I have tried to place 3 photo pickup orders all with very little success and help. The first order I tried to pickup the staff member said the printer is broken and just walked away without offering any assistance. The 2nd time I put in a photo order, the guy said that they dont print it until we get there so he successfully printed my order. When I had him look up my previous order that I was unable to get he said that that order already got cancelled (no notification, no cancellation email was sent). Today, I went in to pickup my order and theres a sign saying theres no 4x6 paper. My order was for an 8x10 so I figured it was safe. The same woman from my first failed order was there and said the order wasnt ready since they did not have any 8x10 paper. I told her that was not on the sign. She said that they actually had 4x6 paper. I asked if she could just re-do my order on the 4x6 since I was already there. A different dark hair lady said I had to redo my order online. I then asked if they could just ship it to me due to the inconvenience of having to return and she again said that I had to redo the order online. Neither of the woman had on visible name tags so that I could get their names and they did not execute good customer service for the delay in my photo. This photo center is horrendous in their customer service, timeliness of order, and communication of delays.
Joke of a place. please do not do order pickup here. Goes on for hours, no update, no one to help over the phone theyll keep you waiting for 30 mins and disconnect. At the end I just drove up and picked up my own order, it would have been a big headache to cancel the order. Absolute disaster.Not all Walgreens are like this, I have awesome experience at the one in Mercer Island
Worst service at photo section. I ordered online 2pm to print and portal showed me to pickup 4:30pm. I went there at 8pm to pickup. No one was available at photo section. I waited for 15min and one lady came and asked me to hold for 10 more minutes. After that she informed that machine is not working and asked to comeback later next day.
Tried to schedule a vaccine appointment through the online as well as telephone system, but encountered errors both ways - so I stopped in here to see if they could help. Unfortunately the pharmacist was terse and unwilling to help or even understand the problem, and refused to consider walk-in appointments. So, impossible to get a vaccine here.
One of the worst pharmacies I have ever used. Employees are disorganized, theres always a long line, they constantly have issues with my prescriptions that require me to call ahead and get sorted out and worst of all, they put someone elses prescription in my prescription bag once. Go somewhere else if you can.
I super appreciate how friendly and customer service oriented the two late night employees are at this location. I didnt get their names unfortunately but I am very pleased with how I was treated and how they made sure to do everything they could to make sure I was able to get the leggings I wanted. Thank you late night shift male and female! My apologies for not getting your names but wanted to make sure you know how much you are appreciated!
Went there tonight right before closing and Kody the assistant store manager was so helpful and pleasant. Kody puts the customers first and this stores customer service is on par! Will definitely be going back in the future.

Went with a relative to receive the covid vaccine, they were extremely nervous and anxious about getting the shot, the girl that was to administer the vaccine wascompletely unsympathetic and showed no empathy or compassion or even understanding, she didnt talk to her or give any information about the vaccine or paperwork that is received afterwards, I felt she was very unprofessional and Im glad that I received my vaccine elsewhere!
Went to pick up medicine and will have to go back on Monday. Went ahead and did my other shopping and will pick up medicine in drive through on Monday.

Pharmacists lie about prescription status, claim they don’t have it in order to cover up that they just forgot to fill it. Don’t go here, they will waste your time.
Went in for vaccine and the administer was rude and impatient, the regular staff was also unresponsive. They lock their bathrooms and require staff to open, I asked for help twice and after both calls on intercom many minutes later no one was there to help, overall annoying and unpleasant experience.
Service at the photo section was extremely bad. The male employee there was impatient and kept sighing and grumbling. His body language and his tone was rude. Like he wanted to be over and done with what he was suppose to be helping with. The manager was better but he too was quick to cut the customer off instead of trying to understand the situation. All the manager saw was an unreasonable customer and not why the customer was being unreasonable.Went to the Walgreens on 156th and the same service over there was done without any problem AT ALL.So I do not understand why the employee at this Walgreens was fussing so much. He just had to be a little patient and understanding of the situation instead of sighing and tsking under his breath just because it was not happening in one shot.Every customer has different needs and that employee needs to be better at handling the different needs instead of showing attitude that would make the customer feel horrible and the Manager needs to do better than shutting off the customer when its that small actions of the employee that enabled the whole scenario. The managers might have trying to diffuse the situation but it felt very condescending and made the customer feel unheard.So management for this Walgreens, My neighbourhood Walgreens, DO BETTER.

Super disgusting store! I will never come back this store. Ordered the photo prints online on Friday, it says same day dispatched. But no updates at all for 3 days. Then come to the store to check. I was told the 4x6 print paper is out of stock. I need the photos tomorrow. And I also placed the order for the poster, which should be ready for pick up on the same day. But no one process it. The staff at photo counter is super annoying. He even didn’t say a sorry. From his behaviour it looks like that’s my fault to place the order at this store because they ran out of paper. But why the website didn’t tell me this when I place the order??????? I will NEVER use this pharmacy!
I called with a question I couldnt find the answer to online and though their phone system transferred me away from the department I was looking for, the person who picked up was still able to help me get answers to my question. I ended up talking to two employees and they were both very kind, polite and helpful. I got the information I needed. I figured Id thank them for their help by writing this review.

Same day delivery - Dont do it.You order through the Walgreens website but it goes through a third party delivery. 2 out of 6 items were missing. Store cant help. Waste of time and poor customer service.

The worst walgreens ever. Expects customers to know their corporate rule and the morning time associate is very rude along with the manager ! The manager without knowing what has happened just started being rude. The associate that is on the wheelchair was just plain lazy, mean and upset that a 3 year old wasnt standing still. And gave us excuses like they dont take toddlers pictures and its a recent corporate rule that walgreens have. If they did not take toddlers passport pictures then why not say it in the beginning ? Why did the associate wait to mention their corporate rule until we asked him to check his tone ? That associate was taking pictures in a crooked way and just scaring the toddler with his tone. Of course the picture will be crooked because the associate did not even bother to make sure the height difference was compensated with the background. This morning crew desperately needs some customer service training.Went to another place, got a perfect picture within a minute and out of there within 20 minutes (printing wait time).
I do like Walgreens quick service however using your rewards card is quite difficult.The pharmacy is always fast and professional and will usually adhere to your request for a quick pickup. The store also has drive through it was very well.

This has been my neighborhood drug store for about a year now and hasn’t failed my overall expectations as a local shop. I am in and out within a reasonable amount of time. The only downfall is I’ve noticed this location tends to be a bit understaffed which of course may cause some set backs but still very pleased with my experiences.

Compact but good range of cosmetics, hair colors, instant hair volume products available. There is a photography shop. You can expect very quick delivery. What I like most is neat and methodic arrangement of products.
During all this caronavirus stuff i understand the preasure workers have to go though, but the worker at the counter was yelling at a kid cause she couldnt speak english and didnt understand how to use credit on her moms card. I had to step in and help the girl cause the worker refused to touch the keypad.
Awful customer service from the photo department. I was trying to print out some pictures from my usb memory card, but the system wasnt doing what I needed. Young man got there to help me, but instead he was explaining to me that there was no way to do that because of their system (its not that smart- how he explained it). Then he picked up the phone, talked to a customer on the phone (which is fine), but after I needed to get his attention again, because he wasnt going to finish helping me. That person was not helpful at all. I used to go there often, but after this experience I DONT recommend to use this location if you need any assistance.

What do I expect?* Knowledgeable service (please know what you are talking about!)* Maybe a greeting or even a smile (honestly, I only want someone to pay attention to me if I have a question -- see above -- or if I am ready to check out)* Short lines (I come at off times on purpose)* Clean isles where I can get to things I need relatively easily (Im short with no game for air time!)* Stuff I need (Its a pharmacy and a store for medical things, as well as random fluff, but first and foremost, its a pharmacy and that is what I am stopping in for)* Hours that fit my schedule (24 hour places are my absolute loves!)* Wait time (Please keep it under 5 minutes on a call and under an hour in the store for a prescription)Ok, so does this place meet all of my criteria for a good experience? YES! Have they ever left me waiting a little longer than I like during BUSY hours? Yes. Do I usually bother them during busy hours? I try not to!Remember, that sometimes you create your experience. If you are calling between 7 AM - 10 AM or 3 PM - 7 PM -- peak busy times -- and you dont like busy people who cant get to you at breakneck speed, maybe you should give those people the benefit of the doubt and NOT call during their PEAK hours. Terrible service!! I went to take a passport photo and i wanted a soft copy. So they charged me for the hard copy, made me buy a flash disk, then they scanned the hard copy which made it look ridiculous!! I asked for a redo and it was all the same!! Terrible service and raw deal!! 😥

Parmachy very lateDont go hear if you need medication right away.They asked me to wait for 35 to 40 mins. It took them more than 1.2 hours which usually takes less than 20 min in other walgreens.But, they start working on my medication after when I came to pick it up.
Almost everything I looked at (a wide range of hair and beauty products) were expired and clearly not at their best quality. I searched the whole store; the only person to inform was the cashier who told me to go to the customer service counter. He called for customer service over the intercom. No one ever showed up - I assume because he was the only employee on the floor...
Terrible customer service. Waited at the photo counter today for 21 mins for a pickup that took less than 21 seconds. Please automate this part of you cannot provide customer service. A line of 3 people waiting at the counter for 20 mins for an agent. Gosh.
Worst customer service in the photo department. I had ordered a free print online and ended up getting charged in store even though the print out which they had stuck on the order said its a internet order with $0 amount due.

Awful pharmacy customer service. The pharmacist assistant was short and impatient with us. She told us to call our doctor for the prescription when it’s suppose to be the opposite. They kept ignoring us and checking if there’s a car behind us (we were using the drive thru) and only gave us an update when another car pulled up behind us.

Pharmacy is incompetent. They advertise as a 24-hour pharmacy, because it takes *at least* 24 hours to fill a prescription. Usually it is more like 3 days. Go somewhere else. You will seriously have better results.
Had a bad experience at this Walgreens. First, Catalina did not print coupons, I have to come back and point at the ad to get $5 back. Then, after checking receit I found out I was charged for extra item. So I went to the store and asked the cashier to check cameras to prove that I was overcharged. She was stating I bought two items instead of one. I did receive refund at the end, but left the store with a feeling that I was accused of taking their money.

Couldnt actually talk to a pharmacist when I called them around 11:50am. The phone asks if you want to talk to a pharmacist, ok hit 1. Then it waits for 5 minutes, then it asks you what you want to do again.
