Oh man. I’ve been leery of other mechanics in the past having watched family members get pulled a fast one on them before.However that is most definitely not the case with Rapid Tire and Automotive. I actually don’t think there’s a enough great words in the dictionary to describe how amazing the guys at Rapid Tire and Automotive are. Corey from the very beginning was extremely friendly and treated myself and my mother with such respect from the moment we walked in. He from the beginning was straight forward and didn’t beat around the bush, both of my vehicles ended up needed an extensive amount of work and both Corey and Leon were amazing and kept me updated through the entire way. They even went as far as physically showing me some of the things they were working on whenever I’d go by which made me extremely comfortable and happy. Quite the fair price for the work they do too, and they got done very quickly! Now both my cars are up and running beautifully and despite my moving out of state I still would not go to anyone else. I 100% trust Corey, Leon, and the rest of the awesome guys at Rapid Tire and Automotive and will be back should I need any future maintenance on any of my cars and future vehicles.If I could give 6 stars I would. So grateful that I found Rapid Auto! I was stuck with a loaner car from the Jeep dealer and they have a contract with Allen Tire. I attempted to have the tires fixed multiple times and they were less than concerned about the tire and told me I would have to come back at 7:30 am even though I live out of town. I called Rapid and Corey had me in and out within 30 min. Thanks so much!!!
