Dont, just dont. Go check the complaints with BBB and FTC. The GM hides, they refuse service, they deny documentation and they LOSE PARTS. Service manager is a fraud. Below is photos where they removed the lemon part and then swapped out the wheels from back and front. There was no accident, no impact with objects. The stear gear box is clearly machined an imperfect box and around 30k miles failed suddenly snapping the gears.Theyre claiming I wrecked the vehicle and all that was damaged was this?.

Was just there to look at vehicle in the showroom have never purchased through them but the salespeople are always friendly and their showrooms always clean

Brought in my jeep for the 4wd and told me that a switch was out well wasnt out cleaned it up 4wd worked fine after but I got the switch was 56 bucks they were going to charge me almost 700 bucks for them to take 2 screws out and replace it waste of my money and time never will I go back

Brought in my truck too look at another truck 2013 Dodge Ram worth $14,000-$18,000 (My Truck) Kelly blue book price. I owe $15,000 on my truck. They had a Dodge Ram priced at $22,000 which is priced at $18,000 on kelly blue book. Went to go look at the truck see if I could get a fair trade. First off test drove the truck you couldn’t turn it at all. The steering was messed up. So basically started with a $2,000 fix okay cool maybe they will give me a decent deal cause I have 70,000 miles on my Dodge Ram 2013 and this 2014 Dodge Ram has 120,000 miles on it right plus it has something wrong with it. So 2 reasons why I should’ve been able to make a trade for a trade right up front because I would’ve had to put $2,000 right away into it. Not to mention it also had a check engine light on It so don’t even know what that is for and I have less miles on a year older truck. So I get the paper work done to see if we can work out a deal and the deal was I add $9,000 to what I already owe which would put me at $24,000 which is crazy cause the only thing that truck has different was Sunroof. I liked the color and the fenders and it would’ve been something new to look at which is so funny cause that would’ve cost me $8,000. Not to mention the $2,000 to fix the steering and then Lord only knows how much on the check engine light. So ruffly all together $11,000. For a truck that has problems with it and higher miles. For my truck which has no lights or problems with it.

Garbage place to take your vehicle for maintenance or to buy a truck at a reasonable price. I went to Fargo to buy my dodge ram 1500. As far as my maintenance on my truck goes...i brought in a 2005 dodge Cummins and had them go through all the fluids and due a routine maintenance before i went on a roadtrip to Minneapolis for a wedding. At the time, i was fairly new to diesel motors. They failed to notice the decent amount of white smoke after i told them that i had an oil leak and didnt know where it was coming from. All they did was fix the leak and change the oil and oil filter. They did not proceed to do a couple simple quick checks to confirm that nothing major was damaged. Turns out that the white smoke, that they didnt diagnose, was coming from my turbo that had bad bearings and was leaking oil. I was stranded on my way back to grand forks and had to call my cousin to pick me up. I will not trust Lithia dodge of grand forks to touch any of my vehicles. I am in the maintenance industry and making sure the customer is in good hands by doing a couple extra checks on equipment is what my responsibility is, so this being overlooked didnt really sit well with me.

They dont call back, use pushy old school sales techniques and the service department has sent me out with blown lights....cost me a ticket. Guys in parts are pretty nice however.

Not a good buying experience. Bought a used 2011 car with low miles, when I got home and started checking things over more closely I discovered it hadnt been serviced, oil 1.5 qts low, leaky brake fitting, brake fluid almost empty, still waiting for new license plates. I was told its taking longer because they are waiting for a lein release on the title so they basically sold me an unsafe car with an unclean title that should have never been on the lot for sale in the first place.
