I went in a few weeks ago to get my wheels inspected. Got a call back from within 30 minutes. That nothing was wrong with my wheels. (I did have it checked out by someone else, they found things wrong with my tire)I was quoted some wheels, went over options. When I checked my car for my wheel lock; it was never in my car. Which I always leave in my glove boxJuan, the assistant manager, mentioned he will charge me $10 for each wheel lock he breaks. The tone of voice and approach was very condescending, which gave me the impression he was not going to take liability.I asked for his corporates number, got nothing. Asked for an email, also nothing. I went online found the info myself still waiting for a reply.I work in the auto industry as well, I for a fact would take care of my customers, all for the means of revolving business. But I guess not everyone is as honest. I definitely would second guess doing business there.

Patched up my tire quick and no charge. This place has to be the nicest most professional tire shop in Hemet. I dont think I would go anywhere else after this experience.

Over the years I have dealt with several big box tire stores including Costco and Sams club. The reason I like Les Schwab is because they go out of their way to actually take care of their customers after the purchase. Wait times can be a bit heavy. It is much better if you make an appointment online on their website. Unlike some places they actually honor the appointment time as much as possible. Prices are fair. Service is excellent.

These people are so amazing with .y unfortunate tire patches. So friendly, & never made u feel like a bother.Also very attentive to me and my needs. Im in Im out in no time at all. The most Ive ever had to wait was just less than an hour cause they were super busy and a lot of cars ahead of me... I was shocked they were very quick.

First time customer, now, lifetime customer.Called yesterday because my mechanic wanted to charge me $450.00 + for 4 shocks for my 1997 Lincoln Town car.I called yesterday, got my quote for the same shocks, $310.00, out the door and was told they needed to order them, a 10 minute task.Told the person I would be at the shop this morning right after opening.This morning I arrived at 830 am, as I was backing into the space, I saw the front counter person run out of the store to my driver side door, in the rain.I hear, Hi ______ you called yesterday, may I get your mileage please? Did I mention in the pouring rain?He took my keys, handed them to the tech and walked me in and said it would be about 2 hours.Service, service and more service.No up sales, treated well and they did a great job. Took longer than projected but they kept me informed.Guess what the price was? Exactly as quoted, $310.00 out the door.If you want great service like the way things were 20-30 years ago, if you want to see employees working, running and hustling AND doing a great job, go here.Did I mention free pop corn, free coffee, free water, free cell phone charging and assorted vending machines (not free of course)My car drives like its new, customer for life.

Came in two weeks ago. Spoke to Tom at the front desk. Explained in very specific detail what I was looking for. I needed four 5x5.5 15 8 fronts 10 rears Cragar style wheels with new rubber. He took my number down and said he was busy and would call me with more info. Either he forgot or didnt take me seriously, so I purchased these with another tire shop. I guess these guys arent interested in selling wheel and tire sets.

First of all, I have been using Les Schwab for over 27 years. Always had great service along with some good prices.This all changed when I moved to San Jacinto, Ca. And started using the Hemet location.Had an alignment done before a trip and noticed my front tires wearing out . Stopped in to a shop in Brookings Oregon to check it out. Thats when they informed me the last shop damaged my truck and alignment wasnt holding. Got a hold of the Hemet store that did the alignment and was told by Tom they would make it right. Tom advised me to get an estimate, I got 3. Its been over 17 months and 4 times in to talk to Tom and 2 times in to talk to Chris. Nothing has been done and no one has been in contact with me.

Im always satisfied with their service. Thats why, i keep going back.My rim was discontinued, they were able to find me the one i need. So happy!

My trip to Hemet Les Schwab was short but a positive experience. My vehicle was only at the shop for an hour and my tires were installed.

Hands down the best customer service in hemet. James and the rest of the crew are absolutely the best. They have been helping me with a balance issue with my tires when no one else would. James narrowed down the problem and got this fix! I highly recommend them.

I went in to get a wheel alignment and my tires rotated. I received great service from the beginning to the end.

Checked my tires for free, reset my tire sensor. Next day the sensor light came bck on, so idk!

Fast and Friendly!!

There is a lot going for this store to draw in customers. Took one of my cars in for a routine oil service. They gave it a courtesy inspection. The inspection report suggested replacing the front disc brake calipers. I did my own inspection to verify. The brake pads were worn and the rotors were lightly scored but there was nothing visibly wrong with the calipers. I tested them for proper operation and they worked like they are supposed to. I cleaned and re greased the slides which is the normal thing to do along with replacing the pads and rotors. Car stops just fine. Why they suggested replacing parts that didnt need to be replaced is a mystery to me as Les Schwab has a pretty good reputation. Trust but verify.

Wife was positive there was a nail in my tire. Took my truck to Les Schwab and they thoroughly inspected all tires, even removing them, and couldnt find any leaks on any of the tires. They went out of their way to ensure tire pressure was at efficient level for all 4 tires. There was no charge and I was ony way. Will definitely be back as I will need new tires soon!

The service I received at this Les Schwab location (Hemet, Ca.) was outstanding. I Purchased a set of Nitto Ridge Grapplers to be mounted on my new Fuel Rebel 6 rims and I had major concerns of damage/scratches to these rims during the mounting process. Tire Technician Dee Dee not only helped me with the purchase, but installed the set herself. Perfection! I was so happy with the results, I cant imagine going anywhere else again for tires.

Took my Explorer in to change my brakes because they were squeaking. All four tires were removed and the technician took me out to my vehicle to assure me that I didnt need any brake and that the reason for the squeaking was the brake pads needed to be lubed. No charge and was on my way. I will definitely make this my new shop for any work my cars need.

Got an alignment on my xterra after Installing a lift kit. I did the thrust angle alignment (toe and camber) & it drives like a dream. Super stoked. They do operate like a corporate store so they will look for issues with your car and bring it to your attention hoping to get the sale. Not an up sale. It’s what they are trained to do. That also means much cleaner environment and Quality customer service. This is a big deal in Hemet Any how I am super satisfied with my alignment. After working in the automotive industry for awhile I can just feel how well the car drives now ! Hyped is an understatement

Walked in to get break inspection was quoted 300 for master cylinder and rear adjustment I already replaced master cylinder I went somewhere else and it was not master cylinder rear adjustment screw was missing and was not installed properly from previous owner problem was fixed for less than $100 and is working fine bottom line they did not inspect my truck correctly never pulled off the tires and checked it like they said they did no good service at all I only gave 1 star because facility was clean other than that no good

I like the fact they also have women that are techs. Desiree was a big help with me fixing my problem with my wheel sensor, and I was in and out in less than 1 hour. Brandon was awesome too, who checked my breaking system, but unfortunately the problem I had they couldnt fix but was very warming and showed me what was wrong and directed me to another place that could. I love the honesty and the customer service there, they definitely show that they value you as a customer. I will return and recommend this place to everyone I come across who needs their type of services.

The guys here went above and beyond helping me find a tire that was a bit more aggressive for my 2016 FXT...I used to work parts also, so between all of us, after about 45 mins...we found these. Went in for screw in center tread. After guy inspected it and said $15 and can get it in in a few. After an hour of waiting was givin an estimate $500+ for two tires out the door, I reclined. Just patch and balance is what I asked for. He refused to do it and sent me on my way with screw still in the tire. Tire was not at wear bar yet.

Prior to this visit this location has done a wonderful job fixing any problems and concerns on any vehicle I brought in. This visit I experienced the worst customer service, blatant lying by front desk personnel and waiting over one hour from my arrival time of my scheduled appointment for my vehicle to be even pulled into the bay. I was told that paying appointments are prioritized and because I came in for a free inspection appointment they would not be seeing my car at the time I am expecting. How do they know if I will be paying for any services this visit anyway? I support Les Schwab as a business model and what they stand for but WILL NOT be supporting this location ever again.

Customer service was great. Wasnt too bad of a wait after just walking in, needed my car inspected and quoted, which took about an hour. A week later brought my car in to do some of the work needed and I have no complaints will be going back for the rest of the work.

We always receive great service from Les Schwab so we always buy our tires from them. It was time to replace our truck tires after 55K miles of mostly towing our fifth-wheel around the western states. We called and ordered the tires we wanted and they had them delivered to their shop in time to have them installed the next day. They even washed the tires and rims prior to installation, and put steel stems on since weve had 2 regular ones blow out and replaced with steel. We even saved hundreds of dollars from what they cost in WA. Great service, per usual.

They have a great policy of fixing flats for free. But went in for to buy a tire and spent over 2 hours waiting. Then they changed the wrong tire. They made it right BUT............

They provide excellent customer service here, and the facility always appears very clean.

This place was great! 1st time here, my car was pulling to the right when I drove. I went in expecting to pay for alignment. They checked the car found that it did not need alignment, ( although they could have charged me for one and I wouldnt have known the difference). Just needed tire rotation.Great honest service! I had the brakes down and was getting ready to pick up my car...I mentioned that I FORGOT to mention in the beginning to have them rotate the tires and intended to make an appointment. Ladies, you will never have to feel uncomfortable with that one creepy employee that stares or wonder if any of them will steal from your vehicle. This is the go to place for tires! Everything inside and out is so clean, including restrooms!!! They offer coffee, water and popcorn. There is a table with crayons and coloring pages (always fully stocked) to keep your little one occupied during the wait. Watching the guys work is like being at an orchestra, they are all in sync with each other, they know when, where, and how to get the job done. Came in here due to low tire pressure. Robert came up as soon as i parked and was able to help me right away. He wrote me up a service ticket and got to work right away. They gave my daughter crayons and coloring pages to keep her entertained. They patched my tire and had me on the road in no time. Very clean and friendly tire shop and amazing service. I used to bring some riders here. I have never been here. Until i had to canvass the rates for brake flushing which my dealer recommended me to do, as per the mileage that i have. I called several times and i spoke to Adrian, he gave me a good deal and Mr. Tom and another service man honored it. To my surprise Mr Tom told me after he asked me why i came here. I told him, my dealer told me to do it, because it is time already. Mr Tom showed me the gauge he is using and told me that my brake fluid was still okay and he even looked at their manual, he said, it doesnt even tell him which typically it would do that i need to go to Toyota for it. Thank God for honest people like Mr. Tom and honest business like Les Schwab. But what my dealer told me makes me scratch my head

One of the closest Les Schwab to 29Palms so of course we called and were able to bring my car down THE SAME DAY. All 4 tires were changed, with overall maintenance in less than 10 minutes. I bought my tires at Les Schwab in Portland. Unfortunately here in the valley the closest on is in Hemet. I was having some issue with the tires leaking so I took it to them and they fixed it immediately after discovery the right read had a gash in the tire. These tires were only just over a year old and unknown if it was road debris or what it was they warranted the tire and I put on a placement for $56.00. I was happy, happy, happy! I will make the hour drive from Palm Springs to them for tires and cause, well, they are absolutely the best in the industry.

This is the best place in town to get your tires serviced, looked at and purchase. This is the third time I have gone to them because my tire pressure light came on while driving and they have taken care of me each and Everytime with no charge. They also have the friendliest crew working there. I cannot praise these guys enough. And as hot as it is today and always with a smile.
