DO NOT RECOMMEND! The staff was very rude and acted like they didnt want to help me when I walked in after looking at a new cars in the lot. I went in knowing what car I wanted to look at. When they started the car it didnt sound right, but they tried to insure me that there was nOtHiNg WrOnG with it even though there clearly was.Personally I would recommend any other dealership but this one :)

Bought a vehicle a few months ago. Literally, the next day it started whining and transmission was acting a little goofy. Their repair shop checked it out and told me nothing was wrong. I had them flush the transmission, and, when I drove it home, a new whining was coming from the transmission. I brought it in again, and they said there was nothing wrong. My home town mechanics shop noticed both issues. After the flush, the shifting was better, but my mechanic said that I should drive it and see if the whining gets worse before doing anything more (since its probably going to need a new transmission, or at least some major work, since it is making more noise now). Also, the timing belt was 15k miles overdue, and could have destroyed the engine if it snapped ($800 repair not long after buying the vehicle). Now, most of this comes with the territory of buying a used car. My problem is that they sounded like they would work with me to take care of the problems, but then kept telling me that there wasnt a problem. Also, this was a salvaged vehicle that they fixed up to sell. I knew this ahead of time but, as time went by, Ive been spotting more and more things that werent fixed very well. Knowing then what I know now, I would have passed on this place.

Classic bait and switch. I looked online and seen a great deal on a vehicle that they had for sale. Stop on in to view this vehicle the add said. So I drove across town to view the vehicle. Sure enough it didnt exist. Probably never did. Dont waste your time like I did.

These guys are shady people. They sold the car I had called and put on hold a day before I was going to pick it up. Not only did I let them know i was making a trip, but to top it off, they dont answer the phone with a personal introduction. Its your typical car sales man that is more concerned with the dollar then the customer and that is not worth risking your hard earned money over. I would recommend shopping elsewhere!!!

Just happens to see a nice looking jeep passing Rossten auto! and I stopped by and looked over, I saw a guy inside the office looking at me but he didnt come out, that time I should have just driven away but since Im already there I just step inside and inquire about the vehicle, hes not friendly at all and I ask if I could see inside the car, he says yes and grab the key and we went outside and same time some older couple stopped by and look at another vehicle therewhile walking with me he greeted them and kinda completely ignored me, he said Jeep is unlocked if you wanna have a lookI look at the car and I did like it, waited a couple more minutes no response from him and I just took off, Im not sure the guy owns the place or just a salesman, and if youre a salesman youre a horrible one.idk if you judge me by my age or race somehow I feel neglected in a car sele In AMERICA lol...!FYI I am an Engineer at Microsoft Fargo and most likely I would have bought the vehicle.if you show me little interest.!!

Ive always had a great experience with rossten auto, theyve always gone out of their way to help me out with all my questions and concerns. Every time I have a issue I come to rossten they truly care about the customer and I recommend them to everyone!

Well experience was horrid. Both salesman didnt want to get outta their chairs to make a sale on two vehicles and when they finally did get up they seemed to know nothing about the vehicles on there lot.Overall very bad experience I wouldnt recommend this business to anyone looking to buy a car.FYI if someone asks you questions about a car or truck. Please do research on the product your selling and know what your talking about.Also gouging of prices example lexus is250 on lot needs both bumpers,windshield, check engine light on and vsc all wheel drive light on. Asking for 8500 when you purchased it at auction for 1700 tells a lot.Not a bitter customer just expect more from someone selling cars and not trying to rip off members of the community
