The customer service is great. I got exactly what I wanted. They adjusted my bike and got me road ready. I bought a Loft 7D and I am so pleased with it. Most of all the quality of Trek didnt need to sell me, this is a good company with longevity and quality. Definitely visit, the place is a wonderland.

Just wanted to say how much I appreciated Brandon, and how much he helped me with my full suspension bike adjustments. Just literally blown away by how great I was (and have been consistently) treated at this store, can’t even begin to describe. It seems silly but Brandon taking the time to help me with setting up my bike (which isn’t a trek, is a carbon Specialized full suspension ) really meant a lot to me. Im a pretty small adult rider (50, 107lbs) so its been difficult for me to find adult bikes that fit me well. Trek has a wide range of sizes which I REALLY appreciate. It felt great to find a bike I was stoked about that actually was a good fit. The Trek store in Boulder has the best team ever - this was by far the best shopping experience I have ever had. Everyone was so kind and eager to help and answer all of my questions. I definitely would recommend these bikes and this shop to anyone.

Love the Trek Bicycle store! Very helpful staff. I bought a bike and took it home and after riding it for a few days realized it was not the one for me. Took it back for a full refund.

Chris went the extra mile when I snapped the chainstay on my older gary fisher hifi. He first scoured treks inventory but didnt find any parts. Literally two weeks later he calls me on his cellphone and says that they might have a frame that they could swap my wheels/fork etc onto. It turns out someone had their bike stripped on campus and the only thing left was the frame and he gave it to trek boulder after buying a new bike. Anyway, I brought my broken bike in and they essentially built me a new bike with the parts on hand for a very reasonable price. This was all during the bike shortage so they essentially saved my season. Overall, you can tell these guys really care and I will certainly be coming back when I need a new bike.

The best bike mechanics in Boulder! Time and time again, the folks at Trek — including managers Chris and Nick — have offered exceptional service. For example, on super-short notice, they fixed my bike tires the night before a big race, helping me get in 13th place! Theyre my go-to bike mechanics for sure, and I cant recommend the Trek Bicycle Boulder store enough.

I love the employees there! John was the first employee who helped me out and I instantly felt welcomed and cared for. All the other employees who helped me out have been great as well.

I recently purchased a new trek bike from a different Trek store, and had it shipped to this one. Unfortunately there was some damage in shipping. My pickup experience with this store was not what I’d expect for an $1,800 bike, though I know my original purchase went towards the other location. I’ve been searching for this bike for nearly a year and was CRUSHED to see the damage. 5 stars because I sent feedback on my experience, and the next day Chris called me, and is doing several things to make it right. The issue is unresolved but I’m confident and hopeful it’ll be taken care of.

I love the bike that I bought from these guys but accidentally ran over the wheel of it with my car. Getting it fixed with them was the easiest thing ever and their quality work and good attitudes are a guarantee. Would highly recommend this place. We have always loved Trek bikes and had good experiences with the company but after this last week we are Trek customers for life! We purchased a new Fx1 for our daughter as a high school graduation present. (After searching all over the state for one) She was needing a bike to take with her when she starts college in the fall. A few days after giving it to her she rode it for her last Friday to high school. While in class someone moved her bike and then someone else not seeing it backed over it. She was devastated. We brought the bike into Trek Boulder hoping it was reparable. Everyone was really helpful but told us unfortunately the frame was bent and the bike couldn’t really be salvaged. They told us they had a similar bike they could hold for us while we decided how to move forward over the weekend. We left and a few hours later we’re called and told that Trek takes care of its customers and they had decided to replace her bike. Replace it! Like I said we are Trek Boulder customers for life. We can’t thank them enough for turning this sad story around. Thank you!

Ive had my trek worked on here. These guys are solid. My shock was busted a few weeks before Leadville. There was no way in hell I was going to get my warranty shock in time so they gave me a loaner shock to use until mine arrived.Just dropped my bike off again and ended up talking to a staff member about helmets. I had no idea bontrager helmets came with crash replacements. He told me to bring my helmet in for him to assess. He looks at it, tells me the integrity is compromised and gets me a new one, just like that. I dont know any brand of helmets out there that is this dedicated to keeping their clients safe.

Nick greeted me right away upon entering the store. We were shopping for a new helmet for my four year old daughter. He walked us through a few options and the differences. Throughout the per purchase process he explained more about warranty and product. I appreciated the store was staffed well and every team member was actively engaging customers.

Thank you to the mechanics and the entire staff. I came in with a new set of brakes and rotors that I had installed myself and was unhappy with the performance. The mechanic took the time with me to make the right call on new parts. He also gave me some good advice on the upcoming SBT GRVL race. As an added bonus, riding along the next day, another mechanic from the shop noticed me and asked how the brakes were doing. Super great service and people that care!

Being MTB newbies, we needed to figure out what bike best fit our needs. We were clueless walking in and before we knew it Jon was able to get us focused on practical options that best fit our anticipated riding style. We spent a lot of time with him and never felt rushed at all, even past closing time. We methodically went through the essential gear/tools needed to ensure we would have a good time out on the trail. We sought and appreciated any and all advice that we could get. Amy gave some very solid pointers on MTB 101 like proper pedal positioning, front/rear brake application techniques, anticipating what’s far ahead instead of looking down, avoiding a stiff posture, etc. I could keep going. We’ve been practicing what we learned from her advice she gave us in the store and are very appreciative. Nick helped get us taken care of the next morning when picking up our bikes/gear. He had everything ready as promised and we left with big smiles. One more thing - a big thank you to the owner Chris for going way above and beyond in helping us with our purchase.

Overall it was a great experience, Trevor greeted us as soon as we walked in amd was very friendly. The questions he didnt know the answers to he was very willing to ask and get the answer for us. Another really nice thing that i noticed is some employees are still wearing Pride themed tshirts even though its a very small thing it was very nice to see for my Husband and I.

My wifes new Roscoe 6 is rad and a confidence inspiring first mountain bike but the real reason I am writing this is because of Amy at the Boulder, CO Trek store. She is AMAZING. **Great People**Great Service**Competent Staff**Last Thursday I attended a class for women on bike maintenance which Trek hosted. The class was outstanding. Amy (employee) was the instructor, along with the help of Sedona (employee). As a newbie to biking, Amy took very technical information (again I am a newbie) into small bites which allowed me to absorb and immediately applied, which increased my confidence to change a flat tire and ride solo. They were warm, engaging, and funny. Hopefully, Amy & Sedona will teach additional classes.Based on my experience last Thursday, I decided today (Sunday) to go back for additional supplies. They greeted me with a smile and they (Amy & Sedona) even remembered my name (I asked a lot of questions in the class). Joe (employee) recommended an outstanding pump and was kind enough to take the time to show me how to use it. He explained the process to me in an easy and relaxed way. He also put air in my tires with a really kind smile. Although I dont have a trek bike, they were still so exceptional to me.Amy & Sedona to the rescue again recommended checked in with and I was happy to reconnect. I left the shop and air was coming out of my tire (yikes)!!! I immediately went back and was immediately assisted by the duo. They had James (service dept.) who repaired my bike and was kind to explain to me what occurred and what to do from now on. Also, Amy taught me how to shift my gears in 5 minutes. (I said I am a newbie 😊).As I left the store I met 3 new undergrads from CU a block away. One had problems with his bike. I smiled and said you HAVE TO GO TO TREK THEY WILL HELP YOU! I showed them where it was located; they rushed over and I am confident they were greeted with smiles and the BEST SERVICE EVER!!!

Brought my Trek Stache and my wife’s Cannondale in for service and they did a great job for a reasonable price. Then a few months later I was getting some slipping on my middle gears. Brought it in on my lunch break and the guy looked at it right away realized my rear wheel had come a little loose and tightened it up for me and tightened up my shift cable at no charge. Didn’t even take my whole lunch break. I will absolutely be back for service or a Jew bike.

I never in my life had felt so ofended in a store. I’m not a tall person but not a short one either. Even so, when I asked for a bike they didn’t have the intention to show it to me because it was not the perfect suit.I’ve ridden bike around the world, and when I saw the actual size, there was no problem. You can advise but not deny a service! This was disrespectful and annoying.

Super nice staff when it comes to just sharing knowledge, and they did everything they could to get a pre-order as soon as possible!I got the new Trek Checkpoint ALR5 its been an absolute dream. I dont even want to touch my road anymore even when Im only on pavement!

Chris at Trek Bicycle Boulder was impeccable! He took the better part of about 3 hours to educate us, learn how we wanted to use our bikes, had us test drive a few types, and we settled on two Trek EBikes--they are a blast! Unbelievably fun. Because we bought everything to go with them, some accessories are getting installed by their (obvious) extremely experienced bike shop staff, so we could not take them with us. BTW, Amy was also great and informative as well. We cant wait to pick our bikes up for our first trail ride. You will not go wrong with Trek Bicycle Boulder--thanks guys!

Go here first. I had a challenging issue come up with a bike I purchased at the Trek store in Boulder. They could have easily and reasonably chosen not to take care of the problem, but instead they fixed the situation and made it right. If you value smart companies that take a longer view and want to keep customers happy and coming back, then go here.

I dealt with Chris at the Boulder location and couldnt be happier with my experience (given the current situation). I ordered my kids bike over the phone. Pickup was easy and safe. They clearly take their customers and staffs safety very seriously. It was refreshing and comforting. I look forward to shopping with them again!

Walked in today when the front brake of my old mountain bike popped out without warning (!). The service team was very friendly and they were able to scour a brake part from their warehouse and fixed my bike in no time. They did not even charge me for the service and that shows that they care not just about their business but the safety of the Boulder biking community in general. Will be sure to stop by and purchase a road bike from them in the future.

Once again, quick turnaround and excellent service. Brenton advised me to upgrade the hub, and was gracious when I declined. My mistake--the issue was not resolved, and I brought it back in fully admitting my mistake. They took it back in, fixed the issue quickly and did not charge for the additional labor! Its great to have a trusted advisor.

Oh my this was such a wonderful experience. Colorado bike shops can be high brow and uncomfortably snobby at times (think the people who hang out at Amante in Boulder). This was the total opposite experience! I was assisted by Amy, a Bike Tech with long hair, and the manager on Christmas Eve and they were kind, helpful, and willing to answer even the most basic questions. It was a pleasant experience and my life was improved by there help in knowing how to ship my bike across the country. Thank you all at Trek!

I went to the store today to get 2 new tires/tubes for my bike that has not been used in over 10 years. They were awesome! They helped me select some good tires and put them on the wheels that I had taken with me, helped me get a new helmet, and some lube for the gears. They were so nice and super efficient. I will be taking my bike in for a tune-up there soon.

My Ion 100R light stopped working due to rain spray getting into the light. I went into Trek Boulder to purchase a new light, and they told me that the 100R light is unconditionally guaranteed. I did not have the 100R light with me, but they still gave me the new 100R light for no charge. What awesome customer service! I will bring the old 100R light to the Trek Boulder store this week to close the loop. I really appreciate the Trek Boulder store honoring the guarantee even though I did not have the 100R light with me.

I don’t ride a Trek, but use this shop for maintenance needs and they rule. Customer service is always great and timely. The mechanics are willing to explain the issues and how they were fixed.Keep it up!

The time spent waiting to get into the store due to COVID protocols was appreciated and more than made up by being able to get in and out quickly with the help of the team, as I was searching for a pair of shorts that turned out to be on closeout rack.Sedona was also particularly friendly and helpful, making my short time inside a great experience!

Boulder Cyclists can be very pretentious. I found the staff to be non-judgmental and passionate about sharing their knowledge. My overall experience buying my first brand new bike was fantastic!

Also, fixed my two flats in an hour...was expecting to have to wait a couple days. Great group of employees and great shop. This is what keeps me a loyal Trek customer and a loyal Trek Boulder customer.

This place rocks. Despite numerous changes in ownership they maintain core staff and remain loyal to their customers, regardless of who the owner was in the past. The mechanics are also far superior to nearby competitors. Twice they have identified warranty claims on items that other mechanics tried unsuccessfully (at my expense) to service. Ive been a racer/rider in Boulder almost 40 years and believe these guys are some of the best Ive worked with.

Took my old bike in to get tuned up, folks were friendly and knowledgeable. Will be back there in future for my biking needs.

Rude employees and did not have a basic tire in stock tried selling me something I didnt want or need. Order your parts from the internet and fix your own bike. Lame customer service.

I have now had my bike serviced twice at the Trek Boulder store (two fairly complicated issues) and I simply dont have enough good things to say about the staff and their work. Now, just order more Trek Colorado t-shirts in size large and all will be well. :)
