You cant reach the pharmacy by phone, on hold once for over 4 hours before giving up. They wont give out vaccines anymore but also dont take that option down online or call you to cancel so you show up for nothing. They wont answer their drive in window, have held a script as in process for over 2 weeks. Etc. Etc.

If I could give zero (0) star, I would. I signed up for my Covid vaccine booster because I am an essential high risk worker. I arrive on time to my appointment. There was no prior notification that my appointment was canceled and they had no in store notification that they ran out of vaccine. There was a huge line for the pharmacy. While waiting, I was told by customers that they don’t have Covid vaccines. When I inquired with the pharmacist, he was extremely rude and entitled. He said he doesn’t have vaccines, this CVS is too short handed to pick up the vaccines. When I asked why was I not notified via text or email. He said it was not his problem. Don’t bother him. He made a judgmental face and said I should have been vaccinated sooner. I immediately countered that I am here for a booster and his judgement is not constructive. Horrible experience.

Beware. If you sign up and receive a confirmation for your COVID vaccination, do not come in before calling. They have a staff shortage but I did not receive any type of notification that they were no longer doing vaccinations. I felt so sorry for the staff there because everyone was so upset and apparently corporate keeps adding appointments there! They have to cancel each appointment that is scheduled. I won’t return to this corporate pharmacy.

I made an appointment for flu shot at this location. A few hours before my appointment, I actually got a text reminder from CVS. When I arrived on time, the pharmacist told me there was no flu vaccine in the store, and she doesnt know anything about the appointments because she is a floater.Since theres a long line of people waiting and she was the only person in the pharmacy, I just thanked her and left without figuring out what went wrong. I suspected their online scheduling system is broken.

We used to love the convenience of the drive thru pharmacy. Our prescriptions were always filled quickly, and the text notifications and app were great.Sometime in September 2021, it appears they had a mass staff exodus. Everyone quit. The pharmacy was suddenly closed and no one would answer the phones. I went physically into the store, only to find a pharmacy closed sign up. We nearly ran out of critical medication for my son on a weekend even though his refills had been sent 10 days in advance.I know staffing has been a nationwide issue. I hope they are able to re-staff and solve whatever issues caused everyone to quit in the first place. The location was excellent.

Pharmacy has been closed due to staffing shortage and I haven’t been able to pick up prescriptions for 3 weeks. Can’t get ahold of anyone at corporate, can’t transfer prescriptions to a non-CVS pharmacy through their site and had to call my doctor and have them re-issue every prescription on file to Bartell’s. So frustrating

Do not schedule vaccines here.I feel terrible for the people who work here - something is clearly very wrong. I suspect theyre prepping to close this location. I scheduled a 9:30 AM vaccine appt, got confirmation. Showed up and the lights were on but the doors were locked & no one was in the store. Lots of people at the entrance, all very confused. I didnt receive a cancellation email until six hours later that day LOL. Bad vibes! The other CVS in the Target nearby seems much better run. Best of luck to this stores employees, hope yall are okay!

They simply do NOT fill your prescriptions even when they have been called or faxed in by your doctor. You must go in to the pharmacy and ask for your prescription. Then they tell you its not ready but then they will agree to get it ready for you. Unbelievably bad service. Also, the store is old and smells bad. I definitely do not recommend this CVS.

Me, another CVS pharmacy, and insurance co have been trying to communicate with the pharmacy for 3 days. Phone not answered. Found out from a relative who went to investigate that the pharmacy is closed due to “staffing issues”. Reopening unknown. There is no out going message regarding this development. They continue soliciting my medication business via text. Pathetic management . Disregard for customer time and if fort. Avoid this business!

Up until recently this has been the best pharmacy Ive ever gone to. However, in the last two to three weeks they have been closed, at random times, due to staffing shortages. I need to pick up my medications, but I cant find out when they are open. I cant reach a pharmacist. I havent gotten a text that my prescription is ready, the online system doesnt have it as ready. I need it as of a week ago. I tried to have the CVS pharmacy in Woodinville help me, but I was on hold for 20 minutes and hung up.

I feel bad for the lady running the pharmacy completely by herself today but the management/ regional management at this CVS needs to get their act together. They never have enough staff the store is trashed and the pharmacy has always been a total nightmare. It looks like the store was just robbed, items thrown all over in every department but its really always looked that way. Im so glad I switched to a better place.

Extremely rude and dismissive staff. I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions, but the pharmacy is closed due to staff shortage.This is OK, BUT the male staff in blue jacket keeps ignoring me and my questions. He literally ignored me and walked away three times because he’s chatting with someone. This staff didn’t show the minimum respect for customers. Please avoid this business.

I had a covid test scheduled. I had countless reminders even up to 30 min before my appointment reminding me of my appointment. I get there and see this closed sign. Instead of reminding me about my appointment needed for travel they could have told me they had to cancel.

This is one of the worst phamacies I have ever experienced. I tried to call about my perscriptions but never got to talk to a pharmacist after 10 minutes of waiting. Further, when I went to get a flu shot I was told they are out of supplies.

Worst pharmacy ever! With regards to communications, as they never answer their phone. They take 4-7 days to fill prescriptions that Bartells would do same day.UPDATE i called 9-29-2021 & they only have 1 person wking in the pharmacy. After 7 days of no action I was forced to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy.If you go through the drive-thru good luck on trying to reach the window to get your meds, as it is nearly impossible to get close to the window.It gets even more frustrating when you are on hold with a recording from a guy with the worst voice Ive ever heard and he wont shut up. He repeats the message ad nauseam until you would rather be waterboarded and are forced to hang up.I have rarely gotten thru to talk to a pharmacist.I only use them because they mail my meds.

Pharmacy staff is incompetent. They also dont answer the phone. They leave prescriptions in processing for days and dont have them available when you need them, regardless of how much in advance you order them. If you can wait on hold for an hour to beg, they will then fill them, but say they are so busy.

Our confirmed 2nd vaccine appointment was confirmed the day before. After we drove to the store, stopped by the pharmacy and checked in, they cancelled our appointment without any early notice! We drove 20min to this cvs store and thought it was good, but no, this is very disappointing

Pharmacy hung up on me when I asked for a stock check. something is going on in this industry. CVS is not the only one having issues. many have long lines and problems filling prescriptions. Bartells on NE 8th street by QFC, recently acquired by Rite Aid has long lines and a process problem. However, Rose Hill Walgreens and Totem Lake Rite Aid seemed ok. its not affecting all stores. seems to be organization / management issue. Lets not take our frustrations out it on the employees. maybe avoiding these stores can give them time to figure out.

Terrible terrible terrible service! Requested refill online 5 days ago, it still shows in process. Called them, waited for one and half hours, then my call was hung up, never had a chance to talk with a pharmacist! Do not waste your time here. Will transfer all my prescriptions to a pharmacy nearby.

Wow, this CVS has a little bit of everything, even liquor/champagne. :-) I was looking for a particular variety of Coricidin HBP cold medicine, and they didnt have the specific one I wanted but they did have two other variations so Ill give them a break. Its right in Old Bellevue and has a drive-up window. Nice.

Terrible communication and customer service. I called this place to inquire about a COVID test as my family was planning to travel to Hawaii and was given false information. Needless to say, I showed up the next day as told, only to find out that we couldnt get the test cause there was no appointment and there were no other testing sites available on Sunday. Matthew T., the pharmacist said that it was only him and another man working when we called the previous day to inquire about the test and they don’t remember saying that. Long story short, a total waste of time, inconvenience, and terrible customer service provided by Matthew. If you want accurate information, visit in person, or go to another location cause the phone is too complicated for them!

I have called 4 times this week during established pharmacy hours and gotten a pharmacy is closed message. App wont give me an option to deliver a medication that was supposed to be filled over a week ago. As far as Im concerned this pharmacy does not exist. Dont bother.

I love this store, the pharmacy is awesome. They are super friendly, quick and they text you when your prescription is ready. They have great prices especially on their makeup and they give you a ton of coupons. Way better than Bartells and Rite Aid.

Wonderful pharmacy staff- the pharmacist manager, Matt, goes out of his way to make sure all your questions are answered- he is very knowledgeable! Even during the busiest hours he was very patient and helpful. I drive out of my way to go to this pharmacy!

Unfortunate bad service. Site says they are open till 10, but the pharmacy was closed at 6:00. I arrived at 6:01 and they insisted that they couldn’t help me, despite my pickup was already done and I was without my medication for 5 days.

Have only filled here a couple times but the staff is super friendly and quick. Youll also get a text message notifying you that your order is ready so there arent any guessing games. They were also cheaper than Rite-Aid for a couple of my prescriptions.

I moved to this area two months ago and this pharmacy has been amazing. Between changing insurance providers, working with out-of-state prescribers, and short-notice refills, theyve managed to make sure I get the many prescriptions I need, FAST. I have no doubt my relocation would have been far more stressful and complicated without such kind, knowledgeable service, and Im so grateful to Zeina, Matt, and everyone else at this store.
