Brought in my car 2 weeks ago prior to purchasing it to have an inspection done by a mechanic. Mechanic said it was in perfect working condition and would not need ANY work done. Going off the mechanic’s word I purchased the car. Since then I’ve had to put $4,737 dollars of work as well as another $1,300 for new tires as well and alignment even though the mechanic said all was good. Would not recommend this business to anyone. I would give ZERO stars if possible. Contacted the business and was told there was nothing they could do. Take your car to an honest mechanic. I’ve attached a picture of all the work that needs to be done according to the shop my car is currently at.

First time that I take my car at Firestone. They are busy, make sure you make an appointment otherwise if you are lucky like me they will try to make it possible to take care of you. I had to go at 8 am when they first open and they were able to take care of my car. Great customer service and they were done in a timely manner.

They have really friendly and professional service at this location. One employee specifically, Mike, always goes out of his way to help you and he is extremely friendly. Hes a lot like my Uncle in the sense that hes the kind of person to give you the shirt off of his back. All around a great firestone location to go to.

This place is one of those shops we are all looking out for. I took my car in for a wheel alignment and balance. When I picked it up three hours later, they said everything was fine, no issues, and charged me about $200. Before I even got to the first stoplight, I could tell they had done absolutely nothing. The steering wheel was still shaking and the car still pulled severely to the right. I immediately drove back to Firestone and then I noticed that not one fingerprint or smudge was visible in the brake dust around the lugnuts on the front wheels. None of the wheels had been removed. Not even touched. They charged me $200 and did absolutely nothing to the car, under the assumption that I would never notice.I give them credit for giving me a full refund, but I wonder how many people have driven away totally unaware that theyd been ripped off. This is why online reviews are important -- to expose businesses like this one. Zero stars. Avoid Firestone in Hemet at all costs.

Making an appointment is useless. I had an appointment for 8AM and it took 3 hours. The personel is awesome and the shop was neat!

So, my tire had a nail stuck and I had came here in the hoping they would be honest and reliable. I got the complete opposite of that, the guy that said to be the manager just looked at it and talked about ordering a new tire because they didn’t have it. It wasn’t until I asked if it was even patchable that he claimed it wasn’t, that it was really bad. I literally told him not to order a new tire because he was in the process of it and without even asking me if I wanted to go that direction. Luckily, I went to Desert Tires & Wheels on State St. Where they were honest and reliable. That they even said the tire was completely fine & patchable. Thanks to Desert Tires my tire got saved.

Called at 1230 in the afternoon to get a quote for an oil pan replacement and of course an oil change. They took all my info on the vehicle and even asked for my phone number/name. Told me they would call back with a quote but never did. Very unprofessional no matter how busy you are! No excuse and no business for Firestone in hemet ca. Sure the owner will love that

Made an appointment, they took the car in early, work was done perfectly, very professional service. Great place for reliable service at a very reasonable price⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I came in last Friday as a brand new customer after making an appointment online. I had no idea that the appointment wasnt confirmed, or had to be confirmed, so when I got there the guy at the counter was extremely rude to me. I asked him how do I get an appointment confirmed then? So he rescheduled me for Tuesday. So on Tuesday I come in, and tell them I scheduled for a complete inspection. Then a different guy tells me that if I want a complete inspection I have to reschedule AGAIN for another day. Why did the first guy on Friday not tell me that, or schedule me on a day that the lead mechanic was in? They both knew I wanted a complete inspection. The second guy was rude to me as well, and I told him to just check the basics. So he tells me to be back by 4; I got there around 1:45. So I drop my car off, leave, and walk about 5 or 6 blocks to grab something to eat. Come back over an hour later, to see that my car has not even been moved into the garage. So I ask him, why hasnt my car been moved into the garage yet? I get no explanation, no apology, and a short attitude. After I say that they move my car in and start working on it. It got done right at 4PM when they were closing the shutters. Terrible experience. Bad employees, bad service. I would not recommend going here.

I took a fleet vehicle for required maintenance, Erik input my vehicle and information. When work was completed. The work was noted into another vehicle, not the one I took there. Since this fleet needs documentation as proof that required maintenance is completed i ask Erik to correct the information. He said he could not do this because the info is automated. The fleet company had to pay to do this work again, and I lost two days of my busy schedule to correct this mess up.

Just left this location. It took about 4 hours before I got my car back. They ran diagnostics and charged me for a visual inspection. They advised almost $2,000 in work to be done, but had no clue as to the solution for the problem I initially came in for.Would have been great to have been told first that they dont work on engines as I mentioned the problem was with the engine while making the appointment, after arriving, and again on the phone when they called to tell me they didnt know what the problem was.Apart from the $2,000 in repairs they also advised I go to a mechanic that deals with engines. Thanks for that, I guess?The employees were polite, and somewhat pleasant at least.However the lobby was closed and they dont offer shuttle service. When I made the appointment I was given the option to wait in lobby or drop off. I chose to wait in the lobby.Upon arrival I was told I couldnt do that, but I could wait outside for the 4 hours it took them or walk home.Overall a bad experience that could have been avoided with clear communication, but I guess they gotta make that money one way or another and decieving me into believing they worked on engines was one way for me to bring it in and pay for that inspection.

They do good work but delays caused some problems for us.

Called just for an estimate on tightening of loose sparkplugs, manager told me it’s impossible for spark plugs to be loose and they have to be replaced. He even laughed at me and tried to argue with me. What a joke of a place lol, just went and had them tightened and the guy said spark plugs can become loose. Squeaking and rough idling gone on my car. Funny google knows more about cars than this place how sad they’re one of the only mechanics open on Sunday’s in town.

I went in to get my breaks checked because they are making so much noise since I got them. They said everything was looking good even they didnt change my pads since it was under warranty. They said it was the material. Just replace them like I said... Didnt do anything just offeree to upgrade my breaks but I just got them a couple of months ago. off to the next Firestone since this place just wants me to spend more money that I just got a couple of months ago. Thanks for nothing guys...

Theyre really pricey, and theyll try to make you waist money, my tires are fine, but they still included them as a recommendation.Just made me not able to trust them anymore.

Got tires and an alignment. They did a good job.

Had an incident a while back, where they took 2 hours to align my truck, but due to the aftermarket kit on it, they couldnt do a complete alignment. So I waited 2 hours to get the toe fixed only. If I would of been warned they couldnt of done it, I wouldnt of waisted 2 hours sitting there. I had the lifetime alignment and have had my truck aligned there several times no issues until that day. The guy said it was a new policy, but the policy was dated 2008, and it basically read lifted trucks where the alignment could not be completed, would be refused. I brought my truck in and had only modified the fiberglass fenders since I purchased the lifetime alignment Well the issue was addressed and I felt it was time to give them some service today and let it be water under the bridge. Ill go somewhere else . I think they are holding a grudge.

Its Firestone- first rate

Check this place out online I found some great pricing. Went in and talk to the clerk about my tires. By the time he got done with the pricing it turned out it wasnt such a great deal after all. When they tell you about their out the door pricing what does not include alignment. It was kind of a hidden fee on there website I guess and maybe if you look alot and hard youll find it. It just was not as clear as other sites another companies. They are very helpful and respectful though. Just did not work out for me.

I absolutely LOVE this place! I do not take my vehicles anywhere else! Trustworthy and competent....is anything else needed? Theyre not the kind to find something wrong with your vehicle every time you go in for just an oil change! If theres something needed, or recommended, theyll let you know, but not in a hard-sell type way. Ive done a lot of work on several cars here because of how they treat me...and Ive sent several friends and family members here. Have NEVER heard a bad word about them from anyone!

We were stranded on a Saturday afternoon and this wonderful team of professionals is open on Sunday. I am ever grateful to this team of experts we almost blew our engine and they saved our van. We lived 80 miles away and we needed to wait for a ride these fine gentlemen gave us a ride to a coffee shop. These Firestone experts will never be forgotten. Thanks guys.

I walked in asking for some tires n I got to know Mike super cool guy very polite n friendly. ...he get me a good deal on my brother 4 new tires plus the applied for a credit line was super easy n fast 6 months NOT interest in top of that $80 saving on those tires compared to other places thanks guys ....now I will get tired for my girlfriend car as well !!!💞💞💞👍👍👍👍

This shop is great. The guys are trustworthy. They will tell you what needs fixing and what doesnt. The prices are good and the work is done well. Weve been taking all of our cars here for years and would not think of going anywhere else.

I love this place. Been coming here for 11 years. Everyone is friendly. I leave my car and go home. Service is always done with high quality. I would highly recommend purchasing the lifetime balancing and rotation service, if you follow the rotation schedule tire will last!!

I went to a competitor about a week before I came here to Firestone. The Goodyear shop said I needed over $3,000 of repairs to my recently-purchased used 1997 car.At Firestone, many of the repairs didnt even show up as required by Goodyear, and the estimated cost was only about $1,500!Hmmm?!?Not to bad-mouth Goodyear, as many locations are franchised and do not necessarily reflect on the Goodyear Corporation, but getting a 2nd opinion that doesnt require required repairs is questionable at best...I think I know where Ill be taking my car in the future.

Its Firestone, what can I say? The work is honest and done by the book to ensure your safety. The pricing is premium but great work! Waiting area is cool and Clean.

The worst customer service that I have ever experienced! Waited over 4 hours to have a tire fixed! The mechanics have no idea what they are doing! They spent more time smoking cigarettes and on their phones than working on the cars! I will never go back to Firestone again.

My wife and I dropped off the car at 11 am and they said it would take maximum two hours, which was reasonable because of how busy they were. Called back around 2pm,since I hadnt heard back from them. They said they hadnt taken care of the car but was next in line, which they mentioned was going to take another hour. At 3pm we decided to drive there since they didnt answer when I called, and car was not serviced and still parked were we left it. This is unacceptable especially coming from a corporate location. Never going there again.

I had gotten a very bad oil leak, went to Firestone for a car care check. I had a abnormal positive experience. Brian exhibited superior customer service.

The work is usually 70/30, with my husband and I often returning the vehicles for fixes. For some reason the rotors are never put back on properly and even after $1,200(x2 vehicles) in repairs, still sqeak whenever we break. The credit card they offer is wonderful(6 months no interest on larger repairs), but we wouldnt go here if we didnt have one. Too many redos, some we were charged for.

Very poor customer service. I took my car there for oil change on sunday. They told me one and a half hour wait. I told them ok. My car was ready and parked outside for more than 45 min before they gave the car back. When the oil change has been done why make me wait for 45 min before giving the car back. Poor customer service

Very slow service and management (Mike Laughlin) no help to me. I purchased tires and warranty from this store, they are good in sales, but when you come in for warranty work expect to leave vehicle or wait for hours for something simple.

I got here at 8AM for just an oil change and I waited an hour for the courtesy check inspection to finish. While my car was in the air, the service writer, luis, was eating donuts and joking around autside with the technician! Im actually still in the waiting room, writing this review at 9:02 AM. Yes, I made an appointment and they said I didnt even though I screen shot the online appointment and showed him. I only take my cars to Firestone but this one is on my dont go list
