Had me waiting in line for about 20 minutes while an old guy who was supposed to be there to help customers was chatting with other people there, when he finally saw me, he just didnt even said anything even though he saw me I was waiting in line, then when he finally checked out my bike, I asked him questions and he was like ok, I dont know what to tell you but you are good to go. Seems like people like this shouldnt be working in a place where they dont like to be. Dont want to come back here ever again.

On the 4th of July looking for help with a flat bike tire -old very worn.Since I was clueless I really appreciated the expertise on getting correct tubes and tires for my bike. Quick, very friendly service while I waited.....Thank you REI!!
