I had a Giant Anthem Pro 29er repaired here and the decision making process for me was do I do it myself or do I have a professional fix it? Since I have experience in fiberglass surfboard repair, I googled repairing it DIY and was just about to do it myself. Im so - so glad I didnt. The carbon on the Giant looks nothing like the carbon I would have purchased elsewhere and I have no idea what Im doing (no experience). I would have screwed this repair up, as they say, beyond recognition.When I got the frame back with the clear coat finish - it was literally perfect. I like the exposed repair with a neat, crisp rectangular outline. The job was done perfectly, timely, and beyond my satisfaction.Do not attempt this at home. Just pay the man.

When my chain dug into my carbon frame on my forth ride on my brand new gravel bike, everyone told me not to worry because Broken Carbon is the best. I heard great things from a couple of friends and my local bike shop, and Broken Carbon did not disappoint! I took my bike in on Tuesday on a beautiful May day, and I had it back in great shape by Friday (I did pay the $100 rush fee, it was 75 degrees outside!) They were extremely professional and quick to respond to any questions or returns, and the price was more than fair. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in a carbon pickle.

These guys are the real deal - professional, quick on the turnaround time and the work is top-notch. I had my Ibis in to get a cracked seat tube repaired, they were great about answering any questions I had about the repair process and worked with me on paint vs no-paint to get the best looking repair possible.All said and done, the repair looks great and I know is structurally sound. Highly recommended!

Wow these guys are fantastic. They are extremely knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and do high quality work. I had done the dreaded quarter test on my bike and determined I definitely had a crack in the frame. Instead of trying to find a new frame for thousands of dollars, I went to Broken Carbon. For a third the cost of a new frame, they were able to repair my bike. I looked into doing myself but I didnt want to risk and would rather have professionals take care of it than risk injury to myself. The repair is visibly high quality and feels/sounds extremely well done. They have a 5 year warranty on their work too so that is comforting. They are also very reasonable with price, I compared them to competition and they easily checked out. Cant recommend Broken Carbon enough!

I ordered a carbon Enduro used and the frame was cracked in the middle during shipping. I sent to Broken Carbon to get it fixed. They fixed it for what seemed like a deal, it looks great, it was lightening fast and I have been riding it as hard as I am able to ride ever since. I have one full season on it, I’m not really easy on my stuff, I was jumping a road gap with it just today. The frame is going strong and showing no signs of stress. I have recommended broken carbon to my local bike shop because they were amazed at the quality of the repair on my bike.

Broken Carbon did a great job repairing the seat stem of my bike. The cost was about half of what my local shop (Portland) would charge for the same repair. They were super responsive to my questions and notified me as soon as it was done. It was really pretty seamless.

I just bought a new (to me) used carbon frame bike. After having it just two weeks I noticed several hairline cracks at the very top of the seat tube. After dropping a bunch of cash on a used carbon frame I was worried I had made a huge mistake. I emailed some pictures to the guys at Broken Carbon and within just a few minutes they had already responded.! They were able to show me that it was just the exterior paint cracking rather than the frame itself. They could have easily convinced me I had a serious problem and instead set my mind at ease! I cant testify to their end product, but it was great to receive such excellent customer service and integrity!
