Quote a price on repairs, when I came back in to pick up my vehicle it was over $250.00 more, when I questioned this they blamed me... they did not call me for approval, since they added a part. The inside office lady screamed threw pens and said you owe it. Kelly the service guy said he would start taking part off my vehicle. This shop is miserable, I got another bid prior from Ramona Tire it was 20.00 more, but went with them since they were smaller, and local. In the end they were more expensive, and just plain nasty. Stay away from this shop, no one needs to be threatened or treated in this manor. Go to Ramona Tire, they are honest and reputable.

Finally someone listened to me about my brakes. Now I can stop without my brakes chattering! Reasonable price and it didnt take all day.

I did not need service but my friend who was driving needed his step ups for his truck to be working. The repair guy (I think his name was Steve) did it while we waited. Awsome!!

I took my Wife’s Jeep Patriot last week as there was a problem with her vehicle. Spoke with Christine (maybe Christina my apologies) and she help me set up the appointment very easy to speak with on the phone. They kept the vehicle overnight and after review their technician determined there was a transmission issue which unfortunately they couldn’t work on but they did not charge me for a diagnostic due to this reason and they also referred me to a company that could help and gave me options. Overall I’m happy I took my vehicle there first they are very honest and hard working, family oriented business. Highly recommend speaking with them first.

Been there 3 times once for a radiator, then rear break pads and rotors, and fir both front inside for handles. On the handles there were nice enough to install the ones I had already bought on line ( they only charged me la6nor) And the mechanic was done do fast replacing them they charged me less than the estimate. Which helped since I am not working and I have to make every dollar count. Only problem is theyre closed on weekends but everyones got to rest lol

Thank you very much.I had a lot of work done on my car, distributor, tune up, thermostat and some other stuff and I could not be more satisfied. Initially had my car for a week after the repairs and something felt off with my engine so I took it back to the shop (knowing fully that they run a fair trustworthy business). Turns out the issue was what I expected just a minor calibration issue which they fixed and left my engine running strong and sounding healthy.This is definantly my go to shop from now on.They have a good reputation for a reason

Kelly could have told me it was a variety of expensive repairs (master, slave, clutch) but told me it was a simple adjustment and charged me accordingly. My mother recommended Quality Auto Repair to me when I was visiting from TX last year. She has always had a wonderful experience here and has never felt taken advantage of just because she is a single older woman, like she has felt at other repair shops. They are very honest, friendly and patient with all of the questions she asks. When I visited them, I needed my automatic windows fixed and as it turns out, the car was still under warranty so the serviceman at Quality told me that they would be happy to do the work but I would be able to get it done for free if I went to the dealer! Thanks to Quality Auto Repair I saved quite a bit of money because of their honesty! Mom continues to do business with Quality and now that I am back in CA for good, I will be, too!

My daughters car broke down across the street. It was pouring rain (storm) and 2 hours from home. The mechanic came over in the rain and tried to get the car started. They figured out a way to get it across the street so I didnt have to pay for a tow. They quoted me a good price and fixed it the same day. Great customer service. Car is running, no issues after the work. Would definitely recommend!

Shop was recommended by Advanced Muffler and we were a lil nervous about scam but they were wonderful. Said it would be free estimate if could tell by just sound or looking but if it had to be put on rack or dismantled, there would be an hour labor charge. Car had to be taken apart to find problem, too expensive to invest so mechanic put together, 1/2 cost and honest about fix. Ill be going back and recommend to everyone who needs fix.

The engine in my RAM 2500 was replaced by City Automotive in Desert Hot Spring, the performance was never satisfactory, and I had put on 6000 miles in between. Then the truck broke down again and was towed to Quality Auto Repair in Hemet. They found all the blunder and fixed it, and now the truck finally performs perfectly! Great job! This place is extraordinary well organized and the stuff very friendly.. After my bad experience in Desert Hot Springs, Quality Auto Repair in Hemet was a delight and I find they are very honest.
