They used to be very reliable and the waiting area clean, but not anymore. I will be looking for another tire shop. Didnt even want to repair my brakes, said all was fine. Went to another mechanic and he said I needed brakes and rotars turned

I was referred here by my regular gas station attendant/worker. Also, referred by a local car repair company. I decided to try them out. I was quoted over $150 for one tire at another tire shop. So we went go get an alignment on our Chevy Suburban.. We have a lift on it. The man in charge showed me that I needed a few thing first. (front end parts).. He didnt charge me a single dime.. Nor did he try to talk me into anything... Nowadays this is unheard of!! I will be back.. 👍

I took my 1997 Expedition in for an alignment. When I returned to pick it up, they hadn’t done it. They said it needed new ball joints and control arms. Hmm... seemed like a scam to drum up more business. They gave me a reasonable quote for parts and labor. I chose to do the work myself and then returned for the alignment, which they did without hassle. My SUV now handles much, much better. They were not trying to scam me at the first visit, I really did need some work done. They had identified exactly what parts were worn and needed to be replaced.

Allen Tires in Hemet is the best. Ive been going there for years. For some reason my tire pressure light seems to come on frequently. I took it in to Allens again today and I had a nail in my tire. They were quick to fix it. Jim knows me by name. He is always friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend going to Allens Tires if you need to purchase tires. I feel they are a little pricey when it comes to oil changes and other car maintenance but they are trustworthy and will not rip you off.

They installed all 4 tires, replaced a TPM sensor and did an alignment on my vehicle. They got me the tires I wanted and had a reasonable prices. I will definitely be back when I need tires again.

How good could the experience be? Well thats how good it was. The manager over saw the work being done on my wifes brakes witch makes me think he cares. Although his confidence in his staff made me feel confident that the job was going to be done right, and it was. Jims customer service is old school and exemplary. Hard to find these days. I will only take my car and truck to Allen Tire after receiving top notch service at I price that is reasonable. my mother goes to Allen Tire and Im sure she is treated with the same excellent service I received. Five stars.

I went to three different reputable tire places because one of my tires had a slow leak. I was told that I needed new tired because they had only 6,000 to 10,000 miles left on them. One of these places had my car in the back for over an hour and told me that they took the tire off and did an extensive reivew and saw nothing damaging...fast forward to Allen Tire of Hemet. I pulled in and was immediately greeted warmly. They pulled my car in the back and within 5 minutes had found a small nail that the other three places missed. They repaired it and got me on my way. They were professional, courteous and provided a very comfortable environment to wait while they did quality work. Thank you, Jim and Brandon and the whole team at Allen Tire of Hemet!

A good tire shop. Ive been coming here for all of my vehicles for many years now and they treat me right. You do have to direct them a bit and make sure they arent overselling services though. I understand they are running a business.

Called to get a set of tires and spoke with Jim the manager. He has the worst customer service experience Ive ever heard. It took no more than 10 minutes for me to decide Id never buy from this establishment. First he answered the phone and placed me on a long hold. Then when he came back to the phone he asked for my tire size. Just as the first number came out of my mouth he said Im busy call me back in 10 minutes and proceeded to hang up on me in mid sentence. Then when I called back he said I told you to call me back, Im busy! If youre too damn busy to answer your phone then you must be making decent enough money to hire a receptionist. Stop being greedy, treating customers like trash and just hire a damn receptionist. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Allen Tire Company does everything right! The employees are personable, efficient, knowledgeable, and very competent. They take the extra effort to go beyond the fine print of the contract to make sure that the customer is satisfied with their purchase - even when the customer (me) has unreasonable concerns about nonexistent problems. Its a pleasure doing business with them.

Contacted Allen Tire Company in Hemet by email on their web site to first get some information on the type of tire to best fit my driving needs. They responded quickly to help me make an informed decision. After looking around at other stores, Allen Tire had the best competitive price for the four Michelin tires I needed. I easily made an appointment on line to fit my schedule. The facility is clean. The manager is friendly, courteous and professional. My car was in the shop for an hour and a half to complete tire installation, balancing, alignment and oil change. They also checked the brakes and assured they were still good. I was completely satisfied with the work completed. I highly recommend Allen Tire Company, Store# 10, in Hemet.

I have been using Allen Tire In Hemet, Ca for more than 10 years. I have had my brakes changed,tires changed,and recommended them to my 2 daughters. I am very happy with them,and all the people at Allen Tire in Hemet.

Allen Tire and staff are the most professional, honest and dedicated auto service, tire and brake center I have ever dealt with. I always feel I am getting the absolute best products and service available anywhere. Allen replaced the brakes on my Tundra about a year ago and I had them checked in Redding, CA after about 20,000 miles use pulling a 35 foot trailer. The brake shop in Redding said the pads were cracked and needed replacement - over $300. I called Jim at Allen to ask his opinion, and he said the hairline cracks were normal, and not to worry. That phone call saved me $300! Thanks, Jim!

My new car was unfamiliar to me driving from CA to NJ, the tyres looked low. A staff mechanic was very kind & checked the tyre pressure for me in all 4 tyres. Upon assuring me all 4 tyres were O K after he added a little air to 1 tyre, he told me there was no charge! Very grateful for his assurance. A pleasant young man.
