The tires on the car were bad but the car was decent..When will this get done we will see?**

All and all I got the car I’ve been looking for and they even threw in some insanely good upgrades to boot.

The staff here is very friendly and go above and beyond. My son and I came to look at a specific vehicle that they had on the lot. We arrived about 20 mins before they opened so went to a nearby restaurant to grab a quick snack. When went back to our car it would not start. We called the dealership to let them know what had happened, and that we would be there as soon as we could. Knowing we were from out of town he came and picked me and my son up let us test drive the car and brought us back to our car when we decided we wanted to think about it. Even called us later to make sure that we had a way home. Even though we did not make a purchase his kindness and generosity was above and beyond. I highly recommend AP Automotive if they have what your looking for.

Bought a 2008 Suzuki SX4, after a few days of driving the engine light came on and it was determined that Catalytic converter was not working. Contacted AP and explained the issue and they paid for the converter to be replaced. Car was purchased without a warranty. Robert, our sales person at AP, was professional and provided great customer service during the sale and afterwards.

The owners is friendly honest and the cars are great cars. I will go back to them in the future when I need another car.

For my first review I bought a Ford focus red hatchback. Im a military soldier with 4 kids. So I needed a second vehicle and went on PENFED a trusted bank for military. Well fast forward they are very friendly before a sale. Went to get my car checked by mechanic and he found 1300 dollars worth of repairs(was told car was in perfect condition) Reached out and let the female owner know nothing is covered in the warranty they gave me for fixing and have not heard back. Its been 3 days after purchasing the car and all these issues have came, they havent showed any urgency to call me to address that the car isnt able to drive. Will update review if they get back to me. I UNDERSTAND USED CARS NEED REPAIRS BUT SHOULDNT BE MORE THAN 500$ IF YOU PRICE A CAR AT 6000$So he responded saying he discounted me the car 500$ off because of this. But HE WONT TELL YOU SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE CAR! If you choose to take the risk I hope you get lucky with your purchase.

Purchased a truck from here maybe 3 months ago and I paid in full cash. The guy who sold it to me is great, was very friendly. However my issues are: The day I purchased car they said they would do a full service on the vehicle, change the oil and everything. I took it to a mechanic the NEXT DAY to make sure everything was good and had to pay for an oil change because they did not do it like they said they did. He also told me that the only thing that was done was the check engine light was turned off and that the transmission had a slow leak. Was not made aware of issues with car. Had engine codes read and theres a problem with transmission. (mind you, this is the VERY NEXT DAY after purchasing this vehicle). Fast forward a month later and my 30 day tags have expired, they did not contact me about tags, I had to call them to get an update which they said I had to sign more paperwork and then gave me another set of 30 day tags. Now another month or so the car randomly stopped accelerating on the highway and is now undriveable OUT OF NO WHERE. Called and spoke to some guy about it who said they’d be calling me back the next day and I haven’t heard from them.

The guys at AP went above and beyond proving that its not just about business to them. They have a customer for life. Stop by their lot before your next car purchase.
