He was super squared away, no fluff straight to the point didn’t try to sell us this and that, he even dealt straight with our bank, you could tell they really cared. By Fair Labor Standards, I was unaware a “salaried” exempt employee could be punished both ways?If they are willing to treat employees like that HOW would they treat customers? Ask yourself buying a luxury car, would you want to do business with that kind of organization. Would they help you, protect you or your family? Big questions. Would you bring your car in for safety with service and truly feel they are being honest and caring about your family?They can turn against there own staff with disabilities, why would they care about you and your family?Much better dealerships out there, not necessarily brands but dealerships. Consider your options and morals!

She was very detailed over the phone in asking what I was looking for - model, color(s), upgrades, utility, my needs in a vehicle, etc.. She was even more attentive in person; very respectful and understanding. Robin helped me find what I needed and what I wanted. I never once felt pressured by her. She did everything she could to expedite the buying process so I wasn’t waiting at the dealership all day. Easily my best car buying experience to date.

First timer with Volvo Cars of Cary for complimentary maintenance. Facility: Clean and welcoming. Experience: Average: We brought our car in at the appointment time and had to wait for > 5 minutes for a service advisor. Overall feeling is that they were understaffed and werent sold on excelling in the customer service experience. Our service advisor was pleasant and courteous. He maintained contact with me through out the day with updates (without being prompted). They decided to keep our vehicle overnight because of a warranty repair, but I had to call and verify that that was their intent. The receptionist said the service advisor had texted us but I did not receive it. On the following day, we received a call, late in the afternoon indicating that our car was completed (totally different maintenance advisor). Pickup: Receptionist had to track down where our vehicle was and set it up for delivery to us. Work performed: All maintenance and repairs were done without issue.

I bought an XC60 here and the buying experience was pretty good - but their service department is horrible. The biggest problem is communication...actually getting someone on the phone or actually getting someone to call you back. Its so consistently bad that I am now taking my car for service much farther away to get it serviced.

Wife and I just picked up our XC60 and are really enjoying the car so far. I was fortunate enough to buy a used Volvo XC90 from Robin Marshall Berner. I’ve been on the hunt for a used Volvo and called Robin a few weeks ago. Sure enough, when I showed up to buy my Volvo a week later, my name and information was sitting on a post-it note right on her desk. Robin was extremely helpful and never made me feel rushed or like she was just trying to make a sale off of me - she even encouraged me to go look at a car at another dealership when I was having second thoughts. When I bought my car, Robin made the buying process quick and painless. Even after selling me a car, Robin has been in touch and offered to buy me a free tank of gas. In our search for a new Volvo S90, from the Internet to other dealers, I researched Volvo Cars of Cary. I read comments from other buyers, which is always a way to help with dealership consideration. We chose Volvo Cars of Cary. I contacted them and was connected with Tomas. He was not your typical pushy, call you all the time type of person. He wanted to know about you, not about money or finance. Tomas was very friendly, made us feel very comfortable with him. We talked about each other’s family along in our buying process. I had a pre-purchase inspection. The person working on my car, Ray, took care of this responsibility like I was a long -time customer. He was very thorough and gave great explanations. I would feel very comfortable bringing my car to be serviced here in the future. I don’t think I’ve ever said that about a dealership before. Sad to say that Im unhappy with their service, they will never promise what they say, they don’t vacuum/wash the car, same thing happening from last 2Y. This year they missed doing state inspection as well… I need to drive 100 miles before going for inspection… !!!!Technician will say something when taking the car and at the end it’s different and as-usual they wont respond back to text once we pickup the vehicle. I’m done with my 3Y warranty services and now I need to look for better autocare team from next service onwards.. Parts and labor are expensive compared to other providers, for a cabin air filter they charged $63 bucks and labor cost of $57 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Re service area: My tech was great, the front office person was not as personable as the previous one. The work done was perfect, but I was disappointed that I spoke to my tech at 2:30 and said job would be done within an hour, went to pick up at 4:45 and my car wasn’t ready, wasn’t washed yet and they had to pull it out. I had to pick up my son from daycare but Was looking forward to the inside and out cleaning- I was told I could come back but I live 40mins away.

On July 21, 2021 I took my wife’s 2017 Volvo XC90 in to Volvo of Cary for a brake job. I decided to take a look at the new cars on the lot and was smitten by a 2021 Volvo XC90 Pine Gray, beautiful car…before seeing this car I had zero intention of purchasing a new vehicle…I couldn’t pass it up, I had to go back to Fayetteville (that’s where I live and work), but I wanted that new vehicle for my wife. I saw Tamas and showed him the car I was interested in and asked if he would send me the final price as soon as possible and I told him if the price was good I would come with a check later that day…True to his word Tamas worked a great deal for me and I returned with check in hand and my wife (she didn’t know what was going on lol). My service appointment went fine, except that I did expect to get a loaner car instead of waiting. The appointment went fairly fast, and I wasnt there for too long, HOWEVER, I was extremely uncomfortable seeing one individual (salesman or manager?) walking around the showroom area without a mask on. He must have passed through a half dozen times while I was there. Employees should show respect for others and customers and wear a mask at all times indoors. Dont you people care about the world around you?
