Honestly, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with an optometrist. My last one (another state) was pretty awesome and I have high expectations. They streamlined the process for my whole family

I’ve got to say, out of all of the eye doctors I have been to, this is by far the best one so far. The staff are all friendly, and the OD, Cindy Trinh, is honestly the best you could ask for. She is very kind and professional. I’ll be coming here every year for my annual eye exam :).

The whole office from the staff to the doctor was amazing except for the office manager. Terri was nothing but nasty and rude. Because of her I am glad I do not have to be back for a year or more. Kudos to everyone else. An amazing crew other than that

LensCrafters and Vision Works quoted me$250 more than Pearle for my Ray Ban prescription sunglasses. Great service. Glasses came back within ten days, perfect. Highly recommend this location. Jennifer L did a great job helping me.

Terrible!!! Went in to purchase a designer frame but they stopped me in front of store! No browsing!! You have to tell them what brand you like and they bring some frames to you..Stupid covid rule..

I had a good experience, but when I picked up my glasses I didn’t look inside the case and the day after I picked them up I realized the inside of the case looks damaged and the cloth it came with was used and this was my first time opening up and trying to use it. Not very happy with that considering I spent a lot of money on these glasses.

We scheduled 3 eye exams. 1 adult, 2 kids. Scheduling was easy. They were able to see us all at the same time. When we checked in we were greeted by friendly employees. They got us right in. Even let me go back and forth between both kids exams. Our Dr was personable, explained things well and she was very friendly. Her great personality made everyone feel at ease. While picking out frames they were great at explaining insurance coverage and our options. Everyone we interacted with had great costumer service. I would definitely go back to this location in the future.

Dr. Chen was a pleasure to talk to. She was very thorough, and the staff was extremely courteous. Everything here was very efficient to me compared to some of the other offices that I have been to.

This place is terrible.They want to take your money even if your insurance covers it. Beware. Make sure you know what your insurance covers. They make up their own rules about what’s covered and when you ask them they don’t even know the answer why they are charging the fees. I left and will never be back. Terrible service and money hungry.

Staff was polite, office was clean. Staff required face masks to be worn. We were checked in and seen by the Doctor very quickly.

First in October 2020 went for eye exams and found out that I have astigmatism (which I’ve never had in 59 years -I don’t have one) then when my husband and my glasses came in BOTH glasses were WRONG & had to be redone! They tried telling me that I just needed to get used to them because it was a stronger RX, I refused to accept that because I’ve had 2 sets of glasses that never did that, so finally I got someone else to listen to me to get them corrected & I still don’t like them! Then then 3 days ago I went in to scheduled a MEDICAL exam & filled out all the info requested on line, again indicating that it was a medical exam & gave my insurance info. So today I go to my appointment and they tell me they don’t take my insurance! I asked why the person that scheduled my appt didn’t tell me that & the answer was that the scheduler wasn’t used to scheduling so then I asked why it wasn’t caught when I entered my info on the computer & I was told that I should have gotten a call! They can put mine & my husbands files in the deep freeze storage because WE ARE NEVER GOING BACK!

Staff very informative and professional and my doctor explained the procedures with clarity and an accurate prognosis of my eyes.

I had an appointment here and when I came in I didn’t wait too long so that was a good thing! Overall all the workers here are very helpful and nice. They make sure you are taken care of and don’t waste too much of your time. The doctor as well did a great job with my eye exam and I’m grateful I’ll be able to see clearly with glasses again.

It was a good experience. I was in and out of there in less than 2 hours which is something I’m not used to at eye doctors and plus the fact that they are open on Saturday’s is such a convenience for me. Thank you Pearle Vision 👍🏼 I can’t wait to get my new Oakley glasses 😎🥸👏🏼

I had my percription in hand ready to get glasses.I waited no more then 5 mins. The girl who helped me picked out a few pairs I might like when I gave her my preference. I found a pair I liked and my glasses were done in an hour.

Nice employees- but the company is a 100% SCAM- CLASS ACTION GOVERNMENTAL LAWSUIT- they have a form trying to get cash payments for testing included with insuranceHow do i know? they still tested me after i declined the test and the doctor told me it was included with insurance

I’m very disappointed with this location. My sister suffered a stroke 3 months ago and her mobility is very limited. I had a appointment this morning and we were running a little late to her visit. We were released from the emergency room last night at 3 am so my sister had a hard time to wake up this morning. We were scheduled 2 weeks out and did not want to miss this visit. I called the office to let them know and the receptionist assured me we would still be seen as long as I made it within a 15 min grace period. Well we made it by 15th min. My sister has limited balance and she is unable to communicate well, when we were met at the door by a young lady. She asked me to wait in my car . I tried to explain my sisters limitations and she was very cold towards us . She said “let me ask my manager because due to COVID we can’t have anyone other than the patient” I tried to explain the the lady our situation and she just repeated herself with a slight attitude. She then comes back and said “ok, you can stay with her please take a seat. By the time we made it to our seats with my sisters struggling. The same young lady came to us asked for my sisters ID and insurance card walked always and returned a few moments later and said “ we can’t see you because your over our 15 min grace period” I told her we called and were assured we would be seen. The young lady rolled her eyes and repeated herself and said “you can always reschedule “. We walked out of the clinic feeling very defeated. It would have been nice if they would have put themselves in our situation for a moment. Some of us are struggling with many medical conditions that cause unforeseen obstacles. If the young lady would have taken a moment to hear me out from the start maybe she would have kept her attitude to a minimum. I don’t recommend this office to people that are looking for a compassionate and caring office.

The staff here were fantastic! I needed to be quick so I could get home to my 1 year old and relieve the babysitter, and they were fast and efficient! They helped me pick out some new glasses (which I haven’t done in 10+ years) and I’m excited to wear them!!

I recently visited Pearle Vision to get my annual eye exam and glasses and let me tell you Dr. Cindy trinh was awesome. She took her time to look closer into my eyes and noticed I had some kind of obstruction in my right eye and referred me to a specialist. She was very kind in fact the whole staff was friendly. Thanks ladies.

This was my 6yo sons first eye exam and they were very patient with us and took the time to explain everything to myself, as well as explain to my son.

Everyone here was helpful, friendly and nice, The doctor was efficient, friendly and there was a wide variety of frames to look at. I will continue to take my vision needs here in the future

Apparently they are still using 1980 technology and it takes 48 hours to receive a fax...trying to get them to fax my prescription to another location is like pulling teeth. Will not be using this place again.

Service was excellent. My service was very prompt and done within a timely manner. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and professional. All my questions were answered and explained to me where it was easy to understand.

All of the staff, especially Madison and Ciara, and Dr. Trinh were all courteous, helpful and professional. They listened, were thorough and explained everything very well. I left with no unanswered questions. I have to say that this was the smoothest and most efficient eye exam and contact/glasses ordering experience to date. I can highly recommend this office to anyone and everyone.

Dr Fritzpatrick Is very nice and knowledgeable. The most enjoyable part of my visit was meeting Halee and Bianca. These two are amazing. They are both friendly and very patient. Pearle Vision is lucky to have them.

We were 15 minutes late and they wouldnt see us! after being a customer since his old location i wont be back. it was obvious they werent even trying to accommodate is, just dismissing. sad how he was a neighborhood eye doc and now a corporate shuffle em in and shuffle em out establishment. beware!

The office provided sufficient reminders of the appt. They were practicing appropriate protocols for our safety (hand sanitizer, masks, social distancing). The tests were explained well while performing them, and the results were exhibited and discussed with the doctor. My options for glasses were fully explained.

This has to be one of the most inept businesses Ive ever been to. They text you, to confirm your appointment, 3x. Three times??? Really??Then they tried to double charge me, and force me to retake eye exams, I already took and paid for. I asked for a manager, no one would talk to me.They dont remember what I had done the last time I was there, even though they are supposed to keep records. I remember the doctor giving me a prescription for new glasses, but now they mysteriously lost my records, and want me to pay again for their mistakes and ineptitude. Wrong. They waste your time and money.

I was told over the phone they would take walkins and was denied when I showed.Ill spend my money somewhere else.

My first visit with Dr. Jason Wang at Pearle Vision was very unpleasant! He exhibited very little patience or time for me as his patient. He did not fit me with the correct prescription contact lens as I could not see out of the left lens. He told me I needed to wear them for a couple of days so that my eyes would adjust. I told him that I couldnt see, and rather than listen and try to correct the issue, he left me sitting in the exam room and moved on to his next patient. Really bad attitude! When I returned two weeks later to pick up my glasses, I was asked if I wanted to order my contact lens and I said no because I had an incorrect prescription and was then asked if I wanted to see the doctor again. I inquired as to whether there was another doctor at that facility and was told there was not, so I was not interested in seeing Dr. Wang again. I was asked if I wanted to go to another facility to consult with another doctor and agreed to that. Well, now I can truly say that after my visit with Dr. Amy Hitzeman, my faith in Pearle Vision has been restored. She is a precious gem who cares about her patients and she listens to the patient and takes her time to meet the needs of the individual. So congratulations to Pearle Vision for having Dr. Hitzeman in their employ! Ill be back again! Thank you!

I’ve always had a great experience coming to this location. It’s been very easy to get an appointment in, and I’ve never had any drawbacks here. The staff are very friendly and do a great job with trying to get you the best deal possible with your glasses/contacts. Josh was very helpful as a tech in determining cost and helping facilitate the whole process. 10/10 would recommend!

Came by today 12/6/2020. Online says they are open at 9 on Sundays. Came by around 10:30 the sign says they are open at 11. Came back a half hour later waited 10 minutes pass 11 at their door and no one was still there. No sign saying their hours changed or that they were closed on Sundays.

I had to Switch doctors due to My insurance, I was skeptical at first because I was used to seeing a smaller family eye doctor, but all of the staff here was extremely helpful. They explained pricing and options thoroughly. Julio helped me find some glasses I liked and even offered to clean my old pair up for me. All in all Pearl Vision is a great place to come for your eye needs.

First time coming to this location, as soon as I walk in I get attended. The whole eye exam was very quick and easy, no wasting time here. Sherry helped me choose my glasses, she was very kind and very helpful. She answered all questions promptly. Would recommend to visit this location for a speedy process!

The employees here have no common sense and are unwilling to use their brains. As long as you have no real concerns or issues that needs an actual discussion you will be fine here. Their all-inclusive ineptitude is covered by very pleasant exteriors.

I had a great experience at this location! Everyone was super friendly and very helpful. The doctor was nice and easy to talk to, the tech Veronica, that ran all my tests was very bubbly and explained in detail what each test entailed, and the process of picking out my glasses and making sure there were no surprises with cost was a pleasure with the tech Sherry, that helped me in the end. All around a great team and a wonderful experience.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. They were helpful with first time customers as well as returning customers. The staff was clear in their instructions and very thorough in explaining the different options when it came time to decide on my glasses. The overall experience was excellent.

Josh was really friendly and had an amazing atmosphere. Dr. Duran was the best optometrist I have ever seen and really took the time to listen to my issues. Cristy and Ciara gave very fast service. Everyone was very assertive and professional.

From the moment I called the staff was very nice and helpful. I came in as a last minute walk-in. When I walked in the office I was assisted right away and staff was very nice, friendly, understanding and professional. The Doctor explained in detail everything and any questions we had (this appointment was for my daughter) the doctor went above and beyond. Really appreciate all the staff that assisted us and the doctor.

Customer service at this location was a 10. I visited other locations but found Josh to be the most helpful. Josh went above and beyond in helping me select frames and a package that fit my needs.

This is my first experience with Pearle Vision.I had to change my previous eyeglass company based on my new insurance requirements. I was going to go to another competitor, but decided against it due to the poor customer service over the telephone. That is what lead me to Pearle Vision in Henderson. GLAD I did!Telephone experience with employee was courteous and patient. I decided to stop by the next afternoon. I knew there would be a Covid protocol to follow, so I was prepared. The minute I walked through the door In was greeted by smiles and pleasant atmosphere. Simple directions to follow for Covid screening. Once I was finished, I was greeted by Ciara.Ciara explained the process, allowed for me to ask questions and made sure I felt comfortable. Ciara walked me through the selection to find frames and lense requirements after I asked about what my insurance would cover. The frame and lens selection was done with complete confidence and knowledge by Ciara. I spent almost an hour, with no hurry to complete my appointment, but rather to make sure that I was going to be very satisfied with my selection.Even though I had a coupon from my health insurance to get free frames from the competitor, I opted not to go there all based on initial customer service response. I can not wait to receive my glassesExcellent!

Overall it was a good experience, didnt have to wait long to be seen, Katrina was very knowledgeable and explained things well. Dr Trinadad was personable, and Josh did a good job explaining the costs and things at the end.

Sherry was most helpful when my husband, daughter and myself were choosing frames. We had lots of questions and she had plenty of patiences. We were all happy.

They told me that my insurance gave me a free replacement and NO EXTRA costs but I guess that was lie !!! Now I’m out of a pair of glasses because of their lies I was relying on. They expect me to pay all over again when they said I’d get a free replacement yeah never going here again and will definitely be letting all my fellow friends not to come here !!!

The doctor Was so cool his name was Keith everyone felt what I was going through with my vision they listen to my story and laugh at my funny experienced wearing glasses and the experience I will have wearing bifocals for the first time. Im giving them a 1 star due to the person that works there tried to tell me what my insurance requires and I called my insurance in front of her and they her it was not one of their requirements and it was a pearle vision thing and she act like she could not tell me that instead kept saying other things around it like I went to school and its a requirement what did her going to school have anything to do with her lying I would of just accepted that it was a perle vision requirement and went on with my business and when I talked to the manager finally cause I had to call them when the same girl lied about having a manager call me on monday nobody called I had to call them on Wednesday today and ask for a manager and I feel like she didnt care like we really dont need your business and you come get your money back when that wasnt what I was complaining about it was your worker with a bad attitude and dont know how to talk to people. But the doctors are great thats why I come here. But the staff outside the doctors are rude some of them this sad and this company need to have a training class on customer service and how to treat customers.
