I have been an existing customer for several years. I have always been provided with courtesy and quality care. The Hemet, CA located was visited for an oil change and inspection evaluation. A newer hire at the front desk was very abrasive with his words and mannerisms. His unprofessional behavior will turn customers away and cause him a loss of employment. 😟😟

Took my car in because I thought I needed brakes. Turned out I had a broken control arm on the drivers side. Got my car fixed and checked out. This is not the first time I’ve been there. I go there because as a woman it’s hard to find an honest repair shop and I feel I have with Discount Tire! I have confidence in what they tell me and they never try to strong arm me into repairs I don’t really need. My thanks to Mike and Daniel for all their help this visit, they are the best!

Reasonable price but service was not fast. Waiting area was dirty and smelled like car chemicals, with no snack machines, and no Wi-Fi! I called someone to pick me up rather than wait inside.

The customer service from the first telephone call to being in the store was awesome! The guys were friendly, humorous and my tires were priced the lowest out of all the tire shops around.. I will definitely go back there.. also offer a 90 day same as cash credit if you qualify.. it’s helpful when you need something and can’t afford it at that moment.. 💯

My momz van began having a hard time with braking and somthing just didn’t seem rigth….I went in for a brake check and found out it was way worse but like always you guys were able to fix the problem within a jiffy and also provide financing for the repairs . Was told 3 different prices told all pieces were broken and cracked drum brake assembly drum and piece of part that puts tire on was not given receipt gave wrong key. Totally over priced 2400 1500 paid 900 asked prior to fix to give me all replacements . Not. Totally joke

The work done was done quickly and efficiently. Daniel was outstanding in explaining everything and answering all my questions. He seemed to be leading a staff of conscientious, hard working and friendly guys. Daniel represents your company at the front desk and is a real asset to your organization.

I wish I could give them minus stars. My experience was horrible I was treated poorly and even got into it with Mike at the shop. He said he changed the oil but when I got home to check the filter had not been change and I doubt my oil has been changed. I went back to to complain and Daniel resolved the issue and was very polite.

The Hemet Discount tire center location is the greatest I have always been treated great people are friendly and vary knowable waiting room is clean its the only place I will go for tires and service. If they cant help you they know who can.

Very Disappointed, took my truck in for an oil change, and A.C. Repair, manager told me itll take time but they should be able to find the problem. They had my truck all day and still couldnt figure out why my A.C. wont blow cold. Only Hot? Then they still do the oil change so they can atleast charge me for something even though they couldnt fix what they said they could.

She was told that they were barely going to start and it was still going to be an hour. She had to leave, so she took her car back and they didnt seem to care. Last time we ever come to this place.

I went in for oil change, good price, when it was done to go out, car died fuel pump broke .they pushed car out of way.thppower steering broke right at the shop .had no choice but to repair there.they did all work all parts,took me home, estimate was 1,487.00. I almost died. Worked it with them .picked me up from home, showede all old parts.very good staff . They where done at 5:00 and the bill total was reduced to 1,088.49. My visit went as I expected. I had called and made an appointment, showed up on time, got the work done without a lot of hassle. The price ended up slightly higher than I expected, but not unreasonably so. It would have been nice if they had made coffee and turned the TV on for those of us waiting for our cars.

We took our jeep in as it was leaking. $667.46 later and it is still leaking. Now they tell us it is the rear main and for $600.00 they would fix it. I dont understand that they couldnt find the real problem instead of putting all the gaskets that I dont have any idea if they were needed or not. I guess you are at the mercy of mechanics. We will never go there again.

Point blank, they are the only place I go, even for oil changes! They are very professional and courteous. They have never tried to upsell me or pressure to get something done other than what I came in for. You cant go wrong with this place.

My mother had all 4 tires replaced. In less than 10,000 miles shes had to go back at least 4 times to have air added to all four tires which continuously loose air. Each time being given some excuse about change in the weather. Instead of simply exchanging the faulty tires they sold her the first time, they want her to pay more for an up-grade. I guess tires that hold air or considered an upgrade. Never going back. Too many other reliable options in Hemet.

Needed to get a couple of tires and an oil change and they did not disappoint. Donovan was very friendly and the staff were very professional. They really take care of you and make sure youre happy and able to drive away safely.

Well I went there at like 11: something and there was one other person there i think and they helped me right away so I thought it would not be long before they started working on it ! Well I sat in my car waiting !! It felt like about and hour maybe a little more and the guy inside told me I was one of the next ones up so I went back out to my car and waited some more and I finally walked around the front to see in the bays and there was only one car up and I turned around and the guy that helped me saw me and said oh I am really short handed today and that if I could come back on Wed. That it would be faster !!! So why didnt he tell me when I first came in ???? I think that was very bad on his part !! Because of that I probably wont go back there ever again !!!!?

You just dont expect to get the hard sell and I mean HARD SELL, no wonder there was only a couple of customers sitting in there when I was in, they probably scared everyone else away. The staff seem to operate with the style of a used car salesman in fact it wouldnt surprise me if he was selling used cars on the side. You asked for one thing and he act as if you had requested something totally different. Went to Americas Tire down the street and got my tire for half the price quoted for exact same tire.

I went in because I thought I needed my brakes changed. They felt a little laggy. I had replaced them myself about a year ago. I take my car in and talk to one of he service managers there and just start asking about price. Worst case scenario would be around $500 five or take for brake pads and rotors for both axles. But they went ahead and did a brake inspection first. 15-20 minutes later he goes over everything with me and tell me that everything is fine, other than one of the rotors is showing some signs of heating up. I was blown away that they were so honest and didn’t try to lie to make some money. And while I was there I asked him how much for a full synthetic oil change would be and he said they would do the oil change and tire rotations for $75. That’s way less than what I have been paying at the Valvolone Instant Oil change. Definitely Reccomend them and will be returning to get any other service I need from now on. Thanks guys.

This store does excellent work.. Love the people who actually do the work but for some reason the manager is always rude and unhelpful to me.. Seems nice to everyone who calls or walks in but i do not get the same respect.. Tells me they wont touch my car because of the spacers on my tires yet has done so in the past.. Then goes on to do my alignment with the spacers on the vehicle later.. Totally contradicts himself and has zero sympathy for people.. Couldnt find any of my info when telling him my number or checking my license plate but when i return with my reciepts there were zero problems finding my information..
