Friendly and helpful service. Good price, some products are even cheaper than Amazon. They have the Anessa suncream that i have been looking for so long. It’s One of the best suncream I’ve used so far. It controls the oil very good and also no white cast. Also lot of interesting stuff beside skincare products. I think they’re having 20% off for everything atm!

I work in Tokyo trendy before. They don’t even pay the employees salary. Before I leave he didn’t pay for last month salary. Why you want to shop in those store. He didn’t get the things from Tokyo anymore. That’s why you see the store empty. I will highly recommend go somewhere else to buy your need.

ARE YOU GUYS OPEN OR NOT?! Your website says your open at 11:30am and I got to the store at 12:30pm and you guys were not open! I live in federal way so I come a long way because you guys have Eye drops I really like but I dont wanna flip a coin on a 50/50 chance if you guys decide to open or not! Either close up shop or OPEN AT THE TIMES YOU SAID YOU ARE!

I’m so mad at this store. I came at 6pm twice in one week but they closed. On google it says they close on 8pm. If they change schedule they have to change on Google for customers convenience.

A few weeks ago, I came here during “open” hours but it was closed. I called before coming today and it was closed again at 5:20pm.

Love this store. They have all the products I typically get in Japan for a decent price. They are Japan prices but with import costs I think they are pretty fair!Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

A very cute store that was completely spotless! They had a lot of skincare brands i recognize and use so its nice to finally have a place i can buy them in person instead of just online. Workers were very nice and informative. I will definitely shop there again

I buy my face wash here.. Be careful though,because they dont have any way to clean your hands if you want to test products.

Very nice selections of Japanese cosmetics and daily items. Prices are reasonable. Too bad they don’t have Kate foundations yet. Hope one day they will carry those.

Racist. Racist to people of their own race. The girl at the cashier didn’t say a word to us while we walking in but when two white girls came in just few seconds after us, the cashier girl put on a big smile and said hello and welcome to them in both English and Japanese and asked them what they are lookin for and whether they needed help. She is Chinese and so are we. We don’t read Japanese so we might need some help okayyyyyy? I can’t believe the most racist experience I have had in four years life in this country came from people of my own race.

Disgusting place. There a popular mask usually sells for $15-18 at other places/online, they sell it for $30. Dont shop there my friend.

Sent out 20% off coupon and wouldn’t honor it. The coupon said 20% off one item but then claimed it was just referring to one specific item but no where did it ever mention this. Clearly just baiting in customers.

Well. Never coming here again.I was out with my boyfriend (African american descent) and decided to come here to restock on some oil cleanser, the cashier was restocking, didnt seem harmless. But as soon as he walked in she started walking to the cameras and look at them for the duration we were there. If youre going to do that at least dont make it so obvious.
