Service was quick on my ToyotaCare 25,000 mile service. Only negative is that it didnt seem like they checked the tire pressure even though tires were rotated. Tire pressure light was on when I dropped it off and still on when I picked it up. Didnt specifically mention it but figured it would have been caught in the multi-point inspection.

I am visiting Grand Forks from Minneapolis and my oil light came on. I took my vehicle in and they were able to look at my car right away and diagnose the issue.The gentleman at the Service Counter was very helpful and was very thorough in explaining to me what the issue was and the workers took care of the issue so I can get back to Minneapolis and get it resolved.I was happy with the professional service they provided. No one likes getting work done on your car but this Toyota dealership in Grand Forks North Dakota is worth the drive and the extra cash paid to mechanics who are experts at working on Toyota and Lexus products. Full diagnostics. Discussions with service advisors no pressure advise.Coming back next month for additional work!

The sales people I worked with were great. However the finance guy was incredibly pushy and aggressive after telling him many times that I wouldnt buy that day but wanted their best numbers to consider. Their best numbers were never given to me. I was given a low trade in value, no amount was taken off the MRSP of the vehicle I was considering to buy, and I was given the highest interest rate Ive ever received by 3 full points after my credit score was run. This is secondary to the uncomfortable experience of having the finance guy trying to force me into a bad sale. It was very obvious that I was not seen as a valued customer to be listen to and respectfully negotiated with, but rather a dollar signed to be cashed in on. Ive purchased three new vehicles in Grand Forks and this was by far the worst experience Ive had. Im writing this because Im concerned for others who are not able to easily say no to people as I am, and would have been financially taken advantage of by this pushy fiance guy. I am also not trying to be rude for the sake of being rude. I think the finance guy could be pleasant to work with, as he had a nice demeanor about him, if he listened to his potential customers better and was far less pushy. If I do decide to buy a Toyota, it will not be from Lithia Toyota of Grand Forks.
I have been bringing my car to be serviced here for about 5 years now. I’ve been consistently running into more issues caused by poor workmanship from their service center. The service center rarely answers the phone when I call, and give me some kind of nonsense loop of excuses to avoid fixing the issues they cause. I would definitely stay away from this place If I knew how I was going get treated. Please take my advice and avoid any kind of business from this dealership.
Not happy. Underestimated time to complete service by more than an hour. Recommended to do much more than Id asked. Bill was more than twice what Id expected. Not returning to this dealer again.
I was there mid July and just came in for an appraisal. The sales lady barely talked to me for 15 minutes and then kept going back to talk with her manager. I was there for 2 hours, drove only 1 car and couldn’t leave because they held my keys HOSTAGE! I only got my keys back when the manager came out to try and push me to spend more money even though I was pretty adamant about my budget and said multiple time “I’m not here to buy a car today”. they didn’t even show me any options of what they have and gave me a cigar smelling Dodge Journey to test drive. Now they won’t stop calling me even though I’ve said I don’t want to buy a car from them and even have different people calling me every time. I’m not interested and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve had great experiences at the other car dealerships in town so go somewhere else! Stop calling me.
I had my oil changed today at Lithia Toyota. Everyone was very professional. I also was having a problem with my navigational system in the car. It stopped working and both my husband and I could not troubleshoot the issue. Nathan Walker took time out of his day to get in my freezing cold car (it was negative temps) and work on the issue. It took him a while to figure it out (the car was nice and toasty when he was done) but he got it fixed! I was so extremely impressed with his perseverance and attitude. I dont know how many different attempts it took, nearly a dozen, he remained great spirited the whole time. Nathan is not a member of the service team, he is a salesman, so he broke away from any selling opportunities he may have had to help me out. No charge to me. I love my car, but if I find myself needing one, I hope to be able to give Nathan my business. Thank you Nate!

I just purchased a 2010 Toyota tundra. The salesman David riddle back from salesman I would definitely go back but it would have to be with him. The whole crew there were very good to us polite courteous really surprised me how good they all were for anybody that reads these go talk to David riddle hell take care of you.
They have me an estimate for a lost key rekey reset for about $400 it came in at $615.Also, their phones do not answer the calls you need to leave a message. I had to drive to them to get an estimate for the work.
Their customer service is horrible. You can’t get through to anyone and no one tries to help you with the issues you have. This dealership is a joke and they sell cars that are messed up. 10/10 DONT recommend this place.
My experience with Lithia went from pleasant to terrible pretty quickly.After not only myself, but my parents, being in communication with this dealership for 5 days in regards to purchasing a used vehicle they had listed, I made the drive to Grand Forks, ND from Minneapolis, MN to finalize the deal.We were greeted by the salesman we had been in contact with the most, Tommy, who was great. I have nothing but positive things to say about him.The problem was that once we sat down to hammer out the paperwork, Tommy mentioned to me that his general manager had just raised the price of the vehicle that I was buying by over $2000 (he raised the price on Thursday), even though we stated on Tuesday that we were coming to buy the car.He said something to me about the “market price going up” so they raised the price. Something I’ve never heard of happening with a used vehicle that has not only been sitting on the lot since October (we were told that’s how long it’s been sitting), but already had buyers lined up for it. I asked if there was any way they could honor the price that was given to me just 5 days prior when my parents came to test drive the car for me. I still had the financing paperwork complete with the previously listed price and the VIN tying it to the car. But was told pretty quickly that he didn’t think his boss was going to budge.At this point his manager on duty came out of his office, to assess what was going on, and not only started barking orders (raised his voice at my dad telling him he needed to settle down), but tried shaming me for not purchasing the vehicle on Monday when it was $2124 less (flat out asked “Well why didn’t you buy it when it was this price.” In which I replied I work full time in a city hundreds of miles away so couldn’t get here until the weekend).Over all, this could have been avoided had there been communication to me at any point during the week. I simply wouldn’t have wasted my time driving across the state of MN to buy this car.The whole ordeal seemed super shady, especially after we left and started receiving phone calls and texts from the dealership asking us to come back to buy the car at the preciously listed price.Sorry to Tommy who lost a sale due to the lack of communication from his higher ups. Hopefully communication within the dealership improves.
Last Tuesday my vehicle left me now choice but to search for a new vehicle. Nathan was very helpful, listened to what I wanted and helped me to find something that would help me to get back on my feet. Have known Nathan for years and being prior service as I am, he understood me needing a dependable vehicle. I have a friend looking for vehicle as well and they plan on coming here as well. I could have easily used someone elses vehicle but again Nathan understood the importance of me being able to move as I needed. Thank you so much for the patience and understanding.
Not impressed. My girlfriend bought a 2005 Expedition from there Because they wanted it gone so they charged $900 for it. She paid them and then had to wait 5 days to get it. They said they would check all the fluids and everything to make sure it was good to go. Before we left the lot we checked the windows driver side went down but not up and passenger side wont go down. We told the rep and he goes Well what do you expect for a $900 vehicle. His tone was not appealing! They wont fix it either. I get she paid for it and they dont have to do anything about it but when an employee you fired steals the key then it takes 5 days to get it and you said you checked everything when you clearly didnt? You should fix it especially when a customer has to drive it home 30 miles away. Dont tell someone you checked it and when they go to leave it doesnt work and you say oh well.

They like about having to carry all these add on to make all this extra money. They purposely dont fix your vehicle so you can keep coming back. Kalib will lie straight to your face along with Don.. beware stay away why do you think they have a high turn over rate they cant keep employees due to how horrible of this company is. Cedric Joiner was absolutely amazing! I came in to look at cars with my husband and we walked out with two cars! He found my husband his dream car and while we were test driving we got into a conversation about my dream car and he was able to get that for me as well with an amazing price! An amazing guy, has terrible taste in college football though :/Highly recommend!
Staff were not uniformly wearing masks and some were not wearing them over their noses. They also neglected to let me know when my car was ready (perhaps the relevant staff member had gone to lunch?), which meant it was almost two hours before I was able to retrieve the car and go home. I was disappointed in those aspects of the service.
I appreciate the great customer service from Tommy reslock today also the communication between Tommy and Jose was comforting as I waited patiently for my vehicle. Constantly checking in with me making sure that we are finalizing our agreement. Thank you guys for helping me in getting something safer for my child.

We bought a Awesome Ford F150 on Saturday, as is. It was bitterly cold out and they walked to 2 lots over to get it for us to test drive. Truck didnt start at first, they had to jump it get it started. We brought it home and the next day it wouldnt start for us. We bought a new battery and the next day it wouldnt start. Called them and told them about it, they said bring it in so we did, found that the battery we bought was bad as well. We brought it in and they were kind enough to help us get a new battery. I cant speak highly enough how great Lithia Ford is. Thank you!
I purchased a used minivan today. The staff here are friendly, honest and upfront!! I had some external time constraints and the staff made the purchase process as timely as possible!! Not nearly as long as other dealerships I have dealt with. Thank you guys for the amazing experience!!!

No words for my experience needed other than this picture. Someone who went through EVERY OTHER CAR RETAILER in Grand Forks and couldnt make up her mind for anything miraculously found her dream car today! I was a high-maintenance customer with sky-high unrealistic expectations that were met in every aspect by the staff at Toyota.Austin was one of the finance manager who worked with us. Despite my crabiness and my being grumpy (finance stresses me out), he was kind, understanding and worked hard to meet my needs. I am very frustrated. We purchased a car from Lithia Toyota and turned in a lease at the same time. Toyota Financial Services has no record of the lease being turned in on 1/23/2021and is showing our account past due. I also have received no plates for the new car after almost two months, nor communication from the finance company. This is the only bad transaction Id had here, this is our 5th deal with Lithia. I cant get this resolved smoothly with Lithia after numerous phonecalls and an in person visit.
I took my 2015 to your dealership and paid $234.14 for a complete inspection of everything which supposedly was done. After a day or so and every since then, a yellow light had stayed on. The worker took his meter and checked all the tires this morning and the problem is a slow leak in the back drivers side tire which should have been fixed that day but they did not do it. I am really disgusted and they should have taken care of it this morning so now I will have to take the car somewhere else and pay again to have that tire fixed when it should have been fixed the same day they did that inspection.

We purchased our used van a few months ago, the purchase process was fine and went smoothly however the detailing/cleaning that was promised was extremely disappointing. We got home with the van and quickly realized that they had not detailed/cleaned it as promise and it was still visibly dirty. We then brought the van in to get the seat sealant applied and were told it would be re-detailed at this appointment. We did a quick scan of the van after picking it back up and noticed it had been vacuumed. A month ago I went to do a quick clean up and realized that cup holders and compartments we hadnt used or opened yet were sticky and crusted with dirt, there was a fruit snack package (of a brand we have never bought) in the backseat pocket, old chewed gum in a backseat cup holder (our kids are too young for gum) and appointment card from the previous owners. Im very frustrated that we were promised a clean vehicle on purchase and after 2 chances of provided us that, we still had a dirty vehicle that we had to deep clean ourselves. We purchased the extended warranty but I am now hesitant to bring our van in if it needs any repairs or the oil changes because the department didnt do what they said they would.When asked at our viewing how the rear seats fold down or are removed and we were told he was not sure how it worked but would have someone show us. It was forgotten about prior to buying and now we still have not been able to get one of the rear seats down. We feel it did not fold down prior to purchasing the van. We are wondering at this point what else may have been overlooked or not tested prior to us purchasing. Wed appreciate some feedback.
Terrance the GM is a rude person to say the least, for four months we sat waiting to hear from our loan company only to find out the loan was never submitted, and they wanted the truck back. Not only was there issues with the truck when purchased, there was issues that i fixed, and they cashed my down payment, now with the truck back in their possession they refuse to give me my down payment back since there was no loan ever apparently, but they also wont reimburse me for anything that i basically fixed for them to now sell it again.

Worst customer service!!! I worked with Chris Orwing-who claims to have years of experience. He ran my credit, said I had outstanding credit and I qualified for the best and gave me X price on a vehicle. He wasted 2 hours of my life (1 on Friday and 1 today, Saturday) and at the end he sent another customer service guy to tell me that they were not going to honor the price Chris had given. These people are a joke!!Update: Chris called me back and honored the price they had originally given me. When I showed up to the dealership I dealt with Mauricio Ramirez, the new GM, and he was awesome! He treated me me courtesy and respect and understood why I was upset a week ago. I give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Mauricio!
I have issues every time I bring my car in for service. When I have shopped for cars there, they underquote you for a trade in and their prices are higher than other dealerships. I get my Toyota’s from another Toyota dealership but unfortunately have to continue to deal with Lithias service department for maintenance. The employees do not communicate with each other or with the customer. You basically have to babysit them to make sure they are working on your car when they say they are, and that they do what you asked them to do.
This place is a joke 37 days and they still never payed my trade in off and good luck talking to the GM called there 3 times to talk to them all I got was he is busy or gone and never a call back. Scammers and they delete negative reviews this is my 3rd one all the other ones got deleted by them
Worked with Josh Barker and Logan Key over the weekend to purchase a used pickup. Great guys to work with, would highly recommend either of them for your next vehicle purchase.Edit: After almost a month, they had not sent the loan payoff for my trade in. After dodging calls from my bank, I had to speak with my salesman and the finance manager to get this issue resolved. I was informed that I would have to put insurance back on the trade in vehicle, and make the next payment, since it hasnt been paid in a timely manner. Finance manager said it was a mistake and claims it has been fixed. Clearly the finance department could use some work. Went from 5 stars to 2 stars, probably wont come back.

That short story happened with me last week in 17/Nov/20Im a driver 2005 Toyota Pirus and time to change oil I change the oil in my place and Ill start when I change the oil light coming on red triangle thats light when you change the oil do reset and its going to be gone I did it to time and the light still on so November 17th I went to Lithia Toyota and they have to check the car they fine I have issue real hight control and Harness to fix that sensor bill its come $845.08 and they already charged me $140.23 I took the car home and I buy the sensor online from eBay cost me $24 and 3 rescrew I take it off and I put the new one take me 15 minutesI like to say thank you Lithia and we will never go back. we like to drive toyota but we never go again to that the place because we not happy from that price they give to us. 😡😡😡😡😡

Hands down Steve Atkinson is this best car dealer Ive purchased a vehicle from. I was nervous and a little apprehensive about buying a new car. Steve was very patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered all of my questions and concerns. I absolutely love my Sequoia and have recommended Steve to several people who experienced the same impeccable service. Botton line, if you dont ask for Steve, youll be disappointed.
Just try and give them a call. Everytime I call I have to leave a message. I cant ever get a hold of them when its convenient for me the customer. I usually get a call back several hours later when Im in a meeting and have to play phone tag with them for about 2 days. If youre at the door pretty good customer service but no over the phone help.
Chris and Steve got me into a used car that I love! I had nothing but issues with other dealerships but they got me approved right away! I also needed a minor fix a couple weeks later and they took care of it right away for me! I recommend them to everyone!
We didnt purchase a car from them, but we went there for multiple maintenance jobs thinking they are supposed to be professionals. Truth is they are far from it! They refuse to update maintenance records with Carfax as part of their daily routine forcing the customer to manually input the data they already entered. On recalls that are somewhat complicated like an air bag replacement they schedule you only to say they wouldnt know it would get done that day so it gets rescheduled. I arrived earlier than the time quoted on the day of the rescheduled maintenance thinking the quoted six hours needed would be feasible. They called two hours later asking if the car was needed that day stating it would take six hours to complete from that time. I live a long distance away and brought kids to town thinking the maintenance wouldnt be a problem. They were told this and the fact that I had no way of getting back home without that car. Miraculously four hours later the car was completed and we were able to leave town.They also blundered an easy step with the last oil change. The reset of the maintenance light for oil change was not conducted even though it clearly says it was performed on the printed checklist. This is easy to do and probably took more time to print on paper than to do it.Needless to say, we are done doing business here.

We are a little late to review, but my wife and I drove up from BisMan many weeks back to check out a 4Runner they had for sale. We were met by Donnie, who was very welcoming and helpful, and he set us up with Heide. Heide was personable, professional, and very easy to work with. We were able to hash out a deal quickly and efficiently, and were quite pleased with our trade in value.We cannot say enough about how positive the experience was. I do believe we will make the trek again if we are in the market for another Toyota vehicle.
I went here after damaging my rear suspension from having to remove my car frozen in a large puddle. I needed to go home (a 400+ mile trip) two days from when this happened. Lithia told me that they could do the oil change and take a look at what they would have to do to fix the rear support strut which had bent slightly. I was told that I would be called when the service was completed and given a ride back to the University. I paid over $100 just for them to look at it and get an oil change, AND it took well over 2 hours. But I wouldnt know because I NEVER received a phone call to know it was done, or any clue of an estimate of what the repair would be. I then had to figure out how I was supposed to get across town without a car because the shuttle was done for the day - understandable, but I again was not told this! Upon leaving, the sales person couldnt even allow me pay for the service at that time because everything was shut down already. Im not one who likes to leave my credit card number on a piece of paper... especially somewhere that should be able to process a transaction! After all this, I was asked if I was interested in purchasing a new car soon because mine was getting old. It may be old, but I wont be going to Lithia for my next Toyota! Lithia toyota grand forks...... The service appointment techs dont know how to setup service appointments when your appointment is for 8 :30 am youd think there would be a service tech assigned to it .... Its now 2:00 pm and nothing is done why set appointments for service at all
Our experience with everyone there was phenomenal! our salesman Justin was top notch and really truly cared about getting us into the right fit even down to the color of vehicle. He also was the ONLY salesman who talked to ME about MY car and not my husband... huge points in my book. Also Ben was so willing to work with us about financing. Really truly made the buying a car experience enjoyable! I will definently be recommending and most likely returning in the future!
I moved from California to North Dakota in July 2016. The dealership has done a phenomenal job with maintenance on my 2007 Tundra which has now reached over 118K+ miles. I have to receive oil changes every 3 months or 3K miles now due to the colder weather, but Im not complaining. The more frequent oil changes than before does serve a purpose. Lithia just performed a serpentine belt replacement at 118K miles. Its the first time Ive ever had to change the belt out! I was getting a squeak from the belt the day after I would visit the Valley car wash. A new belt resolved the issue because the old belt was in fact heat glazed. Im coming due for my 120K mile servicing. My only negative comment is my tires werent being rotated at the proper intervals like the dealerships in Texas and California had been performing like clockwork. That has since been resolved by Lithia.Thank you Lisa, Dominic, Tyler, and Adam! True professionals....Mr. Hicks

Please bring someone knowledgeable regarding cars and their prices and trade in values - my disabled senior citizen sister bought a car here and we are still concerned regarding the price paid for a used car (appears to be nearly 3000 to 5000 over Kelly Blue book) plus and the low trade in she received (over 50% reduction in value over the last 2 years - was valued 8000 2 years ago, got 3000 trade in - approximately 1000 in work was estimated to be needed to fix old car). Talking to manager from Kentucky was not helpful and too late to reverse transaction. The car dealership, like a civilization is measured by how it treats the weakest members... P

Shady overall and like other reviews said they raised up the price when we were doing paperwork and kept contacting us begging us to come back the positive reviews also reek of being created by the higher-ups themselves to make them look good

Cedric Joiner was very nice to work with. He tried his best to get us a great deal on a car.However, the gm was horribly rude and disrespectful to his employee. I will not be coming to this location for vehicle service in the future.

Got me in on time for two separate vehicles. Were very accommodating and able to perform additional service work that was unexpected without a lot of additional waiting or having to reschedule. Very comfortable waiting area as well.
Steve was good to work with. While we at the dealer making our purchase the kids were getting restless and hungry so Steve offered to let them have pizza that the employees had ordered and another employee brought them balloons to play with. Thanks for helping keep our kids entertained! The only negative I have is that it took longer than expected as they were short staffed.
