Found this place online & went off the reviews & Im glad I did! The staff was super friendly & helpful! Took a little longer then anticipated but they had to order a part they didnt notice during inspection & replaced it for me as well. Definitely recommend this place if you want fair prices & honesty!

This review is long overdue if Im honest. My first experience with Brake masters was probably a year ago. I went in with my Mazda 3, and needed new front and rear brakes. The rear brakes were a pain in the butt... long story short... (after MANY attempts to alleviate the issue) my car didnt like after-market brakes. Their patience and eagerness to make sure my vehicle left in the best shape was clearly their top priority. I appreciate that more than anything. Today my husband went in there with our other car, for brakes and an oil change. They informed us that our brakes were still in good condition - no need for new brake pads. Other places might have just changed the brakes and charged us, but these guys are honest. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

These guys always take care of me! For example, they fit me in super last minute on a Friday afternoon (currently writing this in their waiting room) to do a much needed alignment on my car and even coordinated with the tire place next door to have my tires rotated and 2 new ones mounted. They fixed my brakes when I had a problem with a stuck caliper and their prices on synthetic oil changes are the best Ive found in the area. Thank you Brake Masters Hemet you guys are the best!

Great service, very trustworthy.There was an old lady who brought her car in to be serviced before mine and they let her know that her car had nothing wrong and didnt need to be serviced yet, and that just spoke volumes to me.Plus their lobby has a keurig and red vines.

Individual at the counter of latino descent stated a 1:30 minute wait. I agreed. Returned 1:30 minutes later to find my vehicle sitting in the same place and a new customer in waiting room (of latino descent). Is this place just for latino and occasional caucasians ? Dont like pulling the race card, but Im giving this rating because I want this place shut down. No American should have to experience such behavior in their borders.

I have been going here for the last 2 years. Today, June 24th 2017 at 8 am, I had the worse Customer service experience I had in a while. I know Saturdays are busy but there is a way to convey that in a professional manner to customers. I asked the gentlemen at the front counter how long the wait would be for an oil change. He through his hands up in the air, as though I asked a stupid question, and he said, couple of hours dude. Its a Saturday. I drive a city bus for a living and if a passenger asked where is downtown Riverside and I through my hands in the air and said Google it I would probably get punched in the face. They have great customer service here however, this gentlemen obviously was having a bad day BUT, its no excuse for bad customer service.

Traveling thru town had warranty issue from work done in another state. SUPER SERVICE, SUPER PEOPLE! Greatful to find and would highly recommend to all!
