I had bought a 19 challenger, 25k miles on it. Within two months it was in the shop. It stayed in the shop for 3 months. Less than ideal, it was finally ready to pick up. I told them I didn’t want it back. They upgraded me to a 21 charger blacktop edition and ate the difference. Greg the salesman and Chris the manager were great. Will only buy from Hendrick going forward.

Very disappointing service. Over 2 hours wait and a second trip in just for 2 new tires. Asked for a quote on the service and repairs they said it desperately needed. They promised to email it Monday. Its been crickets since. Not a word on those repairs.

My car was running good. I gave my car for engine oil change and yellow engine light (which was intermittent issue). They told that engine light is due to faulty oil pressure sensor. They also did additional multipoint inspection(I did not ask for it) and sent me a list of recommended service like break oil change, transmission fluid change, clean injector, wiper change, tire rotation etc...I said yes for these recommended services. They kept my car for four days saying that my warranty provider is not releasing money for oil pressure sensor (rest I paid out of pocket).... After getting the car back I noticed that driver side switch is not able to pull down passenger window glass. When I reported issue to them, there response was that they did not touch the window glass. Then I asked whether they checked it as a part of multi point inspection (as I believed in their inspection and paid for recommended services). They told me that they just check driver side glass.... I just can not digest that someone sitting on driver seat for multipoint check will just test one button and will ignore rest three window glass buttons. If this is a standard practice, I doubt on all the recommended services they did and I paid for..... I am disappointed that after paying $958 out of pocket for recommended services, my car has a new genuine issue. I just know that window glass was working prior to servicing and I came back with this additional issue in my car.... I dont trust their multipoint check... Hope I will find better service center next time.

Tried to rip me off. NOT COOL. Took my car to them. Made me wait 4 hours and gave me a mark up for the repairs that came to $1200.00. Took my car to Westgate Dodge and they fixed everything for $547.00. Hendrick said there was a crack in my fuel filler pipe. Had it inspected by another mechanic and there was no crack at all. Will NEVER use them again. Westgate Dodge all the way.😡

The customer service is terrible. I was treated rudely on my last 2 service visits. Had confusing information as to whether my truck needed service or not. I was told the vehicle hadn’t been serviced. Then I was told it was serviced and new wiper blades had been installed at that time. The very day I bought the truck it was raining and My son had to buy wiper blades so that wasn’t the truth. I needed a battery and was quoted a price. I did not buy it there because I am tired of the service! I left there and bought a 200 dollar battery that was including a military discount! I will be looking to have my vehicle serviced elsewhere!

I came in for an oil change in October on my Dodge. I provided a coupon that included complimentary tire rotation. The service manager/advisor charged me for the tire rotation even though the coupon clearly states it was complimentary.The service itself was very timely and everything was completed as requested to my knowledge. The 3 stars are for the timeliness of the service and the individual who completed the services. If I wasn’t overcharged and the service manager/advisor wasn’t being deceptive in an attempt to get me to purchase service packages this would’ve been a 5-star visit.

These guys are calling people trying to sell you on MEMORIAL DAY. Just absolutely wrong. I can say I have bought 4 vehicles from Hendricks dealerships over the 0ast and that number will NEVER go up due to this call.

Chris Oxendine did a great job helping me with my service claim through Jeep. This was the second time I had to get serious work done on my Jeep Cherokee, one was for my transmission and then another was for the oil sensors for my car needed to be replaced. The first time, it took 2 weeks to get repaired . The part had to be ordered all the way from China. Then the second one they had the parts in house, and got it done the next day, a day before my scheduled appointment. Both times the service was excellent, Chris kept me updated regularly. He also took care of things for me with my service claim on the insurance side. All I had to do was come get my car, and pay the $50 deductible both times. I am thankful to have had Chris manage the service of my vehicle, he took all the worry away for me on it, and my car runs much better after Hendrick Dodge RAM FIAT took care of the issues it was having. 5 STARS service all the way. I recommend them for any issues you may be having with your vehicle. Thank you Chris, for all you did to make sure I was safe and taken care of with my jeep needs. I recommend you for promotion. Regarding the service department, it’s fine. However, multiple team members do not follow COVID preventive measures. Masks are worn below the noses of technicians and drivers. This is incorrect and ineffective, increasing the spread of COVID-19. I do not recommend patronizing this franchise unless you want to risk exposure in this pandemic. If you don’t mind tempting fate, then be my guest.

Adam Rowan is the man for when you need a RAM!!! I walked in one day wanting to test drive a base model but I like features such as Radio and certain interior upgrades. Adam is really down to earth and shared features and capabilities of the truck, with real life experience knowledge. I have never owned a RAM but he went over everything with me. A few months later a truck fell on the lot which I fell in love with. After test drive and negotiation the truck sold by someone else. Adam was able to get me another truck and due to some issues from shipping the new truck was unavailable. He addressed the concerns and working constantly to check in and let me know what trucks are available. Eventually he found my dream truck with every feature I wanted and was within my budget. 1 day later I was off the lot with the new truck ready to put it to work. I strongly recommend any customer see Adam.
