After a long search, I had finally decided that I wanted an Acura TLX as my next car. I had checked out the inventory at a local Acura dealership, but didnt see any I liked. Then I found out about a red Aspec TLX that was at Taggart Cars.I never thought I would find a PRE-OWNED 2018 car, with less than 1K miles, as such a great price. I went down late on a Saturday to give the car a test drive. I came back that following Thursday, with my down payment and financing from my bank.Jonathan Inemann, the Finance Manager, was the one who walked me through the car and all it had to offer. Plus he gave me a tour of the site. I didnt feel like I was just a target trying to be sold a car. I was being sold the dealership. and I loved it. Not just the vehicles, but the whole buying experience. Day I bought the car I was driving it to work in less than an hour.The garage was almost as immaculate as the showroom. Fully loaded with modern equipment and a staff that knows what theyre doing.The whole staff was friendly and personable. Jonathan, Jeff, Zai. I think they knew I would be back before I was. And when I bring my car in for servicing, Ill have fun browsing the inventory.I hope to buy my next vehicle from them!

Taggart was recommended by a friend with a BMW, so I brought mine here. The staff is awesome. Really know and love their cars. They did the work quickly, cleaned up after, mentioned some things to look for and keep an eye on. And washed the car. All for a very reasonable price. I prefer doing my own work because I like to get my hands dirty, but Ill bring my car back here for stuff I cant do.

I was looking for another X3 in 2017 and came across Taggart Cars. I never buy from anyone other than the dealer, but they had a 2015 X3 for a competitive price and in the color we wanted. It was in excellent shape and Jonathan Intemann and Jeff Mueller were the two I dealt with. The vehicle had some deep scratches that we wanted removed that would be contingent upon the sale. Now we gave them the down payment, predicated on the fact he could get all the scratches removed.Jonathan promised he could get them all out, but he didnt although he did try. Whenever I needed to bring it back to them for discussion, there was always a disconnect between Jonathan and Jeff Mueller. Ive never been to a dealership where the GM gets into an argument with the customer, because Jonathan didnt tell him I was bringing the vehicle back to be checked out.These guys will promise you everything on the front end, but then recant on the back end. I would never buy from them again and will definitely not recommend them to anyone. I had to take the vehicle back three times for the same scratches that he said he would get taken care of. Jonathan is not a man of his word and hes definitely a smooth talker. So, I would tread lightly when dealing with these guys. They get two stars because of the vehicle and not their service!

I searched for 2 months for the exact car I was looking for, and it just so happened that Taggart had one with the options I wanted. I committed to buying the car sight unseen and trusted Jonathan that it was in good condition. I made a 7 hour drive across 3 states to pick up the car. Upon arrival, the car was exactly as described and in terrific shape. These guys are as honest as they come, and not once did I feel that I was being taken advantage of during buying process. Jonathan was incredibly helpful and was always available to answer any questions I had. If you have found a car you are interested in at Taggart, buy with confidence. If they say it is in good shape- it will be.

My wife and I had been looking to buy a Subaru Forester for months.One day, we were in the Cary area - looking at different dealerships - so we thought wed stop by Taggart. The price we found for a few Foresters which Taggart was offering seemed too good to be true. My wife and I test drove the one we were interested in (after checking out the Carfax report). We liked it A LOT - especially for the price - but we werent sure whether we were ready to pull the trigger.It was then that Jonathan offered we keep the car for 24 hours, test driving it around and seeing if it would be a good fit for us. I thought that sounded like the best decision. In those 24 hours, I took it to a 3rd party mechanic (for a 120 point inspection) and everything passed with flying colors.Now, Ive had the car for two months and have zero complaints. It runs perfectly and I couldnt be happier about the purchase (especially for the price we paid!).Jonathan was very helpful in this car buying process. I highly recommend Taggart.

Nicest, smoothest auto purchasing experience ever for me! Found the Subaru I wanted at Taggart on the web, called Jeff, and he had it out front and ready for me when I got there. Jeff gave us liberal test-drive privileges, which made the difference to me. After a brief chat, Jeff gave me a very fair price on my trade-in, and I was able to drive off in the Outback right away. Jonathan was super-helpful in financing and accommodating a few post-sales items. All in all, I highly recommend Taggart.

Not being biased in the least...I traded in my older 4Runner for a 2016 4Runner 4WD. I searched for 5 months for a car with very specific options, and I found one with almost all of the options I was looking for at Taggart. I called the dealership and spoke to Jonathan regarding the vehicle. From the get-go he was very knowledgeable about the car and its history. He provided me very specific details about the vehicle, sent additional pictures, and information via email to ensure transparency and full disclosure. After several conversations, I trusted the guys at Taggart that it was in the condition they said it was and I agreed to purchase the car sight unseen. I sent over a deposit, and arranged travel from central Texas to Cary, North Carolina to seal the deal. I flew to Raleigh and took an Uber to the dealership; it was only a 15 min ride and $14 fare. Jonathan was waiting for me to arrive and had everything ready to go. He welcomed me right away and then showed me around the dealership before getting down to business. After the tour, we headed over to the car and it was just as they described, exquisite. He had all of the paperwork sorted and ready to go, the actual transaction took about 5 minutes. Knowing that I had a long drive back to Texas, he didn’t waste any of my time and respected it. He offered me a cup of coffee and a couple bottles of water for the road trip home. I made a 21-hour drive across 6.5 states to get home, and enjoyed every mile, the car got many smiles-per-gallon. I have purchased many vehicles in my life, and this is the first time I have done it sight unseen, I was very nervous and my wife more so. Jonathan put me at ease with his assurances, and not once did I feel pressured or unsure about the purchase. He was very helpful and was always ready to answer the questions I threw his way. I recommend using Taggart for your car purchase, even if you’re halfway across the country (or even out of the country).

Went to see a car they had advertised. After a test drive I decided on a different make and model so didnt purchase. The salesman was helpful and polite and allowed me all the time I needed to check out the Hyundai. Nice atmosphere to evaluate a car.

I went to Taggart right after 5 p.m. on a weekday. They had no issues with going out for a test drive at that time. We rode surface streets and on the interstate. Some of the other dealers didnt want their cars to leave their parking lots. Also, Taggart had plenty of fuel in the car, no annoying low fuel light to make you want to cut the test drive short. These are just a couple of examples that highlight the difference I experienced with Taggart. I recommend you go by if they have what you are looking for.

Ryan Davies diagnosed my 2011 bmw 328 and let me know the issue was under an extended warranty through bmw and even had the car towed there and followed up to make sure the dealership understood the issue and ensured it was completed. Wow, I had driven by this place a few times over the years but had no idea what it really is. Its everything... from regualr old Mazdas to $209k Ferraris. I took my 2004 Jeep TJ in for a full on alignment, suspension issue and tire balancing. When I got in it and drove it it felt so much tighter and handled better.I spoke with Eric about the work being done and that guy really knows his stuff. Ill be back here again for anything I cant do on my own.

Bought a used 2014 Honda CRV. I had done my homework and knew exactly what I wanted. This car had very low mileage and was super clean. It was everything Jonathan said it was. I had my financing lined up before I walked in the door. Jonathan was very responsive. I made an appt, showed up and test-drove the car, signed the paperwork which took only 20 minutes, and left with my Honda. They didn’t try to sell me anything extra. No stress... no baloney... super easy. Definately will use them again!!

Unlike other dealers, the sales team at Taggarts isnt just out to get your money. Jonathan and Ted were available to answer our questions and handle paperwork even after the sale. With us being out of state buyers, there was a bit more involved with state taxes, registration, emissions, etc and the guys handled that thoroughly and professionally.The vehicle we purchased was modified and had a catalytic converter removed, and the dealership was able to install an OEM converter so the car can pass state inspection. Not only that they saved the modified piping for us to take home so we could revert back to the performance exhaust system if we wanted to. Its this type of attention to detail and customer service that made the buying experience so memorable. We will be buying from them again if the opportunity arises.
