I first visited the Charlotte location where unfortunately… the customer service was terrible. I never want to go back there.I came to the Cary Genesis location and it was a complete 180. The best customer service out of all the car dealerships I had visited during my car search. Ended up buying the GV70.

If you havent driven the new Genesis GV80, you should. Took it out immediately for a round-trip, and enjoyed it the entire way. In addition, everywhere we went people kept stopping us to comment on how great it looked. If you are interested, make sure you ask for Mark Priest at Genesis of Cary. He takes great care of you, even after the sale!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Nick A. He was a real gentlemen, not pushy at all - answered all my questions and helped me with a unique and sticky situation. After all that, he even took an hour out of his day to drive me to Hertz to pick up my rental, as Hertz was 90 min late. What customer service!!!!! Thank you Nick A. REALLY appreciate everything you did.
Once again Genesis of Cary DID NOT DISSAPPOINT. Exceptional service, clean facility, EXCEPTIONAL TECHNICIANS that KNOW their craft. My particular service advisor, GARRETT EDWARDS, ensured that I had options when I arrived for servive. I chose to wait for my vehicle and he checked with me every chance he had to ENSURE that I was comfortable and aware of the progress of my vehicle. I REFUSE to take my vehicle to any other dealership for service. Also, during a random conversation, I acknowledged that I was interseted in the GV80 SUV because of its involvement in a rollover accident that made the national news. Garrett brought a sales consultant, Joseph Lynch, to speak with me about the vehicle and to set up a demonstration at my convience. Now that is CUSTOMER SERVICE....
In helping my brother-in-law purchase a new Hyundai Kona, I saw a 2018 Genesis on the showroom floor. After my brother-in-laws purchase, which was the quickest, easiest, stress-free auto purchase I have ever been involved in, I pursued an inquiry into the Genesis for myself.I ended up purchasing this vehicle at a very fair price! Michael and Phil were truly a pleasure to deal with! It was an easy, quick, straightforward negotiation.The only issue I encountered was in the way the additional warranties (over and above the companys warranty) were presented to me by the Johnson Hyundai Finance Department. I ended up purchasing an extended warranty at a higher price than I thought it was going to be and I did not catch the total cost on review of my Bill of Sale. My mistake!The warranty price was originally presented to me as, a little bit extra cost per month based on the term of the loan, instead of as a total cost of the warranty itself which was a much greater cost. Buyer beware!

A perfect service experience! They picked up my G90 from the office, dropped off the loaner. Fixed the small problem, serviced and detailed the car the same day and then dropped it off at my house in the afternoon. Plus the car is just immaculate. And the price is unbeatable. I think Genesis is going to give luxury car makers a real wake up call.

I have asked about a Genesis multiple times and all I get is auto responses from Hyundai. Isnt there any one home at Genesis? Or a Genesis manager, or salesperson?
