Big Brand Tire is the place to go in Hemet if you need tire service! These guys helped me out of a jam when I ran over a razor blade in the street. My tire went flat FAST! They were able to fix it for me and get me back on the road. The service is courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and all around top notch! I bought 4 NEW tires at Walmart this morning and had it installed in Integrity Tire in Hemet, CA since the compressor in Walmart is broken for month now. Guess what? When I pulled over my car at the parking lot of Integrity Tire where they parked my car, theres a BRAND NEW screw already on the rear passenger side of my newly installed tire! This is horrible and I believe it was done in purpose since i denied all of the recommendations that they are asking me. If only I can give negative 5 stars on this shop, i will! 🤬🤬🤬

These guys are legit. had to take my w210 Mercedes for a vehicle alignment because I changed the outer tie rod ends and got fresh wheels. When I changed the tie rod ends I made the steering crooked and also the car was slightly pulling to the right and wore out my tires fast and unevenly and the steering wheel shook between 55-60mph. After the alignment my steering wheel is straight and now the car drives straight and feels way smoother no more shaking!! Not the cheapest in town but when you go to the cheaper guys they wanna schedule you for 2 3 days later. I went around 12pm was out by 1:30pm. Definitely worth paying the extra 20 30 bucks instead of waiting so long for something that can be done within a couple hours.

They lie and dont respect the customers time. I was told to show up at 730am on a Saturday. They dont even open until 8am and was then told it would be a 90.minute or.more Wait. I was the first customer. NEVER GO HERE THEY LAUGHED IN MY FACE.

I had a really Bad experience with this tire shop, I dropped off my truck for a tire rotation, which they did, so getting ready to leave and my tire pressure light is on, so I went back inside and asked them if they could check the pressure on tires which they did. So after they aired up my tires I drive off, two blocks down from the tire shop my rear left tire comes completely off!! It took them 30 min to come and put tire tire back on my truck, I ended up going back to the shop and they did offer to fix whatever damage was caused, they ended up firing the kid that worked on my truck. The Manager was really apologetic and offered to change out my rear brakes being that one of the brake pads got damaged because of this.

New set of tires and an alignment. My car is happy!

I called and asked if they prorate tires he said yes bring it in. I went in and the guy said no and laughed about it like I was clueless when my paperwork states that they prorate after 3 years. I just purchased a whole set of new tires a day before and I was going down a one way highway alone and my tire blew out. When I got it towed there they kept making excuses to repair it and said a nail caused it. They also messed up my alignment they said “they tried to fix it the best they could” but made it worse. My car would rattle it felt like it was falling apart on me any little thing I hit even on a smooth road it didn’t even feel right. It’s a Mercedes Benz it usually feels smooth but not after I took it here. Now I will have to pay more money to get it fixed somewhere else because they did a terrible job. Then there office people were very rude. My aunt said we’ll see how the car turns out after they fix my tire and one of the office people (a grown older man) got into her face and was like “what do you mean we’ll see, we’ll see what” being very unprofessional all she meant was we’ll see how it turned out. If I could give it no stars I would. Never will I go here again, I also think there a little prejudice.

Read all the reviews they don’t lie! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. First off very unprofessional. Guy at the desk is busy flipping off guy in garage thru the window right in front of us. They broke the plastic under my hood and denied, didn’t reset my oil sensor, but most importantly once I picked up my car all of a sudden my fan wouldn’t shut off after I turned my car off. Called them up ASAP and was told basically I would be charged $120 to take a look at it and figure out the problem. Said if it was their fault it would be no charge but we all know it will automatically not be their fault just like the plastic magically broke itself. Yeah still no coincidence you drop your car for an oil change and no problem with the fan and you pick your car up now a problem. I’d go to Walmart before I’ll ever go back here. Shady work and terrible customer service!

I took my car into Integrity Tire Goodyear for the first time today. I am so thankful I did because the other places I have been taking my car to get an oil change never told/showed me how bad my tires were. Especially with this rain we’ve been having, I am so glad to have gotten them taken care of! My car rides significantly different! A huge thank you to Roy who was incredibly friendly and a huge help!! I won’t be going anywhere else to service my car.

This place should be called no integrity tires I went in for a oil change. Pulled off my tires making a loud clacking noise I went back to complain was told that I was missing studs on my tires were the reason. I calm explained look it wasn’t clanking before you service. The said it would cost another 59 dollars to repair something they broke. This place is a rip-off

Very honest and thorough. They dont just tell you whats wrong with your vehicle, but the mechanic will actually take you in the back and show you and explain to you why and whats wrong with it. They take their time explaining and answering all questions you have. The waiting area is kid friendly. On top of it all, they have the best prices in town.

I picked up a screw in my tire and took it to Integrity Tire to get it patched. I knew from past experience what tires can be patched and which cant based on the location of the puncture and the wear of the tire. I also knew that a patch only takes a few minutes to repair. The first time I took my vehicle in, a technician looked at the tire and said it could be patched, but that Id have to come back because it was too close to closing time (15 minutes). I agreed that it was pushing it time wise; so I returned the next day. A different technician looked at my tire again and said that the tire was too worn for patching and would need to be replaced. The quote for comparable tires to what I had on was 2x more expensive than what Ive paid in the past for tires at a different shop. I told them as much. They gave me a second quote for a tire of lesser quality and then told me I was free to shop around, but that they had the best prices in town.I took my car to Desert Tire, pulled directly into a service bay, had the technician look at the tire, and had it patched within 10 minutes at very little expense to me. I will be going back to Desert Tire for all of my tire needs.

Took my truck to another place after they fixed the cooling system. It wasnt fixed and there were other issues. Told me I had $3000 of things wrong with my truck. Once I got a second opinion I was told more then half of what they said was broken or needed replaced didnt actually need the work.

The place was as busy as Ive ever seen it, but everyone was on it. It looked like they had extra staff. And the customers all looked happy.

The staff is friendly and helpful.I want to take a moment to give a shout out to one of the members in particular who had been working on my cars for several years now. Hes always taken good care of them, good care of myself, and of all his customers. If a problem comes along, you must whip it, and I recommend to let Integrity Tires help you on the problem! I understand there were a couple of people in front of me before I arrived without an appointment but I was the only one in the waiting room for at least an hour and a half. Not sure why it took so long but from arrival to departure I was there a total of 2 hours. Ive never had to wait this long for simple tire patching. Hoping the fix is permanent as they promised. Everyone was very nice and polite, just wouldve appreciated a little bit more urgency since I was expected at home for dinner and it was 6:35pm when I left :(

I went in this morning to get an oil change my car sounded perfectly fine quiet and smooth like It always does after they were done there was a loud grinding and rattling sound come from the motor and the check engine light came on. I took it back to have recheck there work and he told me it was the exhaust system. They said it was just a coincidence that this happened after they were done and theres nothing they could do about. I find that hard to believe because it was perfectly fine before I brought it in. Theres other people there at the same time complaining about the work that they had done do not go here!

I don’t have a lot of time to wait and wait and waste time. I stopped in and had brakes installed and rotors turned and this took only 2 hours. That’s pretty quick and I’m pleased with the work, time it took and value.Daniel did a good job of taking care of my issue and he was a true professional.

I came in almost at closing. They went above and beyond making sure I got what I needed. Then when I was about to pay I asked for windshield wipers... they’re closing but they totally told me not to worry and they made it happen. They stayed under the estimate and made me feel like whatever I needed they would take care of for me. This is the reason I keep coming back.. even though my dad gets me a discount on tires I prefer coming here.

Shawn is a nice guy as a manager, however the shop does not take pride in their work. I had an oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic left grease from his hands on my seats and dash board and arm rest. The manager cleaned it, however this should have never happened. Also they checked cabin air filter that had debris inside, they replaced it for a charge of course, but did not clean all the debris out before they put the new one in. Air conditioning fan made noise from the debris left behind. Pretty lousy work on the mechanics part. I myself as a female was able to fix it, but I paid $25 for a $5 part and $20 for 2 minute lousy labor job I could have and did do myself. The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because the manager was nice.

I stopped into Integrity/Goodyear Tire shop to get an oil change for my 2017 Mazda6 which takes synthetic oil. The counter guy was courteous, knowledgeable, and got my car checked in no time flat. I was only there about 40minutes total. Their price for synthetic beat the other 3 or 4 shops in town too.Ill be coming to Integrity for all my service needs on the Mazda.Good job guys!

Ive never been here before, to their company, but the reason for this review is for their partnership with a marketer, who went around selling offers that most people cannot refuse .. apparently, every year they have promotion bundles and a marketer goes around to sell the promotion for $25. I bought two at the time because, honestly it felt like a deal. Too bad it wasnt. My coworker bought one as well, and we have the same car. She took her car over to their shop and they charged her extra for the oil change, why? Because of synthetic oil. Now, please note, the marketer DID NOT SPECIFY on this. All he said was good deals, go try them out, everyone buys these because they are great discounts! And oh boy, we where scammed. I honestly tried my best to get my money back, even put a claim through my bank, but sadly, they stole my $50. So recommendation to the company, change marketers. Because of this scammer, i would never step foot into your auto body.

I had a flat tire and had to get my nephew to the airport on a Saturday! I called 3 other tire dealers and was told 4-5 hours, or put on hold for 5 minutes, or no answer at all. Then I called Integrity, explained the situation and was told it would take about 30 minutes if I got right in. Well, it turns out that two of the tires had multiple nails in them, so they couldnt be repaired, had to get two new tires installed, but was still in and out in about an hour, and was able to get my nephew to the airport on time. Everyone I encountered at Integrity was polite, knowledgible and very helpful. Great place, highly recommend their services.

Horrible They messed with the wrong person my father in law is elderly and went here for an oil change, he was asked for his social security number and also told to wait a few hours. He waited for 2 hours and nobody even told him his car was ready. I will be reporting this company to the furthest extent they need there business license revoked. Do not go here! From the minute Roy greeted us walking across the parking lot to the completion of four tires replaced we were impressed. Roy explained why we had to get 4 tires (Subaru). He helped us cut the cost in half. Then got us a rebate. When he was finished he shredded all personal information. His computer told him the tires were in stock. Inventory proved otherwise. Roy went and picked up the upgraded tires at another store himself. Roy was friendly, informative and took the extra step to benefit the customer. WOW! Well I was originally very happy with the service I received, however, upon showing my boyfriend my four new tires when he got home from work he noticed that my rear passenger rim is missing the lug nut with the keylock. When I called the location they stated that it was missing when my car was brought in and it is noted on their paperwork. How convenient that it is not noted anywhere on my paperwork nor did they mention that to me. I know for a 100% fact that it was there when my car was taken it. They said they can put a regular one on for me, which I can do myself, but that doesnt do me any good. Not very happy after I just spent over $400 here.

I was pleasantly surprised at how I was treated! I forgot to remove the hold on my credit card. So, instead of making me pay another five rm, theyDidn’t charge me! It was for a tire that had a nail in it!Much appreciated it! I will definitely go back!

I took my Van in for an oil change and they told me it would take about 45 minutes. About an hour and a 1/2 later it was ready. Midway through that hour and a 1/2 they called me with what they could find to try to make more money off of it. After I finally picked it backup I went to the gas station got gas and realized the change broil light was still on. Also it was smoking from oil burning. Apparently they put the oil filter back on in correctly and it shot oil into the engine compartment. They were too busy trying to find something else to make money off of it to make sure they did what I wanted correctly. This isnt the only time Ive had issues with this facility. Maybe its time to find a new place to take my Van

Great place to go to get your car serviced. I give five stars for service, integrity and efficiency. I didn’t have to wait long and I really appreciate that Richard took the time to explain what the list of mechanic ish means and when to think about getting things replaced and changed out so I can budget for the future. I am going on a road trip to CO and mentioned it to him and he took a look at everything to make sure I can confidently drive there with no car issues. Slow service and quality of service was poor. Came in for a flat tire repair and tpms reset/calibration. When I received my car the patched tire was way over inflated (set at 52psi/only rated for 35psi). The tpms was not reset, tires show in wrong positions. Took almost 2 hours with only 2 customers ahead of me.

I called ahead to see what the latest time I could bring my car in for a oil change they said 5 I got there at 4 and I guess since my call they got a bunch of cars come in. I explained to the guy I was getting married in Vegas and I needed to get it done. They took me even tho they didn’t get done until way after closing. I also thought my tire had to be repaired because of a nail that was in it but when they inspected it the nail hadn’t gone all the way through. They could have easily have charged me to repair the tire and I would have never known. The guy I talked to was honest a nice and really helped me in a bind.

I needed 4 new tires and I was blessed with hitting a wonderful sale....buy two get two free. I appreciate the great customer service and the rebate I was going to be getting back also. Thanks to the guys who did my service so quick and efficient!!!!!

We took our truck in for brakes. We were told it would be two hours. It actually took two hours before they looked at it. We were also told there was a leak in power steering system and total cost would be over $1000. We declined that service and just got the brakes done. It took over four hours. We then had the power steering checked elsewhere and were told it was in perfect working order. Definitely a lack of integrity here.

Very friendly service and very clean for a tire shop/mechanic shop. They were upfront about the wait time before I decided to get my oil change. They had a computer and TV for you to use and watch while you waited. I will be going back!

Come for my oil change and tire rotation, they did an excellent job with a reasonable waiting time. They also give me complete checking list of things need to be done for my car which is 105,000 miles. Thank you very much for your professionalism!

The entire staff is very friendly including the manager Rich. They do an excellent job in taking care of your car and the upkeep. I Love taking both of my cars there and highly recommend for anyone else to do the same. I trust them with my cars and theyre not trying to get over and charge for problems that dont exist.

They are very honest I even brought Momma Kim there our very dear momma is treated with great care and love . She says they are her sons too. And will not go anywhere else.

Richard was very helpful . I came in to get an oil change. Upon inspection they found there was some other things wrong that I thought might be covered by my warranty. Richard got my warranty contract number and was able to find out it was used Der warranty. I didnt have to find a way to take it to the dealership, saving me time, gas and stress. He found what my dealership didnt. Thanks
