Was not impressed with the sales team here. They liked to play the numbers game like I dont understand what they are trying to do. They talked down to me. They even told me basically to buy a vehicle at another dealership so thats exactly what I did. Mercedes of Cary earned my business as they were straight up, honest, and treated me with respect as I should be. If they treat you like this dont be afraid to walk out. There are soooo many other choices there on the same little street. Good luck to you!

Very unprofessional service, had an oil change appointment, came on time, waited 1hr 40m then was told need to wait for another 1 hr, decided not to and left. Will never come back there.
Exceeded my expectations in friendliness. Prices are way better than expected (I got a 45,000 Mile tune up for under 250.) Staff was polite and punctual. Everything went smoothly and fast. I will be returning regularly for tune ups and oil changes!
The staff seemed preoccupied. The worst thing ever is that there seems to be no distinction on where the front door is, could not park or even pass by with a small prius, seems whoever designed place used all of the available space to make a unnecessarily HUGE showroom to house 30 Genesis models, not even many examples of the Hyundai Cars and Suvs.
Prices for service is very high but customer service is excellent
They actually fixed one of my issues but the odd thing is my advisor was trying to tell me about an actuator in my car and i told him another mechanic within his location told me i had to pay 4k to get that issue fixed, he said nah that cant be right......So word of advice single woman DONT believe EVERYTHING THEY TELL YOU GO GET A NUMBER OF OPINIONS. IVE TAKEN IT TO 3 HYUNDAIS. AND THE ISSUE STILL REMAIN. MAYBE ONE DAY ILL FIND A TRUSTWORTHY MECHANIC.

If you need a new Subaru go see Patrick Dunn. Hes a salesman that is different than most. Patrick was great. My wife had difficulty deciding whether she wanted a 2020 Forrester or a 2020 Outback. She drove eac several times. Then color was another choice. Patrick was patient with both of us and I am probably more difficult than my wife. Finally, we purchased a new Outback (Cinnamon Brown). Patrick got us a great deal! Go see Patrick!

This place really is absolutely awesome. Cheaper than 2 mechanics by over 400$ for a AC condenser. This place is really a totally unorthodox type of dealership in that, you dont have to fight for a good price. Theyll give you a good one to begin with; youll waste your time trying to haggle as theyll give you a deal better than a different dealership where you had to haggle. Great experience.

Not going to say I hate but was a little disappointed brought a car had it for a week in a half didnt feel right about the car seen a cheaper car ask could I trade was took I had too come up with a another $4,000 dollars dont think that was fair was up under pressure at the time of the purchase, total my 2014 Subaru got a 2017 brought the car home finally after a month there was other things wrong didnt feel like going back they made me feel like I was the a headache to them thats the way I felt.
