I started off with a call to get an oil change. They do like calls ahead so they can work out times for oil changes. Oil change was about an hour. They had estimates on tires and brakes. I just went with no changes. Overall they have always been nice to work with.

We had such an excellent and pleasant experience working with Amanda at Eide while looking for our new vehicle! It was no problem to test drive many types of vehicles to help us figure out what we truly needed for our family, we were even able to install our baby’s car seat in each vehicle so we could test drive all together! If you call ahead and let her know which cars you want to drive I bet she will have one of those vehicles ready and waiting for you when you arrive like she did for us! We didn’t feel rushed or pressured in any way. I highly recommend!!!

I have used Eide for both car purchases and oil changes. Both processes were fast, with polite and interactive employees. Speaking to the car-buying portion, I was able to enter, select, drive, and purchase my vehicle in just under 2 hours. Overall, I would recommend Eide to prospective buyers as it is a top-tier dealership. To add perspective, I have owned 26 vehicles, most of which were purchased at dealerships, the rest from private sellers. The process at Eide is top-tier.

Car problems are always a financial nightmare. I am blown away with the professionalism and kindness the staff has always shown me at Eide!! I called A LOT and Justin took every call and put my mind at ease. They set me up with a rental when I needed my motor replaced and repaired the car quicker than expected. If youre going to buy a new Hyundai Eides would be a good place to go or down in Fargo at that dealership and you know which one Im talking about. As far as Eides service they have one exceptionally great mechanic and they have one mediocre mechanic, one guy that just started wrenching and a couple of oil change guys. If I were paying over $140.00 an hour for their labor which you will if you go here, Id want exceptional work done to my vehicle and here this is not the case. Theres an independent shop in town that charges $90 an hour and these mechanics are exceptionally very very good theyre over on demers avenue. Ive never been in a shop where Ive seen guys working on cars and talking on their cell phones at the same time as theyre turning a wrench only at Eides, anyways if I were taking my car somewhere to get fixed and it wasnt warranty it wouldnt be at Eide motor Company. Although their sales team is great those guys are good people to work with very fair very honest but dont take your car there to have work done on it, take it someplace where you know youre going to be satisfied with it the first time. Ive been around the automotive industry since 1979 and suggest you really think twice where you take your vehicle to be repaired.

Super nice guys! Took me a couple of days to decide but I ultimately did purchase my car from Eide. They were not pushy or overbearing to sell. Chris was very helpful showing me all around the vehicle and had a very good attitude, made me feel like a valued customer. I recommend these guys if youre looking to buy a vehicle. Experience was good. Check-in, length of time to complete service, price charged, waiting area are all good.I only had the oil changed and tires rotated so it wasnt a big service visit. My one concern was related to topping off the fluids. I noticed the week before the appointment that some of the fluids(coolant, brake fluid, etc.) were getting on the low side - so when i checked in I mentioned it twice to the Service Adviser. I didnt think about it until a couple of days later when i went to check and that had not been done. I know it probably seems like a small thing, but its the little things that count when you go in for routine maintenance on newer vehicles. I have to drive quite a ways to service my vehicle at Eide, but i chose to do so even though I have other options.That to me was the only blemish on an overall good experience!

Got a call from my hyundai dealership in Fargo that a recall on my vehicle was still due. And I was pretty darn upset because this recall was from over a year ago. I had my car into this dealership back in December for the battery to be replaced under warranty where they said they were doing the recall. Two hours I was sitting there. 10 Months later I find out that apparently they didn’t do the recall which was a program update. So I called edie. I talked to the service writer justin and he was so professional. We set up a last minute appointment for Edie to do the recall and do an inspection on my vehicle. And in less then two hours the tech Matthew did the recall and a full inspection on my vehicle and this was during what was basically a walk in !!!!! Literally I called them at like 10:30 yesterday set up the “appointment” for 11:30 (didn’t actually get from Fargo to grand forks until kinda close to 12:30 ) and before 2 it was done. This makes me happy!!! I’m not a difficult customer. But as a maintenance technician myself I expect quality service. The service I was getting from my local hyundai dealership was a nightmare From 5 hour waits for a basic oil change to wrong oil used. Edie was Fantastic!!! Edie you have two amazing employees and I look forward to giving justin 5 ⭐️ in the customer review. I’m gonna drive to grand forks from now on to handle my advanced maintenance and mechanical work. I don’t care if I have to pay 500$ out of pocket to have my car towed to grand forks I’m thrilled with what I saw. Worth the drive!!!!!

General manager backed out on a deal that was made because he didn’t do his research on the vehicle being traded in, offered base price which contradicted 4 other dealerships. Unfortunately they had the vehicle I wanted but can’t do business with bad business people. All other staff from sales to finance were great.

The car buying experience was fast and easy. The sales people as well as finance person were very nice. Once I bought the car I took it on a 1000 mile round trip. Car ran flawlessly. It is a good looking and great performing vehicle.However while driving into the sun I found all interior windows to be very hazy. Now this was a new closeout 2017 and I assume it had been in the lot for awhile and the gasses produced by the plastics caused the haze, however as a NEW car I think they should have taken the time to detail this before I drove off the lot. Also the door jambs were quite dirty and dusty. I had bought a 5 year old used car from a competitor a couple years ago and the vehicle looked brand new when I drove off the lot. So a little more attention like this would ha e been appreciated.I’m giving 5 stars because I liked the sales people but in reality the experience was less because of the lack of attention to detail.

My first car buying experience was made unexpectedly easy and enjoyable by Chris Mitzel and Eide Hyundai. The environment as a whole was very positive and friendly, and the staff was very upfront with everything and never pushy. In addition to Chris, Aryn and Nick were very kind and helpful with my many questions as a first time buyer. I love my new car and would 100% recommend Eide Hyundai to anyone.

They are very nice, pretty professional for the most part, and do good work. They are priced a bit high compared to other places for the same work. I had three slightly negative experiences going there. 1. I wanted to see if they could install a block heater for my car and they said it wasnt possible, so I asked for a different kind that wasnt an oil pan heater and they got a little bit rude with me on the phone, so I decided to just go with an automatic car starter instead. 2. They installed my car starter, but did not inform me that in doing so, the trunk button on my remote would no longer work and that to make it work I had to get another part and it wouldnt be cost beneficial to me. And 3. One thing thats not a huge deal, I told them to use synthetic oil during my oil change and they used semi synthetic. But I was told it would be OK. For those 3 reasons and the prices for the work, I no longer go there. I will say they otherwise seem to know what they are doing, and they do really fast work.Update: They did attempt to reach out to me after this review was written. I was at work at the time, so I did not answer the phone. They provided me with information to contact them back. But in all reality the work is done and the service is paid for, Im not looking for a discount or anything. I just now updated my rating to include one more star because I appreciate that they took the time to contact me. It indicates good customer service.

They push to ensure great customer experience, without over doing it, was pretty awesome! Bought a car from them last month, it had issues the next day, not their fault because sometimes stuff happens. They replaced the part completely free of charge and gave me a sweet loaner while I was away from my car. All the time making sure I was taken care of. From start to finish, great experience and I would easily recommend any friends or family go there.

Dont waste your time driving from out of town. We drove over 200 miles to look at a vehicle that we were very interested in. We just had some mechanical questions about it so we had to go out of our way to get a hotel while they let their mechanics look at it the next day. They called to inform us that it was nothing out of the ordinary and we expressed we were still very interested. As soon as we got there they sold the car within seconds of our arrival. The owner did nothing for us considering we talked to him personally about our interest in the vehicle. It was a giant waste of time and not worth the tank of gas. I have never been more disappointed with a dealership in my life. I highly recommend the Rydell dealerships in this area they promise to reserve a vehicle until you make a FINAL decision and they were very helpful.On a good note. Our salesman Devlin was amazing. We enjoyed talking to him and he is a very friendly outgoing person. He truly cared and values you as a person. So if you happen to stop by at least talk to him and get a vehicle that day otherwise they will sell it on you.

This dealership has given an amazing customer experience. I worked with Devlin Reasy since March on trying to get a new car. I was very particular about what I was looking for, and Devlin was extremely helpful addressing any concerns I had on options. I chose a GT N-Line, but had to wait until the summer time frame. Devlin kept me updated during that time with any info pertaining to the GT. Then, the car arrived. The model, color, transmission and all was exactly what I was looking for. It included a tech package, but they lowered the price to make it much more reasonable. After that, I worked with Nick Nelson, in finance, to get the paperwork going for the car. He was very patient as I was getting with my credit union for approval, and was willing to help during the process. Everything was completed and they gave me a walk around the mechanic shop to show me what resources are available for me in the future. Also, Devlin gave me a thorough walk through of the car so I knew what was available with the car. If you are looking for a car, I whole heartedly recommend this dealership.

Stopped by to buy a vehicle. My girlfriend and i just got done going to the gym although our experience wasnt exactly the best. We are both young adults in our early 20s. We explained to them how we never had a car before and would like to see the steps in getting one. We were willing to sit down that day and apply for a loan but that wasnt the case. Instead we were told that we were need a credit score of 750 or higher to get a car loan. This seemed pretty high due to the fact that 750 is an amazing credit score. We were sitting at about a 625. The entire experience was just them not taking us seriously. We later in the year went to rydells where we were treated like people and actually got denied. We had such good service we decided to go again three months later. This time we were approved. This could if been your sale but because of the service we had we decided to go in a different direction

Stopped to look at a used Nissan I had seen on-line. Brock Baldwin greeted me in the lot. The vehicle I was looking for was not on the lot at that time but Brock tracked it down and after a test drive and some paperwork, I was the proud owner of a new car. Couldnt have been easier. Brock even delivered it to my place of work. Everyone was very helpful. Would highly recommend. Also found out that this was Brocks first sale. I am sure he will have many more. I could not be more pleased with the quality of service provided by Eide. Throughout every step of my new vehicle purchase they treated me with respect and never once did I feel I was being taken advantage of because I was a lone girl at a car dealership. They answered every question that I had to the best of their knowledge and bent over backwards to make sure the vehicle I was interested in was going to be a good fit for me in every way. They were even comfortable letting me take my used car purchase to a mechanic of my choice to have it looked over. When it was inspected by someone else and they noticed the vehicle would need new break pads soon. When I took it back and told them what they had reported to me they were very willing to fix the pads so that I could leave the lot with peace of mind. Though I wasnt able to get the issue fixed that day they came and picked up my vehicle while I was at work, repaired the issue and brought it back to me promptly. The vehicle that I traded in for my new-to-me car had a sports roof rack on the top which I need for certain sporting activities. They threw in the crossrails so that I could have the same functional as my old vehicle at no cost to me. Blaine and Tom at Eide Hyundai gave me world class service and took excellent care of me from start to finish and even after. Though I am confident this will be my last vehicle purchase for a few years, when I am ready for another car Eide will be my first and only stop. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new ride. I couldnt be happier.

This was the BEST car purchase experience I have had to date. Blaine and Mike did a super job with making numbers work for the payments I wanted. Jesse was awesome. When we started looking for a new vehicle we checked out the website of several car dealerships. These guys had everything, we were interested in, up to date. We came in one day, test drove 4 or 5 different cars and knew what we wanted by the time we left. Jesse was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and if he wasnt certain he found the right answer before giving us other info and he didnt bother us with cars we didnt want. Awesome service! Took my car in, because my tire pressure light was on. Trevor not only had my car looked at super fast, he was very knowledgeable on an auto start I was interested in. Went there to purchase a used equinox. Incredibly friendly staff. They answered any question we had. We spoke with Tom and Aryn, both were very easy to work with. I was also pleasantly surprised by the warrenties they offer! I definitely would recommend this dealership.

Ive purchased multiple vehicles from here and referred many friends who also bought vehicles here, but never again. Gave my info to the sales manager and a salesman to buy a truck that was on the lot, but not ready for sale yet. By the time the truck was ready, I was out of town on business and let the salesman know I wanted to buy the truck when I returned in a few days, and made an appointment with him to complete the sale. Found out they sold it from underneath me because the salesman didnt do his job right in entering any of our conversation history into their internal system. After complaining to the sales manager, he stated the GM was handling it. A call from the GM would have gone a long way to make things right, but apparently customer service isnt their top priority anymore. Currently own a Hyundai thats still under warrenty and I will drive it 70 miles south to Gateway Hyundai to get any work done.

Customer service is very important to me and these guys went well above and beyond my expectations of great service!!! I will be doing my business here from now on!!

I had a great experience at Eide service department ! I drove 2-1/2 hours to have a factory recall performed. Cameron in service went above and beyond to make sure everything was coordinated including all parts so I didnt have to make a second trip. Everyone there was friendly. I would definitely recommend them !

Great experience with our salesperson, Devlin, and all the staff. They truly worked as a team during our shopping experience. We really ran Devlin through the paces as we test drove several vehicles; we had several expectations to meet. He proved to be very knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured to just make the sale.My only criticism is the physical condition of the lot. Being (hopefully) the beginning of spring, there was quite a bit of ice, slush, and water. It is due for resurfacing to address the drainage issue.Personally, the lot issue was worth the minor inconvenience to find the car that was just right. I highly recommend Devlin and the Eide staff.

I worked with Devlin on the sales staff and he was very accommodating. I test drive two separate cars for considerable distances and even drove the one I bought twice on two different days. The cars were ready and waiting, and warmed up.After I bought my car, I was driving it back to the cities when I had an unforeseen problem with the passenger window.
