Called the shop asking about a hypothetical question and made it clear I was not going to be their customer for this, but Jeff was extremely helpful and gave me even more information than I originally asked for. I cant speak to their in person service since this was just a phone call, but any business being this helpful should be high on your list for bike shops.

Jeff was super awesome to help me out with a simple headset spacer. I wasnt sure of the thickness so he let me take a couple home to see which one fit and then bring back the one I didnt use. First time in the shop and he put his trust in me. Thats true true professionalism and caring about your customers! I highly recommend this place.

Jeff and Zach run a top notch shop. Friendly, affordable, and quick. Found them luckily on Google maps when everyone else in town had a two week turn around these guys got my bike fixed in a day before my trip. Hard to find but if you see this youre in luck. I found my new bike shop and you probably did too!

Jeff and crew are truly the best. They go above and beyond to explain and teach you about your bike (if your like me and read all the things but still a bit lost) and make sure you find the right set up for your needs and budget. Outstanding customer service that you would expect from a smaller shop but super timely. They have worked on my Macalu for the last couple years and now helping me build a custom Seven. I’ve worked with few other bike shops and house of spin are the only crew I can say I have complete confidence to do the job right.

Awesome shop with great staff - my new go-to. Jeff and Mike really did a great job of taking in my repair (front mech cable replacement and adjustment) on short notice and turning it around very quickly and done very well.
