I am very grateful that I was referred to Dr Duggan because she is such an excellent physician!

My family has been attending this location for years. We have not been there during the COVID lockdown. Finally the mask mandate has been removed from Las Vegas. My daughter and I had appointments, we peeked in without a mask and asked politely about the mask policy.The receptionist responded with a low grunt and a tone of indignation, yes we still require masks.I asked can you provide them since we did not have any, she proceeded to huff and give me a look, then briefly looked around her desk. “Sorry I have to get have back to the phone.”The look she gave, was of disgust and annoyance. I would not have had a problem if the conversation was polite, but I could tell we were not wanted.My family of 4 will no longer be attending Envision Eye Care. I will be renewing my yearly prescription somewhere else.Please consider bringing back your old team. This new one is awful.

The Staff of Envision Eyecare were very caring and helpful leading up to and during my recent visit. I had a new insurance and was completely lost on how it worked and they explained it all. Dr. Erika Duggan herself is extremely patient and kind. I have seen her a couple of times now. I will continue to come to Envision Eyecare.

My annual eye exam was actually pleasant! Id been looking for a new eye doctor and Envision Eyecare was the right choice! Everyone was friendly and the entire office was onboard with the whole COVID cleaning guidelines -which was impressive. I got both contact lense fitting AND back up eye glasses. A lot to choose from and no crazy prices! It was a little longer visit then Im used to but considering the distancing, the sanitation and multiple fittings, I guess its the new norm. I will be going back

I have been seeing Dr. Duggan for annual eye exams for 5 plus years and I receive a thorough and professional exam every time. My sight is poor, very poor and has been since I was a kid and naturally I am concerned about it as I get older. Dr. Duggan answers all my questions in depth and eases any concerns I may have. She is a very nice and practical eye doctor and I would highly recommend her as your eye doctor.The supportive staff at Envision Eyecare is also very helpful and friendly, they definitely help make the routines of the office run smoothly.

The office is clean and well prepared during this Covid period. There was only one other patient when I was in the office. The assistants are professional and do their job well. The doctor is always attentive and takes her time. A good practice I have been with for seven years.

Dr. Duggan has been the only optometrist that I have seen in the nearly 14 years Ive been in Henderson. I extremely dry eye causing me problems. Dr. Duggan is relentless in getting my eyes to normal sight and getting the dry eye in control. The support staff is also fantastic from the moment you walk in the door, through testing, assisting with finding a perfect pair of glasses. I couldnt find a better eye doctor or staff to take care of me eyes.I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Duggan & staff has cared for my eye health for many years with fantastic care and service. The office always has the most state-of-the-art equipment and selection of frames. I have glaucoma that is better cared for by Dr. Duggan than any of my Ophthalmologist Ive ever seen for treatment.

One of the many reasons I love Dr. Duggan and her staff, is because she is a great communicator. I had my two rambunctious sons in her office, and she never batted an eye. She was actually more patient than I was. She was able to get them to sit still and examine them. I love the selection of glasses she has. Envision Eyecare is is one of the best optometry places in Las Vegas and actually anywhere i have lived. Dr Duggan takes great care in making sure your eyes are properly taken care of. I had a difficult situation requiring a scleral lens, and Dr Duggan put a lot of effort to ensure my lens fit properly. I would urge anyone who might need this type of care to call the office and make an appointment.
