We purchased a Cayman from Mitchel Shaffer and were thrilled with our experience! He contacted us about a vehicle he thought we might be interested in, and since we live nearly two hours away, he sent us pictures and gave us all the details. We worked out the deal without ever having seen the car. When we arrived at the dealership, we were not disappointed. My salesperson Robert Brooks was awesome, very prompt with correspondence and even picked me and my friend up from the airport. First time purchasing a car sight unseen but went better than expected. Only complaint I had is that the car at highway speeds was shaking, took it to the Porsche dealer here in NJ and they found 3 of 4 wheels were out of balance. So I had pay to get them rebalanced.

Recently worked with Mitchel in regards to getting a Cayenne and he was absolutely awesome. I bought my Porsche Macan 2018 in February. I got the same problem in a month twice. Just because im Asian and they very rude to and yelled at me . They gave me a Nissan from rental car for drive a while my car got fix . They said im just deserve that cheap car . I was cried so much because disrespectful. I called the service for that problem and they never call me back . I tried to called again in 1 month later . And i have to tell them all over again . But they never called me back . I have no choice service so bad, i dont know what to do with my car i have to sold it . I was waiting on them like 2 months to solve this situation. The manager service was rude, the sale guy drove me to rental car was so rude . My heart is really broken from Porsche and it’s was my first Car .I bought a Mercedes, Mercedes service are so nice . I just have a little problem with the wood . They took it back for change the all things for me . Also gave me A Mercedes for drive .

Such a wonderful overall experience working with Madi Enguillado on the purchase of a 2019 Cayenne S. I had a poor experience at a Leith dealership in North Raleigh a few years ago, so I was hesitant to go back to another. However, after seeing that Leith Porsche in Cary had the inventory I wanted I decided to give Leith another try. Upon arrival it didn’t even feel like a dealership- I would compare it more to an upscale lounge. I wasn’t chased across the lot in a desperate attempt to engage in a sale. Rather, I got to walk the lot and the showroom at my own pace in a way that made me comfortable with the atmosphere and feel welcome. Once I began to be curious enough to ask questions, I met Ben at the entrance and his service was absolutely superior. It felt like an enjoyable intellectual conversation rather than a frustrating and unsolicited interruption to my search for a vehicle I wanted. There was ZERO pressure and I was given all the time I needed to ask questions, think about what I wanted to do and I was given ample time to discuss the decision with my wife without a torrent of awful unwanted “follow up calls.” The one phone call I did receive from Ben was genuine and it felt that he was much more concerned for my well being and what I wanted to do rather than making a desperate final attempt to drag me in and force a sale. I was on a search for a 718 Spyder, and allocations were hard to get anywhere. Spoke with Ben Spreen at Leith Porsche, and he recommended to make a refundable deposit to get the process started, and amazingly within a few days I got a call, and an allocation was available! Upon our return from Germany, my wife and I knew we wanted to continue driving German engineering. We spoke with many German automaker brands and in this market of a shortage of vehicles we were starting to get disenfranchised.Then I decided to call Porsche. Porsche had always been a brand that I felt was out of our price range and while still a German automobile I felt was more of a status symbol than anything else.I.WAS.WRONG!When I called I spoke with Mitchel. Mitchel took the time to listen to me and not try to put me in a box car. He understood what features I needed vs. what I wanted. He also listened that my family just returning home was extremely busy and enduring a stressful time so when we found a vehicle that matched my criteria he brought it to me to test drive! This vehicle sold itself. From the first push on the gas to the first turn of the steering wheel I could clearly recognize the difference between this brand than those of Audi, Mercedes or BMW. I was hooked.It was time to do paperwork and once again Mitchel brought everything to me! He monitored the detail, the setup and configuration of the car. There was a slight problem getting Vodafone hooked up but Mitchel relentlessly stayed on top of the issue until it was resolved. When bringing out the car he was so detail focused that he recognized things I didnt even see! Bought used Corvette. Drove it for a day and a half. Parked it a few nights ago with no problems. Next day go to drive it and no clutch. Pedal went to floor and didnt return,as if linkage was not connected. Leith said to bad sold in as is condition. Not offering any help except to say go to a Chevy dealer. At least they offered me a loaner.

We went to Leith Porsche to trade our Jeep Cherokee for a Chevy Traverse! We have a 7 month old baby and needed something a little bigger. Even though we werent buying a Porsche, we were very well taken care of in an easy, and efficient process. One of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. I dont know if its a Leith thing, but I walked through the showroom and not one person acknowledged me. The receptionist did as I was leaving. But thats a day late and a dollar short. Had the same foul experience next door at Leith Audi. Thats a pretty sad state of affairs. I speak with Mr Brooks who attempted to take up the slack. But his colleagues put him in an untenable position. He deserves much better. At the end of the day, after the horrendous experience with Leith I purchased my new S6 out of South Carolina where customer service is practiced I purchased my F450 out of Florida for the same reasoning. Leith needs to tighten up their shot group. NEVER attempt to count a perspective customers money for ANY REASON. I NEVER wear a suit and tie. Tee shirt, jeans or shorts. But I still drive $90K car that they COULD have sold me

I purchased a car from Fritz without ever seeing it first. He was thorough in helping me find the right car for my daughter, presented me with many options and conducted a virtual test drive using video calling during which he described the performance and functions of the vehicle. To close the transaction, he drove the car to my house in Maryland and hand-delivered it the same day. Ive had my vehicle serviced here for 10 years. Always top notch customer service, from the moment you sit with a service advisor to cashing out.
