I absolutely love Lithia Ford Lincoln of Grand Forks!! Everyone is so helpful and extremely helpful. Service Advisor, Jonathan Christ is professional and goes the extra step to assure quality service. It is a great feeling to know I can trust my car to the service department.
Overall a great car buying experience! We went to Rydell and well they ended up with their car back, but the team at Lithia did a wonderful job! From the point of sale Brandon did a super job and was a pleasure to chat with, even took care of us after the sale. Grant in finance did a wonderful job explaining everything, and they all stayed late to close the deal and get us in the new (to us) ride! The only feed back I could give is I wish the detail crew would have fine toothed the interior, and the passenger mirror adjust is off track, BUT the team stands ready to help us fix those things! Would absolutely go back again, well done Lithia!
Overall the purchasing/financing experience at Lithia was outstanding. They were fast, friendly and efficient. I am only giving them 3 stars as their corporate policy on used vehicle sales is terrible. When I asked if they had a 7-day or 30-day warranty like other dealerships in town they said that it is warranted until I sign the paperwork. The salesman actually used the example that if the car breaks in two as I drive off the lot that I now own 2 cars, and its not their problem. I understand that I was buying a used vehicle, but for a large dealer to not have the confidence their service guys have addressed major issues on a used car enough that they dont even back it for a week is ridiculous. I am hopeful that the car lasts, but I am not sure that I would go back there again.
I strongly recommend not getting your vehicle serviced here; their essential routine maintenance is scary. I took my vehicle here for an oil change, got home, and found oil leaking; see photo. The service department did not tighten the oil plug. For the following oil change, I decided to include a radiator flush. I get home to find radiator fluid leaking because the drain plug is stripped; see photo. The final straw...another oil change with tire balance and rotation. No oil change sticker or resetting the vehicles digital indicator, and the vehicle vibrated terribly, going +65 mph. I went to an actual tire center to discover the balance for all tires are 2-4 ounces off. Waste of time and money, do NOT go here!
I am only giving 2 stars as I have been trying to get ahold of them about a part not working in my vehicle and no one has responded. Their customer service to start was impeccable and even delivered the car to me. But now no one is getting back to me. Very disappointing.
Service department was great! Needed an emergency repair, and they took care of me. I would recommend, and I plan on buying my next car here.

Every time I bring one of my vehicles to Lithia Ford for maintenance they provide top notch service. The latest service I had done was a 150,000 mile service on my Monte Carlo. They had suggested it and I had originally scheduled it for the following week, as I was waiting for the oil change to be done the service advisor approached me and said they could get it in that day.I have never had a bad experience at Lithia Ford, all their technicians are very knowledgeable and their service advisors are professional. I would highly recommend their service department to anyone.

Truck leaves oil drops and a puddle after oil change.. Garage floor not happy. This is the second time this has happened. One more and no more services. Just not sure why they cant get it right. They called afterward stating they can take a look.. Blah is how I feel after a few times of this happening. Still love my truck just uncertain about the service. Please wow me next time.

I bought a SUV from here and I was told I could not purchase my vehicle unless I had the ford protect plan....well I called ford protect and they told me I did not need it. I requested a refund and ford gave the money back in mid may and it still has not been credited to my loan....everytime I call I get a voicemail or no one answers their phone....i am getting really irritated with this company.
Lithia Ford of Grand Forks does a excellent job, they know their customers by name. The Service Department gets you in for the repair and back on the road quickly!

Took time to explain features of new vehicle I was looking at. Had the vehicle ready and available for test drive when I arrived. Friendly, professional, sales representatives! Lithia Sales and Service showed that they operate, work together as a team when they were able to add a custom option I wanted before leaving with my new vehicle, showing me the option already installed on another vehicle so I could see how it operated before purchasing it, and the part was available and installed in a relatively short amount of time!
Trevor in the service department did exactly as we asked and the cost was exactly as he quoted. We would definitely come back!!!

Easy to work with but had to reschedule our initial appt due to tire machine being broken. Called the evening before to let us know. Second appt, only two mechanics on duty so although tires were put on truck, had to once again reschedule for completion of work (alignment)..
Service department poorly organized. Service writer stated to bring vehicle in for service anytime and they would quickly fix problem. Upon arrival he then stated I would need an appointment with the soonest available 3 hours later. Having driven from out of town this was very disappointing.

Worst dealership, they take advantage of me on my 1st truck purchase I was 20 at the time and got ripped off. Got a f150 2018 with 65k miles for $54,000 and at that time the prices weren’t to high.
My wife and I identified the truck we wanted and inquired online. I was instantly contacted by Austin. Austin coordinated the vehicle to be ready and communicated with me until I arrived. Upon arrival, I was greeted in the parking lot by Austin and we started the process immediately. I had my son with me so it was important to go through the process quickly, but effectively. Ive purchased too many cars to admit the number and felt this was one of the smoothest deals yet. Austin communicated and stayed attentive the entire deal and made sure we were pleased. The finance managers were also great when finalizing everything. I will definitely go back for another purchase. Thanks!

Recently looked at a car online on the website and decided to emal them, that same night i was contacted via email asking about a good time to call, so i asked to be called first thing in the morning, Austin called me gave me details of the vehicle and helped me out with everything, this phone call happened on a Thursday and Monday i was there picking up my new vehicle. Recommend this dealer to anyone interested in buying a new car!
I pulled up no waiting. Informed the service tech Tony what I wanted and went into waiting room. Had cup of coffee (pop also available). And presto service was done with a complimentary car also. Completely Satisfied. Answered all my questions and thanked me coming in.
Overall, my experience was good. The oil change was a necessity for before a long trip and I was happy with and the gentleman who took my information and checked in on me. He was easy to work with. They were willing to look into other small things that I had questions about and explain what they think it might be and how much it would cost.Items that could have been performed better were as follows; the guest waiting room TV was not working properly and there werent any stocked snacks. As I stated above, overall, my experience was a positive one, I do wish the whole process would have been faster, but the job got done and they did appear short staffed.
We came up from Fargo to meet with Carson Robinson, and have been for years. We used to think Luther was better just because it is a bigger store, but weve come to realize this isnt true at all. We just feel like a number at Luther. We are people to Carson, and the staff in Grand Forks and that really matters to us!! Carsons pricing at Lithia Ford is always cheaper than Luthers pricing so weve stuck with him and trust him. Weve been seeing Carson for 6 years for all our vehicle needs. Its great really knowing your sales person, I hope he never leaves!! He has excellent product knowledge, he is always friendly and down to earth. I have always liked his no pressure approach and easy going selling style because lets face it, who likes high pressure sales? I hate to admit it but Carson makes it fun to spend money on cars!! Highly recommend him!

Quick and easy. Needed a part while I was waiting on an oil change and they had it on hand at a reasonable price. Even showed me how to install it myself. They even took the time to wash the truck after the oil change. Very Happy!

Great service team! After taking my car in, they were very communicative over the entire process. After some technical hang ups with my parts, they gave me a loaner car so that I was not inhibited while my car was in the shop, which was awesome. Great people, and great service, got my car back and running. Would highly recommend.

Great customer service had an entire engine blow and fixed it fast. They forgot to hook up the lights and auto start and dropped it back off and they fixed our air conditioning noise too and constant apologizes.Nick has great customer and is honest.

When I brought my car in for my 8:15AM appointment they took my car right away and made sure there was nothing else I needed them to look at while they had my car. They even drove me and picked me up from Emerado which is super impressive!!!! It was great service all the way around! The service attended made sure they washed my car and even printed out quotes for new tires! Over all great experience.

I had my car in for an oil change while in town from Fargo and Trevor was super to work with. Answered all my questions and helped take care of all the minor things I needed done. I expected to have a long wait since it was a Saturday afternoon and feel rushed by staff, but everyone was great. Even better, their prices were very affordable! I may just drive back for oil change.

Had a lost oil pressure/stop engine now message. I was all prepared for at least a sensor replacement, if not engine damage. Lithia told me that they believed moisture in the oil had frozen and fooled the sensor. A quick oil change and my truck has been fine for a week. Thanks!
Buying experience was great, but the service department is garbage. Ive purchased vehicles all over the country and Ive never experienced a service department worse than Lithia Ford. Theyre not friendly and the service manager is standoffish. Ill be taking my car to Fargo for service. Its only an hour drive. Good riddance!Just to add! Ive purchased vehicles from Lithia Dodge and Lithia Toyota, which have had some of the best service departments Ive seen. Not sure whats up with that group at Lithia Ford.

Pretty much your basic Ford dealership. Nothing really stands out good or bad, but prices seem a bit high at least on the new trucks. Parts department is pretty good and quick lube is at least decent.

Like most honestly I thought I would not qualify for any vehicles there BUT NOW I drive 2015. Dar was awesome in assisting me in the purchase of this car while my anxiety was through the roof and explained everything throughout the whole process. I love this car and Dar freakin rocks.

We went in to get an airbag recall replacement. Let me tell you they are all nice and friendly which is cool. When they were done the first time they had put a dent on the left side of the airbag trim, also It wasnt down all the way. So brought it back a second time and all they did is push down on it more. Its easy to se the clips arent holding or are broken and now that the trim is dented, Im going to have to buy another trim. I know it seems trivial a dented trim big woop well it is to me.Thats about $200 so I would just go somewhere else if I were you.

My sister and I were in Grand Forks for a funeral. Family noticed I had a lug nut missing. Came to Lithia Ford because none of the auto stores had any due to newness of my truck. When I got there and told them my dilemma and the fact I was on my way back to Oklahoma I was sent to Trevor and he replaced my lug nut and made sure all the others were tight. Very friendly and courteous.I would recommend them to anyone.
