My rep was very knowledgeable and prompt on his follow up. Ian and his team did everything they could do to get me a very hard to find truck. They were trying to dealer trade and nothing was working. They ended up giving me an amazing deal on another they had on the lot. I am so happy and proud to drive around with new Wittmeier plates rights now.
I went to the lot to just look around and see if they may of had the car I wanted. The Oroville location had it and by the time I went to buy m, someone sold it from under me. So I walked in and Ian approached me and welcomed me and I told him exactly what I was looking for. He said test drive this color and style and give me 15 minutes and let me see what I can do. I was back in 12 minutes and he said “I found one…but better” mind you, I didn’t see a picture of it at all. Only details of the car and it was perfect.The car I wanted is very bare and only 4 are made on the west coast. So the fact that he made this happen in a day was remarkable. I traded in my Camry and came back the next day and was sad to turn my car in but as soon as my Blazer drove up my mouth dropped and I cried cause I was in love. I was beyond happy with my car and the service he provided on getting me the car. My Blazer is absolutely beautiful and just what I wanted and more. Thank you for going above and beyond getting me this car. I am very happy with my purchase and the help you provided.
I was very satisfied. The service agent was very conscientious to make sure I understood the work to be done and the cost. The only recommendation I have is to get the online scheduling system fixed. I scheduled online but then got a call from the service department scheduling me by phone because the online system isn’t working yet. Otherwise I was very happy with the service and results.

The Chevy service department seems to be honest and professional. I get regular servicing done there on my Cruz and deal with a fellow by the name of Jeremy. They do a good job.I think the ladies who work at the Cashiers area could be a little more upbeat and friendly, but otherwise, they are okay as well.

I had to have recall work done on my truck. Work was done timely and efficiently. Additionally, when I asked about improving the performance of my FOB, I received an upfront answer that ended up saving me a lot of money. I would highly recommend them.

It was good to get an appointment for routine servicing on the afternoon I requested. The service advisor mentioned checking the cabin air filter but was not pushing about replacing it. They completed my service in less than an hour and had a spacious waiting area. He gave an ok on both the engine and cabin air filters and advised when they would likely need to be changed. The sad thing was the lack of new vehicles for sale at their dealership. A salesman said it is a common problem everywhere due to the Covid pandemic.

I have purchased three vehicles from Whittemeier. I have use their collision center and their service center. I came in for a (free) recall of passenger airbag in my truck, And left with a NEW crack on my driver’s side dashboard. Prior to service the technician noticed I did have a crack on the passenger side near the airbag panel which prompted us to look at the rest of the dashboard for any other cracks which we did not find. Immediately after the truck was presented to me, I noticed the NEW crack and talked to the technician, I was told the manager will come out and speak with me. I waited Outside by my truck at the drop off area15 minutes and no one showed. It was near closing time and they began to close the doors when I reminded the young man if he could again inquire about the manager coming out to speak with me about the crack in my dashboard. The technician came back out and told me they would give me a call, which never happened. I received this survey.

From the start everyone was helpful. I researched online and was contacted by Olivia. She answered questions and arranged an appointment to drive a few models. From there Eon took over. He was friendly, informative and not pushy. He and Dan got us a great trade in and worked with us to get a good deal on the new Blazer. Finance with Kendra was a breeze. Again no pressure but informative on all avenues. The whole experience was so much easier than in past car purchases. This is our second purchase from Wittmeier. We would recommend them and their service department to.our friends

Worst company I have ever purchased from. I purchased a new Silverado in November of 2020, they added a tracking service to my contract and when I noticed it the next day I called to ask them about it, I was told it was a mistake and I would get the $995 refund immediately. I have made over 40 phone calls, I mostly get sent to different voicemails, out of 40 calls I have spoken to someone maybe 8 times because they never call back, each time they tell me the refund will be processed immediately. It has been months. I can’t believe how bad of a company this is, it is crazy to think they will rip someone off by sneaking in a service that was never talked about and never make it right.
Reset oil light and told me what I was doing wrong. Happy camper.

Made an appointment to test drive a Chevy Bolt. Called and confirmed even! They knew I had to ride a bike, after work, in traffic to get there. Show up, different sales person there and says that they sold the only Chevy Bolt. The woman who made the appointment didnt even come out. I was exhausted and just sat there crying. No offer to drive me home. Got home by dark. No follow-up call. These people are jerks.

Very profesional when dealing with the service department. Quickly resolved the issue however they returned the car with an extremely low tank of gas. When it was dropped off it was around a quarter tank. You would think that after paying almost 6 thousand dollars to repair the transmission we be able to a least get that quarter tank back.
I knew within 2 years I was going to be buying a new vehicle. I had my eye on the Chevy Traverse, Hyundai Palisade, and Kia Telluride. I had some time to kill that morning so I went to Wittmeier and was looking at the Traverse, Blazer, and Equinox. After driving Chevy Suburbans and Chevy Tahoes since 2001, the Traverse seemed the best size so I kept going back to it. Enter Asa...the salesman at Wittmeier. The first observation is that he let the car sell itself and it worked. He was very personable and listened to what I liked and didnt like. It was a huge deal for me to walk away having purchased this vehicle because Im very picky and hard to sell to. It was meant to be and I drove away in a gorgeous Chevy Traverse. Im 100% happy.

My review was previously one star due to the upsetting experience I had with the salesman. However, management was proactive in reaching out to me and made a huge effort to not only improve my experience with them, but also to educate the sales team on correct protocol. For that reason I am still open to doing business with them in the future.
Horrible place! Over priced and their service department is the worst. Mike from the Chevrolet service department is useless and shady. Took them 5 months to fix something that should have been a 6 hour job. Something that THEY broke!!!! If youve had or are having issues with them make sure you call the Better Business Bureau and report them. Wittmeier is the absolute worst!!!
Easy scheduling! Had me in and out in no time! Ideal experience.
I was disappointed with three main items:1) there were more scratches on the car than anticipated after asking my sales rep Michale to go over the car throughly and send me any and all photos of blemishes so that I wouldn’t be surprised by anything when it was delivered. His attention to detail on that was subpar in my opinion. Multiple locations had issues, none big enough to return the car, but enough to feel like he either omitted them on purpose or rushed the process and didn’t take my request seriously. Either one is an issue in my opinion.2) car was delivered to my house without being washed. I was told they cleaned it when they left the dealer, yet after a 400 mile trip for the delivery, I would have expected either an arrangement would have been made with a local dealer to have it washed again, or even taken to a local car wash. Left a poor view of the attention to detail once again.3) Was charged for security stickers under optional purchases that I did not approve or even discuss with my sales rep or finance. Felt like the same old car dealership tactics of slipping things in last min on a contract, one that could have spoiled the entire deal due to the fact that we were over 400 miles from the dealership without a way of printing a new and updated one. This item alone, albeit very small in price comparative to the vehicle, left me strongly considering returning the vehicle and going somewhere else to buy. These three items in total left me very displeased with the delivery process.
It was my first time buying and I dont make much money but everyone was able to work with me and were able to get me out with a new bolt ev with a payment I can manage. The lady in the financing department did wonders for me. I can say enough good things about my expince with her. She is the main reason I would suggest witmier to others. I was hoped with buying a 2021 chevy bolt ev, I dont rember her name but I would love for her to hear how much she has helped me.
The sale person was friendly and was very well informed about the truck is was trying to get. They worked with me on the price and I never felt pressured to sign anything. I have already told a few of my friends to stop by Wittmeier if they are ever looking for a quality vehicle used or new. Thank you all again for finding me my chevy colorado I absolutely love it. All of the salesmen were very courteous, the dealership was immaculate. My only concern was that there was not very comfortable furniture in your show room.
I bought a used vehicle and they were not upfront with some of the options to finance and said it was in the interest of the dealer to do my loan the way they did it. They never gave me any other options and added in a security system that I outright denied. Ultimately it was in the documentation (my fault for not looking closer). They aren’t looking out for the consumer at any level. Jeff, the business manager, and person in charge of finance, pretty much said I’m screwed and it’s my fault. He might be right but doesn’t change the fact that they were the ones who screwed me. I’d try to find another dealer that is more honest (if they exist.)

When I booked the appointment I was told the diagnostic fee would be $165 and would include a comprehensive overview. When I received the bill I was informed that you charge $165 per diagnosis, which doubled my bill as I had two. Full disclosure when booking the appointment would’ve been preferred. Instead, it is a classic bait and switch. You made no attempt to reduce the price even though your diagnostic fee was misrepresented. I will recommend friends to stay away.
My experience at Wittmeier Chevrolet was outstanding! I have never imagined going to a car dealership and the process going so smoothly. It was truly amazing. Michael was an awesome sales consultant. He knew exactly what I wanted when I told him my needs for a truck. Farid really understood my budget and desire for a fair price, which I received! Jessica was an amazing delivery specialist. I wouldn’t have known how half of the buttons worked if it weren’t for her patience and knowledge on the truck. Overall, the entire Chevrolet sales team was so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommending this dealership to all my friends and family.

Have to say this dealership is the best we have ever gone to. I live pretty far away from them and we did almost everything over the phone. My salesman was Michael and he went above and beyond to make sure we got into the vehicle we loved. Then when we came to test drive it they had everything ready to go all the paperwork only Took maybe 35-40 min and we were done. I have never had a more easy and smooth car buying experience. Would highly recommend them. And when we are ready for a truck we will return to them again.

Very pleased from the moment we were meet. Everyone was friendly, even though we came in late on a Sunday and several employees had to stay past closing. The entire process went relatively quick, just slightly over 3 hours from when our feet hit the lot, til we drove off.
The worst experience I’ve ever had in my life! My vehicle has been in the shop several times since I purchased it! This is my weekend driving vehicle.... I started having problems with it 2 weeks after purchasing it and still to this date 4 months later I’m still having issues with it! It also had 20-30% tread on the tires in which I’m now forced to purchase new ones. No one should ever have to go through this! Especially after giving $30k down for a vehicle! I would never recommend anyone!
It took almost 1 week to have my a/c system charged. And when I went to the shop on Monday, I was thrown out.

Incredible service! Nick helped me yesterday to get the PERFECT car for me. He had me laughing the whole time, and was so easy to joke with.
