I brought my car in for a recall, tire rotations, oil change and a noise in the left rear end. I was provide status as they worked on my vehicle. The mechanic took my car out for a test to hear the noise that I mention. After the mechanic made the repair, my service manager Dave came in and recommended that I take a test drive with the mechanic to ensure the noise was taken care. As we drove around I could still hear the noise, Dave asked the master mechanic to take my car out for a test to try to determine the noise. The master mechanic was able to determine what the noise was and parts required for repair. The parts were ordered and were in within a few days; repairs were made. I give all the credit to my service manager for ensuring that all repairs were completed; as this noise had been previously identified and not repaired.

Our salesman Nick Nelson was amazing he worked with us through all the kinks we had with our new pathfinder. the first one we purchased had issues that were not resolveable with the service department and Nick went above and beyond to make sure we got into the car that we wanted. I would recommend anyone to go to Rydell Nissan and work with Nick Nelson. He definitely takes care of his customers!!!

Effortless, I called Corey to see what he could do to get my wife into a new Rouge. He called me a bit later after my wife test drove the new one and a couple days later he delivered it to my house and took the old car.

The people are great to work with!

I was disappointed in the service center. I had them inspect an oil leak that my frontier was having and even advised to check the oil cooler gasket area for leaks. My truck has been leaking oil around that area for a little while leaving puddles in my driveway for over 2 weeks. The inspection video showed that my splash guards were not even removed to properly inspect the oil filter and the oil cooler housing for leaks. Tech stated the oil filter was above the guard and that it was most likely left over mess from the last oil change and that the filter was on tight. I had to purchase the oil cooler gasket and replace it myself in sub zero temps last night as I lost 1/2 quart of oil from 1 day because of the leak. This morning after the replacement of the gasket, not a drop of oil in the snow under my truck. Im more than a little upset about paying for an inspection that was not properly performed and could have risked my engine being destroyed due to an oil leak that was deemed as fine. I definitely do not trust the service center at this point to do more than a simple oil change, put tires on, replace wipers, and the battery.

All people of forks be careful when you took your vehicle for service in Honda Nissan. They will damage your car n didnt take responsibility for the damages. 5 years ago they break windshield of my car Jeta and when I say they have to fixed it they dont do. They took away my car away without paying me any. Last Friday too they broke my windshield of my odyssey and they are playing the same game as they do last time.

I bought a used Honda CR-V from Rydell Dealership about a week and a half ago. I am currently a college student and I needed a vehicle that was both dependable and be able to drive with the crazy weather and road conditions out here, and do it on a strict Budget. When I went to the dealership I was greeted by the sells representative Corey Wilde. Corey was a great help. We discussed what I was looking for and what my budget we found the CR-V. Corey was polite and at no point did I feel like I was being pressured into buying a vehicle. If your going to this dealership to buy a vehicle ask for Corey. Great guy and he will bend over backwards to help you out. On used vehicles the history is given so you know how many owners it had and if there where any accidents. One thing I like about Rydell is there is no games. The prices on the vehicle are fair. The bill of sale was plain to see and there arent hidden fees. Overall Rydells is the first dealership I didnt leave with a headache and feel like I just went 20 rounds in a boxing ring. I would definitely go back when I need a new vehicle
