Leith Acura Cary sales team called me several times about a SUV that I was interested in. I was very hesitant already, but they literally Called me EVERY DAY until they were finally able to convince me. I drove an hour and 30mins just for them to waste my time in 5mins. Their offer amount for my trade in was way below market value I’m talking thousands below the MINIMUM of KBB value, when I asked them why, I was then told because my vehicle smelled like smoke. My SUV has leather seats so I’m sure it wasn’t an issue that couldn’t be fixed for the price they claimed they deducted from it.I wouldn’t recommend any woman or first time buyers that are by them selves to trust doing business with these people .They’ll have you driving off their lot with so much negative equity with out the first care in the world. Or maybe they DIDNT want my business, idk 🤷🏾♀️. The whole atmosphere of that place gave me so many bad vibes that I didn’t even get a chance to open the bottle of water that was offered me. I never felt at an unease at a dealership like I felt in that place. NEVER AGAIN !!!!

I recently purchased via an online site, a 2021 Porsche 911 Targa 4S with 585 miles on it thru Leith Inc. My sales contact was a young man named Mitch Shaffer. This was obviously a significant $$ purchase, site unseen( tho great pix online). I made the decision to buy it. Mitch was outstanding from day one. He handled all the financial transactions, picked us up at RDU, took us to Leith to see the car first hand, then drove us to our local hotel for the night. He picked us up in the am, took us to to dealership for an in person orientation on the car for 3 hrs and sent us on our way to Colorado. He has followed up with us weekly since then, answered my numerous questions on this fantastic( and a bit complex) vehicle and has become a friend in the process . I will also say the Sales Mgr and GM of Leith also made a point to meet us, have a nice conversation both about Leith and Porsche . They are an outstanding organization with very personable staff and execs. I recommend them in the highest terms.

The staff takes time to listen to your needs & address them. When you receive service, you will get a detailed explanation of what service was performed. If you leave there with any questions then you didnt do your part & ask.

Service was great. Fast, knowledgable, Friendly. Steve told be a few repairs he would reccomend and I will do them as soon as I get time to schedule them. However I was surprised when I walked past 3 sales people and no one said anything to me, honestly after seeing all the stuff that Steve reccomended I was ready to trade, especially since my family and I need a larger vehicle. Oh well I guess I will get it somewhere else and continue to service there instead if I stay with Acura.

I enjoyed working with Tom King every step of the way. Tom was transparent about the process and I never felt like he ever tried to sell me more car than I needed. Leith always treated me fairly on trade-in prices and gave a better trade-in value than any of the other dealers I talked to. Acura is truly a 5 start experience. From the beginning knowledgeable conversations with Kylea in service and feeling VIP with Michael L during my service appt. I fell in love with the new Acura 2021 design when I used the loaner car. I walked over to sales side and sat comfortably with Katheryne G who walked me through trim options and colors. After making an appointment to test drive we talked budget. Izzy Chacona sales manager thanked me with amazing Acura Loyalty savings. I absolutely love the new design of the RDX! I contacted the Sales Manager Israel (who my son happened to know well) and we made arrangements to come and see a vehicle we had looked at and really loved while Leith Acura was closed on Sunday. We rushed over after work and Israel had Alex take me on a couple of test drives. Alex was very thorough in explaining the features each car had, etc after asking what was important to me. We really wanted to go home as we did not keep the staff after closing time, but knew we wanted the car. They worked with us, stayed late and ensured we were happy every step of the way. Back in March 2020 Leith put a new battery in our 2016 ILX . On Friday my wife broke down and had to be towed. Reason battery was completely void of power even after charging. You charged us over $160 for that battery. Acura either put defective battery in our car or did not replace at all. That is an disgrace and we deserve a refund.New battery cost us $150. AVOID THIS DEALER!!!!!
The easiest car buying experience Ive ever had. Super helpful and nice. After the horrible experience we had at Southern States Mazda this was a breath of fresh air. It was so nice to see that a car dealership caring so much about doing the best they can for their customers.
Purchased a pre-owned 2012 MDX in October 2020 from Kerry. They sold the car (touting the maintenance history) without having the crucial 100k mile timing belt service being done and the torque converter required a refill and TSB Flash both which I had done by Tao Auto for a fraction of what Leith would have charged.....and frankly they shouldnt have sold a vehicle needing that to begin with or should have at least disclosed it. Shady!

Phenomenal service at Leith Acura of Cary: My service advisor Kylea is the best service advisor. Not only is she welcoming and friendly, but she really listens to the customer and tries to help them with anything. My 2004 Acura TSX was presented to me with a superior wash and vacuum. I really appreciate the care that goes into the little things like that. I felt like a VIP customer even if I dont have the newest and most attractive car being serviced. I will continue to drive to Cary to have my car (and my future Acura car) serviced at this dealership!

While I waited, I got to see Kerry who helped with my purchase last year. As always, I was taken care of and treated like family. Kylea walked through the service report with me, answered all my questions and walked me out to the car. I bought my RDX in 2012 and plan on keeping it for 200k miles. I had a 100k mi service. I had a great experience with Leith. I thought I had one problem and they diagnosed a cheaper problem. The service was fast and they even cleaned up my car. I highly recommend.

Im just an average person with an older MDX that I need to keep running. Ill give the place 2 stars but thats only because the parts department people have always been helpful and respectful. The customer service there is the reason why I started doing all the work on my MDX myself, they have no respect for anyone who they cant talk into purchasing something. Personally Id suggest using a third party resource like acura parts warehouse online to the extent possible and doing the work yourself. If you do plan on purchasing a vehicle go somewhere where the actual VALUE their customers.
Michael was very good and talked me off the ledge when I was presented with several very expensive repair items. I felt comfortable working with him and feel he was trying to give me the best recommendations possible.

Customer service was excellent my driver seat was broken. Then service person asked me to take pics so he could see it (side note I live 1hr 20mins away) he contacted me back with an appointment and estimate. My appointment took 30 minutes and I was out.. everything was great my problem was acura know the seat breaking is a issue🙃

Were newer in the area, so we just found Leith via online car search and it was a great experience.They sell cars quickly, so a few of the ones we were interested in were already gone, but our salesman Craig took a ton of time with my daughter to help her find a great used car. He gave her the respect of letting her make decisions, but he gave really good insight between models when asked. And he was frank about things wed need to do soon, like new tires.One crazy thing... between the time we saw this cars price online that morning and the time we went to make an offer, it had dropped $1000 in their system. And so we even got it for that much less with no discussion.I cant say enough about all the little things he did, for this sale of probably the cheapest car on the lot... they fixed a few small things right away, and even sent a mobile glass repair to do a window chip n/c.Being a used car, and my daughter paying cash, it was nice that the finance folks werent pushy on extended warranty etc. Thats one downside of buying from most dealers, so we were glad it didnt happen.So it was 110% a great experience. A month later, the car is dandy, no regrets. Its a relief to have found a place we really like, to look for our next car (and they have a ton of brands tied into their auto mall in Cary).

Well I have to say I knew what I wanted to purchase when I got to the dealership. I’m quite sure they were surprised that I purchased the Used SUV. Anyway with any used vehicle or new vehicle period there can be issues or recalls. Needless to say a week or two in to this purchase of the vehicle the screen says check gas cap. Well I checked the gas cap several times, and finally took the SUV to a mechanic who checked the vehicle for me and stated what was wrong. He suggested that I call the dealership since I had only had the vehicle for two weeks or less. So I did and low and behold the manger I spoke with said that they will take a look at the issue but I will have to pay the repair cost to fix the vehicle. Thank you Cary Acura Dealership for your thoughtfulness in selling a vehicle but not willing to work with the customer two weeks later after the vehicle now needs work done to it. One thing for sure you never know individuals personal connections to people, and I will be thoughtful on who I refer to your dealership. Don’t judge a book by its cover. Highly disappointed customer who thought Cary Acura has some class about itself.

Recently bought a used car from this dealer. On the way home after my purchase the engine light comes on. I get home and call the dealership and explain the problem. They schedule an appointment and I take the car back. After two hours they tell me my car is ready. Then the service associate tells me they just turned it off and if I have any more issues to take it elsewhere because they dont have the resources to repair it. I live two hours away from this dealership and feel like I could have been told this while on the phone when I explained the problem
I went to the capital location to get my Car repaired, and just know that you are dealing with some of the best human beings you could ever hope to. Very rare you find people like Jake, anywhere let alone in this industry. 🙏🙏🙏By the way Leith’s prices are nearly half of what you would expect to pay at another Acura Dealership

It has taken me 5 years to write this review. I purchased my first Acura, an ILX in 2015 and I just recently purchased a 2018 TLX. I used the Acura service department for maintaining my ILX and I’ve always had a good experience. I never felt they were pushing a service or product on me. It was getting my TLX that led me to writing this review. My TLX was pre owned and after a bad experience many years ago with a pre owned vehicle (not from Leith Acura), I was hesitant about getting another. The car is in amazing condition and after having it for a few days, I notice there were hard water spots on the exterior of the car that needed serious elbow grease to remove. The dealership was able to address this without it being a huge inconvenience or issue.
Made same day appointment and had car serviced and cleaned in less than 2hours. Great job.
Purchased a used van from this dealership and hand some concerns. After speaking with the general manager Robert McKenna all the concerns were quickly resolved. Nice to know that customer service and making things right still exist at auto dealerships. Highly recommend this dealership for your next car purchase!!!

Worst customer service experienced while seeing a car to purchase. They were showing the same vehicle to another customer while discussing the final price with us and told us on our face that theyll us know once they see what the customer decides about the car. Note that they didnt even say the final price to us.It seems like they are showing the same car to multiple customers at the same time, and whoever makes the best offer will get the car.Very very unprofessional and disappointing!!!!

Honestly forgot I hadnt reviewed until I recieved a 1 yr anniversary reminder email.I purchased a car from this location in September 2018. It was my first ever car purchase, and Id been browsing online listings when I found a car I wanted to test drive on their lot. I called the number provided on the listing and scheduled a test drive, was paired with a gentleman named Mike Mitchell. Throughout the test drive, he said very little, making it a pretty awkward experience. Nonetheless I liked the car and wanted to buy it. It took Mike a very long time to get questions about the vehicle answered. He did, however, agree to take care of some cosmetic things before the sale, so that was a plus. Mike said they couldnt take a down payment in anything but a certified check, which I did not have, so he had me sign a paper agreeing that they would hold the car for 7 days while I worked out financials. During the hold period, he repeatedly reached out claiming that there were other interested parties, trying to rush the loan process. This added to the already considerable stress that was on me, because it was my first purchase and I wanted to do it right, and it caused errors that required the paperwork to be redone 4 times. Other staff in the dealership were very nice, and the paperwork process once we actually got to signing was smooth. The car is still running fine and it is exactly what I wanted. I only took off 2 stars on this review due to the poor experience I had with Mike. Felt he hindered the process more than helped. If I do purchase from this dealership again, I will request to work with someone else.
200 miles from home and the TL had the alternator and battery fail. Took the TL here and worked me into the schedule (obviously no appointment) and got it all repaired. At a time when I could have been taken advantage of, they treated me like part of the family! Mike the person I worked with was great!

I bought my MDX at Leith Acura, Raleigh on 20th Jan 2020. I was not feeling well when I bought but I got a great deal so dont want to miss it. Marketing team did a great job to complete all formalities and I am extremely happy with that. When it comes to finance, I had worst experience. As I was not feeling well I couldnt get time to research for good interest rate and other deals, then finance manager (Spurling Cook) suggested to take warranty and gap insurance which comes with great deal. As I was not feeling well I didnt really looking at the numbers and blindly trusted what he was saying. Later I realized that I will get best deal than what I have and on very next day I went to the office to cancel warranty and gap insurance, that time Spurling Cook gave me one application and told me he is going to cancel both warranty and gap insurance and it will take 5-6 weeks to reimburse the amount. I waited for three months and got only half amount . Then I tried several times and whenever I called for Spurling cook got no response, unfortunately he is the only person who can tell about finance related issues. Finally one day I got connected to him (in March) and he replied that he only cancelled warranty but he didnt cancelled gap insurance and he is going to do that. Again waited for 5-6 weeks and tried calling him, same issue repeated. I got him after several attempts exactly seven months after I bought my car i.e. on 20th July 2020. He replied that he needs to check it and will return the call but that never happened on that day and didnt even expected. So frustrating, even after 7 months I really dont see the solution and my money never came to me.

These guys are sick. I got my Acuras battery replaced by this dealer two years back with 10 year warranty. For $180. The battery died on me last week. I jump started it and went to dealer for the replacement of the battery under warranty. The service rep asked me to bring the receipt to show proof of purchase as the dealer deletes the data older than two years. They rep quoted me around $270 if I do not find the receipt. I went back home and searched for the receipt every where and was luck to find it in pile of old mails. I went back and the dealer replaced it for free. The problem is the receipt cost is $300 which is not mentioned any where in the receipt. Moreover, are they living in the jungle where there is no power and computer? These kind of guys take the country backward.
