Great service, and very nice place to deal with if you need a car. They have helped me with at least 3 different ones over the years. Every one has been in very nice condition.
I went there during a trip with a potentially major issue, and they fixed up the car in less than an hour free of charge. Great customer service!

When I came in I already had a car in mind. Was in an accident that totaled my previous car. Kevin helped me through the whole process and was very friendly, also checked to see if I could get the car for a better deal which is much appreciated because money is tight right now. I was waiting on a total loss statement to come in and they let me purchase the car and bring the statement once I received it without any problems. Highly recommended.
Arrived early, but welcomed! Had a nice lounge area with tv, coffee, sodas, water, comfy chairs, and even crayons and coloring books! It did take about 45 min, but I like that they seemed to pay attention to detail!

This is the worst dealership in grand forks. Their service department sucks .. they they don’t stand by the warranty. We had a horrible experience with them that’s going to cost us a new motor a 5000 dollar one .. we went in numerous times with the issue and they ignored it till it was to late .. I urge you to never do business with them ..
Hands down best dealership ive ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Always helped when im out in the lot. Always taken care of when im inside. Free water, pop, or coffee (Not beer guys) haha. Anyways great job grand forks subaru kia.

My wife brought in a Kia Sorento for an oil change and an update for the back-up camera. We have a couple kids and safety is huge in our lives. They didnt have time to update the radio display firmware during the oil change and he told told my wife well, you bought it from another dealer so we had to scheduled a different day for a tech to check and update the unit. The update is listed as a Kia Tech Service Bulletin listed on the Kia technical site for this specific radio. My wife gave the service person the update instructions with TSB update instruction information. The dealer cleaned the camera lens and screen and did not update the system.. When I picked up the car, I checked the firmware of the radio and when I stated that the unit was not updated he started to get studdery and stated the tech did update the release that was only for our car. There was nothing done this is just not kosher with us.
